Hello and welcome.
Welcome to Everything is Energy.
Welcome to the energies of the equinox and Libra season.
I am recording capturing the energies of September 22nd,
2020.
And I hope that you can sense that this day,
The energies of this day are so very much what we need right now.
On September 22nd,
We have what's known as the Southern Equinox.
This is a day when everywhere on our planet,
Light and dark are equal.
Day and night are equal.
And I think we can sense that we are craving just a little bit more balance.
On this very same day,
The sun enters the sign of Libra,
The sign of balance,
Justice,
Harmony.
And again,
If ever there was a time where these energies are,
We're thirsting for them,
We're feeling how much we need them.
They're entering in on this day.
And well,
Libra carries with it the energy that everybody's opinion matters.
So it's really helping us with the same energies of equal balance of night and day.
It's reminding us that light and dark are both necessary.
If you had the chance to listen to my previous broadcast about the pure potential of dark energy,
Of the color black,
Libra and this equinox are inviting us to look at the world with a different set of eyes,
Perhaps,
To keep our values,
But also to be willing to entertain that everything is in perfect balance,
That everything is needed.
Libra is,
In astrology,
Opposite the sign of Aries.
So Aries is the sign of self and Libra is the opposite of that.
So our egos get to take a back seat in this world where we very clearly,
Likely have an opinion that we honestly feel is true of what needs to happen in our world.
What is good and what is bad.
And at this time,
Our ego is being invited by Libra to take a back seat as we learn to accept other people's points of view.
And this is a very important lesson for us to learn right now on our planet.
The next day,
The two following days,
On September 23rd and 24th.
On the 23rd we have Mercury in Libra.
Mercury,
The planet of communication within the sign that loves harmony,
Courtesy,
Companionship.
Mercury in Libra is squaring Saturn.
Saturn as it's stationing and preparing to come out of retrograde a few days later.
Saturn is the planet of limitations and karma.
I hope you can feel that's a little bit of a blocked energy.
So we have this bigger overarching umbrella energy inviting our ego to take the back seat,
Keeping our dignity,
Keeping things in balance and inviting us to learn to accept other people's points of view.
That is Libra energy and we have this energy wanting to communicate itself yet squaring structure,
Limitation and karma.
And the bigger picture is to raise up to that all-encompassing umbrella,
That vibration that Libra is offering of balance and harmony.
So it might be tempting to argue or to be frustrated.
We might not want to be told what to say or what to do.
See if during these times we're being invited again to look within.
To cultivate our own inner harmony within because we choose,
Because we can,
Because that is the lesson of the entire year of 2020 but most poignantly at the end of 2020.
And the very next day on September 24th,
Mercury in Libra,
Same energy,
Is opposing Mars.
Mars also has very sort of warlike breakthrough energy.
So these are powerful times,
Challenging times that we're living in.
I think that we can all sense that there's a lot that's needing to shift and there's a lot going on.
And the energies that are present right now are really inviting us to lift up and sort of expand our vision out,
To really catch the bigger picture and know that ultimately everything is always in balance.
And now the goddess that's often associated with Libra energy,
I'd like to introduce her,
Talk about her a little bit and then we'll get into an experience.
Ma'at,
Egyptian goddess Ma'at.
Ma'at was seen in ancient Egyptian religion as the personification of truth,
Of justice,
And of cosmic order.
It was understood that at the end of a person's life,
Ma'at,
Who's often depicted as a winged goddess,
She would take a person's heart and put it in the scales of justice and weigh it against a feather.
And depending on whether the heart was heavier or lighter than the feather,
The person went to the underworld or the person's soul progressed on as if karmically graduating from this lifetime.
It's a very Libra concept,
These ideas of balance.
Ma'at,
In ancient Egyptian religion,
The concept of Ma'at was also present.
She was a goddess but she was also a concept.
It was a concept.
Ma'at meant order,
The order fundamental to life.
And this concept of order or well-being was so crucial in human life,
It embraced notions of justice,
Truth,
And moderation.
And this points us to the seven principles of Ma'at.
These are truth,
Justice,
Harmony,
Balance,
Order,
Reciprocity,
And propriety.
And I think that we can feel just like these balanced energies of Libra season.
These principles are very much needed within ourselves and our own life and throughout the planet.
So we have at this time these energies coming through,
Present for us.
And all we really need to do is to open,
To receive them.
So to do that let's get into a practice.
Find somewhere where you can sit or lie comfortably for a little bit of time.
Close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes,
Just from the top of your head,
Slowly moving down your body,
Do a little bit of a scan of first your physical body.
Notice how you're feeling in your head and your chest and your tummy.
If there's any tightness,
Just observe it right now.
Just scanning the body all the way down to the soles of your feet.
And next,
Moving beyond the physical body into your energetic field.
Scan your aura from above your head,
Moving down through your field.
And just notice any areas.
There might be a little bit of heaviness or static.
Just observe it right now.
This energetic scan,
Move all the way down to below your feet,
To the bottom of your aura.
Just simply observing you today.
Wherever you're at,
However you're vibrating.
And now let's,
In the spirit of balance,
I want to invite you to do a chakra balancing meditation with me.
So just letting everything you've witnessed in your body be,
Tune in first to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
With your eyes closed,
Connect to that energetic center.
Its color is often brilliant red.
Might be an orb or a spinning wheel of light right at the base of your spine.
And as you connect to this energetic center,
Breathe in and send this energetic center light.
And allow this light to help your root chakra expand.
Just imagine,
Start to feel every in-breath you're just charging up your root chakra.
It's going to expand.
Invite your root chakra to expand to take up your entire aura,
Your entire field,
So that your field is glowing with brilliant red light.
And if you're energetically sensitive,
You might even notice what the vibration of the color red feels like.
Either way,
You can just simply imagine,
Feel that you're just being bathed in this pure red light.
It's coming from spirit through your root chakra at the base of your spine and just filling your field.
And imagine yourself just basking in this beautiful red light.
And then imagine,
Just at the base of your aura,
At the bottom of your aura,
There's sort of like a plug energetically,
As if you were unplugging a sink.
You can take this plug out of your aura and let all that red light drain out.
And with it,
Anything that is not in harmony with this beautiful,
Brilliant red light,
The red light is taking it with it.
So it's draining out of your field and going down into the earth.
And feel yourself for a moment clear.
Sense your aura is just clear light.
We'll tap in next to the sacral chakra,
Just below the navel.
All these chakras run right along the spine.
The main energetic shumna,
Energetic column sits there.
And as you connect to this beautiful ball or spinning wheel of orange light,
Send it light,
Send it your consciousness and allow consciousness itself to move through you to support that energetic center and expanding.
So from just below your navel,
This orange ball of light is growing,
Growing beyond your body and beginning to take up and expand and fill your entire aura with this beautiful,
Bright,
Golden orange light.
And just bask in that,
Float in that,
Breathe in that,
Be with that orange light.
Notice how it feels to have the vibration of orange all throughout your field.
Be that light.
Wonderful.
And now imagine that drain plug at the bottom of your aura being taken out so that this orange light can drain out through the bottom of your field.
And with it,
It's taking anything that is not in harmony with this beautiful,
Brilliant,
Bright orange light.
It's just sort of washing your field clean.
It's all draining out through the base of your aura down into the earth.
Take a moment next to feel your aura clear,
Clear light.
And we'll move up next to the solar plexus right at the ribs,
Beautiful golden ball or spinning wheel of light.
As you connect,
It expands and you can send it light,
You can send it your consciousness,
You can let consciousness move through you and send light to this energetic center solar plexus chakra right at the ribs,
But on the spine and feel it just expand out beyond your ribs,
This golden ball of sun colors,
Expanding to take up your entire energetic field and just bathe in that bask in that light,
Receive it,
Be one with it,
Be it,
Feel the vibration of this golden yellow light.
And when you're ready,
Take that drain plug allow it to be removed from the bottom of your aura and let this yellow light start to drain out and with it is taking any heaviness that is not in harmony with this pure,
Bright,
Brilliant yellow light,
Cleansing you physically and energetically and that golden light and anything that's heavy is going down into the earth.
Take a moment to feel your aura clear and then moving up to your heart center where your heart is but at the center of your chest,
Brilliant emerald green light,
Feel it shining brightly and as you connect to it,
Send your consciousness there,
Send universal consciousness there,
Feel your heart just expand naturally beautifully out beyond your body,
Filling,
Easily filling your entire field,
Maybe your energetic field even expands a little bit here and you are one with this brilliant emerald green light.
Notice how that green light feels,
Feel the vibration,
Feel the subtle shift between the colors and how there's almost an emotion that comes with the vibration,
A welling with the heart and just be in that,
Receive that,
Bask in that for a little bit of time.
Wonderful and when you're ready,
Unplug that energetic drain hole at the base of your aura and let this green light drain out and just let it take with it anything that is not in the same high vibration of this beautiful brilliant green light so it's just cleansing you,
The light is leaving going down to the bottom of your aura out into the center.
Take a moment to feel your aura clear once again.
Moving up to the throat center next right where the throat is,
Beautiful light blue light,
Bright blue light and as you connect to this energetic center and send it your consciousness,
Your light,
Universal consciousness,
Feel this bright blue light expand and expand and expand.
It's taking up your entire field.
This universal consciousness is coming through your throat chakra and allowing this light,
Pure blue,
Brilliant bright blue light and just bathe in that,
Receive that,
Be one with that and notice how it feels,
Notice how you're vibrating.
Just take that in.
When you're ready,
Allow this light to drain out through the bottom of your field.
It takes with it anything that is not in harmony with this beautiful bright brilliant blue light and this light heads down into the earth and just feel yourself once again clear,
Your aura is clear.
We'll move up next to our third eye,
The third eye right at the space between your brows but in the middle of your head,
Indigo blue light,
Deep blue light.
Feel that ball or spinning wheel of light present and as you connect with it and send it your consciousness,
Send it light,
Allow universal consciousness to flow through you and just expand this indigo blue light from the third eye to take up your entire field and just feel how good this indigo blue light feels and allow yourself to fully merge with it,
To take it in,
To be one with it.
Wonderful and when you're ready,
Allow that light to drain out the bottom of your fields down into the earth,
Taking with it anything that is not in harmony with it so that you're left with this bright blue indigo blue third eye.
So all this light drains down into the earth and feel your aura clear.
Moving up next at the top of the head,
The crown chakra right at the top of your skull,
Brilliant violet purple light,
A ball or a spinning wheel and orb of light and as you connect there,
Send your consciousness there,
Send light there,
Allow universal consciousness to move through you and expand this purple violet light to take up your entire field.
Feel your aura just completely immersed in this purple light.
Notice how that feels and just be present,
Be one,
Be this light,
Receive it.
When you're ready,
Imagine there's a drain hole at the bottom of your aura and allow that beautiful purple light to flow down,
Taking with it any remaining heaviness that is not in alignment and harmony with this bright purple light.
Down it goes,
Down into the earth.
And now just for a moment,
Check in,
Feel yourself balanced,
Harmonized,
Clear and bright.
This is the energy that Libra season is inviting us to cultivate.
As we move through the end of 2020 and we come to understand on a very deep level,
Our energetic vibration is our offering for the planet.
Feel yourself harmonious and balanced and clear.
And now imagine,
Invite Egyptian goddess Maat.
She is often depicted with wings,
Sometimes with an ankh and a scepter,
With a feather at the top of her head.
This beautiful goddess,
Potentially her wings are deep blue and her gown is deep red or orange,
Is coming to you now.
And feel her energy as she appears,
As if from another dimension,
Her energy is all around you.
As if,
If you choose to invite her,
She's infusing herself into your aura.
And she's all around you,
She's so far beyond your field and your aura as well,
But her energy is coming to you from all directions.
Maybe you just see her face,
Maybe you see this goddess with wings.
And Maat,
Her principles are truth,
Justice,
Harmony,
Balance,
Order,
Reciprocity and propriety.
So feel and invite all of those energies.
And she too is inviting you to remember that these energies are personal choices and that you have the opportunity now and moving forward to make a personal choice every moment of every day to connect to these energies.
That she is always available,
She comes from another dimension.
And as she comes,
She shows you that she's coming from all directions and just coming to meet you wherever you're at.
And she brings with her the vibrations of truth,
Justice,
Harmony,
Balance,
Order,
Reciprocity and propriety.
Just which of those words,
Those vibrations might really resonate with you as if this is what you're craving a little bit more of.
And the subtle message that she's bringing,
Which is very much in alignment with the end of this year,
Is that it's a conscious personal choice that we get to choose first.
And I guess I'm being invited to speak a little bit about the concept of reciprocity.
I recently started a non-profit called Seeding Reciprocity and I came to realize that many people might not really understand what reciprocity means.
We often think of reciprocate in our Western world in terms of you give me something so I give you something.
But ma'at and the energies right now are inviting us to dig a little deeper.
Reciprocity actually means that we choose a free will to give our energies,
To vibrate in a certain way because,
Not because of an external circumstance in the world that has already happened,
But because we come to understand in a very deep way that this is our power of creation.
And this is the very same principle that Libra and the Equinox are inviting us to remember.
This harmony,
This balance that we are seeking in the world is a personal choice first.
That we go first and that when we choose to feel that way and send that out,
Yes we likely will get it back,
But we don't do it because we've already received it.
We understand that in the act of vibrating that way,
In the act of sending out that energy energetic signature,
In that choice to be harmony,
To feel harmony,
To be truth,
To be bright and loving.
We send that out because that is what we want to see,
Not because that is what we have already received.
And in so doing we create it.
That is what reciprocity means.
It's a concept that many Native shamanistic teachers have spoken about and I believe it's a concept that is ready for revival,
Is ready for remembering.
Along with all of these concepts and Ma'at is here,
Ever present,
Whenever we need her.
She can come to us and help us.
Remember,
Choose,
Consciously choose of our own free will because,
Because that is just simply how we want to feel.
Not because anything has happened in the 3D external world,
But because.
See if you can feel the subtle shift,
The profound shift in us as humans reclaiming our energetic power to create the world.
These are the times we're living in.
These are the energies that are offered to us,
This equinox,
This Libra season.
And this is something this goddess Ma'at,
This concept Ma'at,
These 7 principles of Ma'at have been around through many ancient civilizations.
They have not left our universe or our planet.
It is we humans that are being invited to reconnect and to remember.
Take a moment now here to communicate with Ma'at.
Anything that you want to share,
Anything that you might want to offer,
Anything that you want to create,
Anything that's lingering for release,
Communicate with her.
Maybe notice what she has to communicate with you.
And as with all communications of this nature,
There may or may not be words involved.
There may be colors or vibrations or just knowing experiences,
Visions.
And see if you can just get the sense from her that you are the change you wish to see,
That you are the transformer,
That you are the creator,
That you are the change maker,
That you are that powerful,
And that it also is that subtle.
And see if you can also get the sense of how with that lens and that understanding,
Everything already is perfect because really the profound task that is of the day for us humans is this remembering and this choosing to be and to feel harmony and balance and peace and truth and love.
And see if you can feel how just really deep in this seat of who you are,
Your energetic being,
There's a resting that happens.
There's a sense of ah,
Yes.
And there's also this sort of womb mother like energies if Ma'at is wrapping her feathered wings around you.
And as she's getting ready to depart,
Send from your heart to hers the energy of gratitude,
Love,
Harmony.
Exchange that with her.
Send that to her because you can.
And as she departs,
You know,
She wants you to know you understand that you can connect with her anywhere and everywhere,
That she's always been present.
She will always be present and you can just simply choose to connect with her whenever you need.
And then just coming into your body,
Wherever you're listening,
Wherever you're seated,
Wherever you're lying,
And feel yourself renewed,
Balanced,
Harmonized.
And also start to maybe deepen your understanding of how you chose to do this.
You made that change within yourself.
And perhaps at the intention that we can all have a little bit more of an awareness around how we're vibrating so that as we live in these deeply transformational times,
We will continue to seed light,
Harmony,
Love,
Balance,
Peace,
Justice,
And create the world that we truly want to see.
