Virgo Super Full Moon - Manifestation

The energies around this full moon support us in remembering our immense power as creators. Now is the time to truly harness the power of our energetic vibration. Included is a practice to help you see how you are creating your life every single moment of the day.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

And welcome to the full super moon in Virgo.

Such a special time on our planet right now.

I'm recording just before the full moon to start to capture the energies.

The actual full super moon will happen on March 9th at 1047 am Pacific time.

And now it's worth noting that this is the first in a series of three full super moons.

So a super moon is actually just the word for when La Luna is super close to the Earth.

And we have at the super full moon the full moon which is already the peak of a lunar cycle.

The full moons are seen as completions,

Culminations,

Times when things come to light manifest to be released or to be enjoyed and adored.

But super moons are,

Well they're just super versions of the full moon.

Because she's so close to Earth,

Her energies are oh so potent and we can see this in our world.

She has a bigger effect on our tides during super full moons.

She has a bigger effect on tectonic plates and also on us.

And let's talk about Virgo.

Luna is in Virgo during this super full moon and Virgo is often seen in a negative way.

It's sort of nitpicky in particular and I want to offer the powerful aspects,

The beautiful powerful aspects of Virgo.

Virgo is the virgin goddess which means a goddess unto herself.

And Virgo is inviting us to raise our standards,

To raise the bar of how we speak to ourselves and to others.

Excuse me,

This includes verbal speaking but also our own inner thoughts and especially our energetic vibration.

And we'll get to that in a practice a little bit later.

But let's continue on with the astrological aspects that are present right now.

These energies in March,

Especially as we head towards the second half of March,

But even now they're dynamic,

They're alchemical.

Why?

Because we can really start to feel the rebirth.

And right now,

It's subtle in the physical world.

As in right now,

It's not fully in the dense solid matter form.

It's still energetic.

But we can literally feel the potential for change.

And the energetic alchemical transformational potential lies in our knowing and living and walking and breathing.

The truth that we are transformers,

We are consciousness in motion,

We are changemakers,

We are creators.

And as we are wading into these waters,

We have six planets right now in cardinal signs.

Mars,

Jupiter,

Saturn and Pluto are in Capricorn and Eris and Chiron are in Aries.

And in Capricorn,

There's a lot of Capricorn energy still.

And this is Capricorn's really,

It's probably felt heavy in the last little bit of time with all the Capricorn.

But Capricorn is also excellent for manifestation.

Capricorn has this integrity about it.

That when we put one foot in front of the other,

When we walk the walk that we need to walk,

Capricorn is right there supporting our manifestation.

And so we have four of the six planets that are in cardinal signs are in this Capricorn energy.

And cardinal signs are initiatory,

They're active.

Cardinal signs,

They feel the energy rise up and they're willing to take a step out and mark the turning point of the season.

So right now we're supported in taking steps to realize our soul's ambition and our true,

Our true deep purpose.

And even though all the fears are up and all you might feel like all your buttons are being pushed,

Even though we are supported in shifting the winds and the tides and truly coming to understand that fear,

These buttons are related to our fears.

Fear is only afraid of one thing.

And that is not being able to scare.

So once our fears no longer scare us,

They lose their power over us.

And it's actually less about power over.

It's more about how we're allowing our power to be used when we allow fear in.

When we choose to look at what we fear,

It's a conscious choice and we really get to understand right now that this everything is our own conscious choice.

I wrote a book about a year ago called The Answer Is You,

And it was all about how we create our own reality.

And I was inspired to write that book because when I looked back on my journey at the best and worst times in my life,

And I really truly came to understand that I was consciously creating in every single moment of my life.

And when I got that realization,

I got my power back.

So that's the theme right now.

It's up for us to understand ever more deeply in all the aspects of our lives.

And also we have seven of 10 planets total in Earth signs.

As I mentioned,

We have Mars,

Jupiter,

Saturn and Pluto and Capricorn.

We have La Luna in Virgo.

We have Venus and Uranus and Taurus.

So we're also being supported to connect to Mother Earth,

To nature,

To simple truths and to natural rhythms of our Mother Earth and of ourselves and of the goddess.

Because we're in this full moon in Virgo,

The Virgin Goddess,

And I've said it before,

I'll say it again.

Virgin wasn't initially a sexual term.

It simply meant a woman unto herself.

So it had very little to do with sexuality.

It was all about independence and sovereignty.

And it's very much a maiden goddess energy.

And as we head towards the end of the month,

We're really going to start to see things speed up.

But right now we're we're being supported in getting getting things together right now.

It's a very Virgo energy of getting things in alignment.

And the full moon is just so perfect for us raising our standards and how we use our energy.

And I just finished a wonderful quantum co-creation class.

I'll include a link where you can see one of these teachings because it's so up in prime right now.

But right now we're going to get to a practice in a second.

I really want us to understand how to how to harness our energy.

Oh,

Gosh.

Finally,

One more thing to share astrologically.

Mercury.

Mercury is not only the ruler of Virgo,

So we have this supermoon Virgo.

Mercury's been in retrograde.

It's stationing and going direct.

Right around this full moon.

So Mercury is incredibly strong because stationary is just incredibly strong energy.

And it's in Mercury's actually in Aquarius.

So we're getting a glimpse of sort of quantum leaps in our evolution and how we come to understand our power to communicate with the universe and to create our world.

And really knowing that communication is so much more than the words we speak.

It's our vibration.

It's our energy.

All right.

So let's let's let's dive into a practice.

Find a quiet,

Safe space where you can be comfortable sitting or lying.

Close your eyes.

And just take a few easy breaths as you breathe in.

Call your awareness.

Call your energy here.

I often like to imagine we've got all these energetic sort of octopus tentacles or umbilical cords that are reaching out to everything past,

Present,

Future that's happened,

That somehow got some of our energy.

And what you're doing right now is you breathe in.

Just kind of call them back towards you.

Suck those little energy cords back to you so that you can be 100 percent fully present right now.

Nothing to attend to in your past.

Nothing to plan for your future or to fear.

Really,

Just allow yourself to be present.

Gosh,

I just feel how good that feels.

The simplicity of being present.

And now.

In your mind's eye,

I invite you to imagine yourself just exactly where you are right now,

Wherever you're listening to this broadcast.

Imagine and connect to the what's often called the astral version of you.

You can also think of it as just the aspect of your soul and your consciousness that's so much more than your physical body.

And allow this astral soul consciousness of you to raise up out of your body as if there's a version of you that's just floating up above you.

And you can see yourself.

Whether you're sitting or lying with your eyes closed.

And now allow the astral version of you to invite a winged spirit guide.

We're each unique.

You might call in a dragon,

An eagle,

A hawk.

And as this winged spirit guide arrives,

You hop on its back.

And this winged spirit guide is taking you up.

Just about above the tallest trees and buildings.

You can still see yourself.

And now this winged spirit guide is going to take you back.

Depending on how far back you comfortably want to go.

It might be the last 24 hours.

It might be the last week,

The last month.

And sort of soaring back in time.

But as you look down below you,

You're witnessing yourself.

Going back in time.

Going about your day.

Running your errands.

Making your phone calls.

Whatever it is that you are doing.

And now just witness not only your physical self,

But your astral soul self knows the energetic version of you.

And see if you can tap into,

Connect with the energetic vibration that you're offering as you witness yourself.

Notice the bright aspects.

Notice the heavy aspects.

And just witness,

Just observe you.

In this last day or week or month of time.

And it's as if this winged spirit guide knows you so well.

It's taking you right to those places where there's a teaching moment.

About what you chose to focus your attention on.

Whether it was something fearful or whether you felt the need to share an annoying story with somebody.

The spirit guide is taking you to these moments and then notice your energy.

What you offered to the universe.

Nothing to do,

No judgment,

Just simply an observation.

And as you observe this,

You're really deeply coming to know that your consciousness creates worlds.

You can feel how powerful you are and how much of an impact you have the potential to make.

In just a little bit of time,

Allow your winged spirit guide to take you to maybe one or two more teaching moments.

And just observe yourself.

This astral version of you knows all so well the necessity of light and dark in the astral plane.

They keep each other balanced so there is no judgment.

There is only observation.

And now when you're ready,

This winged spirit guide is going to slowly,

Gently start to bring you back towards your present moment.

This spirit guide knows you oh so well so it's taking its time as you're gliding,

Soaring,

Flying back towards where you are now.

But you're flying back with these new realizations,

These new observations of you.

Of everything that you offer to the world and to the universe.

No judgment.

Just simply deeper knowing.

More understanding.

And this understanding is bringing you towards empowerment in your future.

And now this winged spirit guide and your astral soul self are just sort of hovering above you in the room again while you're listening to this broadcast.

And this winged spirit guide is going to start to take you forward.

The next 24 hours,

The next week,

The next month.

The winged spirit guide knows just exactly where to take you to those future teaching moments.

And notice now how you can watch yourself up above.

Make new choices.

Not only what you speak and what you pay attention to but how you choose to feel,

To vibrate,

To offer who you are to the universe.

And feel yourself expand and brighten up as you're observing up above you can feel this conscious,

Wise,

Powerful version of you going about your life.

And notice the impact that you have on your friends,

Your family,

Your co-workers,

The world at large.

Just a little bit more time here soaring just above maybe going to one more teaching moment.

This winged spirit guide knows exactly where to take you where instead of going on autopilot and just simply reacting.

You know you want to choose to consciously offer something new,

Something brighter,

Something more and more in alignment with who you truly are and who you want to be.

And I also notice the physical world responding to you.

The world itself is reflecting back this lighter and brighter vibration out in your future.

It's wonderful.

And just feel this sweet simplicity of choosing to decide.

Be,

Act,

Vibrate differently because you now know that you are creating the world that you want to see.

Wonderful and soaring,

Soaring this winged spirit guide is now switching directions.

Slowly starting to take you back towards your present,

It's taking its time really supporting you and acknowledging the new potentiation,

The potential that you now understand for change,

For love,

For joy,

For a bright,

Beautiful future.

Because you either no longer buy into the fear or unconsciously react to it.

You know that you get to choose brighter,

Loving,

Higher vibrations.

That's your power.

That's your birthright.

And this winged spirit guide is just slowly heading back to the present moment where you're just showered with all this super full moon Virgo energy.

Bright and beautiful and knowing,

Fully knowing your ability to create.

And just a little bit more time now right in your present moment,

I still close but you're fully in your body you're in your now.

The astral version of you is hopping off that winged spirit guide saying thank you and heading back into your body to fully merge with you right now.

And just feel how clear and powerful and empowered you feel right now.

This new level of knowing,

Understanding your power.

So lingering here staying here,

Steeping yourself in this knowing for as long as you like.

But know that you're now fully back in your body you're in your present moment you can feel your fingers and your toes,

And you can feel this energy all around you that is you.

It's in your aura it's in your cells.

It's in your physical brain.

It's in your vibration now.

A deeper understanding of your power to create.

This is how we co create the world we want to see.
