Gemini Full Moon: Altjira & Rainbow Serpent

This is an offfering in sync with the Gemni full moon. I discuss the energetics and astrology of this full moon, which supports us in expansion and dreaming our dreams! I also integreate the Kuiper Belt Object Altjiera, and incorporate how the Aboriginal tribes may have considered the significance of Altjira.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

Welcome to the Gemini Full Moon,

Which is exact,

On December 7th at 807 p.

M.

Pacific time and on December 8th at 4.

07 am European time.

UK time.

This full moon is literally full of support,

Capacity to support us in taking a quantum leap.

I'll get to why that is the case in a moment.

I want to give us a little bit of a backdrop of the energies leading up to this full moon.

A few days before the full moon,

On the 3rd of December,

We have Neptune going direct in the sign of Pisces.

And this is the second to last of all the planets that have come out of this season of retrograde and are moving direct.

We now have Saturn,

Pluto,

Neptune and Jupiter and by January 22nd we'll have Uranus direct as well.

Forward momentum.

Things are going to start to pick up.

Neptune is the planet of spiritual idealism,

Creativity,

It's also the planet of illusion and delusion.

Really what that means to us now is we're being invited to seek higher truths.

One of those truths being oneness,

Another being the power of love.

And on December 5th we have another interesting event that's creating the backdrop for the full moon.

We have Mercury at 29 degrees of Sagittarius squaring Jupiter at 29 degrees of Pisces.

Mercury is the planet of communication.

Sag is supporting us in having new ideas about our communication.

Jupiter rules Sag and Jupiter is the planet of expansion in Pisces.

Supporting us in energetic sensitivity and visions of a brighter future.

It might feel utopian that it's so out of reach but it's not.

So the squaring action is supporting us and really squares are challenges but it's really supporting us in seeing any subconscious blocks to the future.

Any beliefs that we are carrying in our own field and the collective.

I'm going to operate this.

This is going to be something that's very easy to jump over.

This idea of a quantum leap.

And these energies are challenging us to energetically communicate in new ways.

Ways that are in support of the future that may seem impossible,

May seem too good to be true.

But that's literally only because our physical world is going into and going through a massive and speedy upgrade.

We literally are in the birth canal.

We've been in that birth canal for a while in this process of being reborn but at some point we will pop out and there's no rush to move through that.

We're being invited to really dive deep and to be,

To discover and uncover who we are and how we are.

And that brings us to the full moon.

Depending on where you're at,

The 7th or 8th of December.

And this full moon,

Full moons or times of realization,

Is at 16 degrees of Gemini.

The number 16 reduces to the number 7 in numerology which represents wholeness.

It's associated with ascension.

It's associated with moving above and beyond obstacles.

Gemini is mutable,

Masculine air.

It's adaptable,

It's curious,

It's spontaneous.

It's known as a sign of the twins.

And one of the ways it's commonly talked about is a sign of duality.

But I want to offer that the world is much more than black and white or right or wrong.

And Gemini,

The higher version of Gemini,

Reminds us that we can instantly shift from one way of being to another.

From one way of feeling or thinking or seeing things to another.

And this is perfect because the Mercury squared Jupiter,

Just a couple days before,

Shows us,

The square is showing us,

Challenging us,

As I mentioned,

To energetically communicate in new ways.

And these new ways are ways that support this super beautiful bright future that may feel utopian,

But we're being invited to dream and to not feel like we have to nail it down.

It may seem impossible,

But that's,

Again,

Because we're going through such a massive and speedy upgrade.

And this full moon is illuminating.

It's shining a light on our ability to instantly shift,

To change,

To choose something better,

To vibrate higher.

And this applies to everything.

Whatever it is in our world,

In our life,

That is anything less than love,

Abundance,

Peace,

Expansion,

Harmony,

Unity.

Anything less than all the high vibrations that are our birthright.

Anything less than that ideal is up for instant change,

Shift,

And upgrade.

Ultimately it's up to us,

But that is precisely where we want our power to lie.

And the good news is we have a dose of rocket fuel with this full moon to support us in making these energetic vibrational changes that may have seemed a little bit more challenging in the past.

Things that felt hard are going to start to feel easy and inspiring.

So the heavy lifting that might have felt that way in the past won't really be heavy.

It'll feel natural.

It'll feel inspiring.

It'll feel uplifting.

And that's the nature of this sort of quantum leap.

And the energies around us right now are still very mutable.

We have six planets still in mutable signs.

Sun and Venus in Sagittarius.

Moon and Mars in Gemini.

Neptune and Jupiter in Pisces.

So there's this shape-shifting ability that's harmonizing with the Gemini energy of instant ability to change.

So we can rapidly unstuck ourselves,

Unstick ourselves,

And move into infinite possibility.

And Luna,

While she's full,

She's conjunct Mars,

Also at 16 degrees of Gemini.

Mars is retrograde.

Mars is the I Am planet.

It's an action planet.

Retrograde means we're under review.

We're being invited to review ourselves,

Our vibrations.

The Gemini duality is reminding us that anything is possible.

And Mars in Gemini is squared to Neptune in Pisces.

So Neptune in Pisces is now moving forward.

And this energy,

As I mentioned earlier,

Is about illusion and delusion.

It's about the higher truth of unity and oneness and no separation and infinite possibility.

And the squaring action,

Which is a challenge to support us in seeing how we've been vibrating that's stuck and to be able to instantaneously shift,

To take that quantum leap.

And not only does Neptune square Mars,

It's a T-square.

It's also squaring Sun in Sag and Moon in Gemini.

So that is reminding us that this energy of illusion and delusion is still here.

It's about our own lunar,

Inner clarity,

Solar,

External clarity.

But the T-square energy is reminding us that the truth is ever unfolding.

We don't have to know.

We have to surrender to being in this ever unfolding universe.

There's still things we can't see.

There's so much more to be discovered about both our inner world with Luna,

The energetics of ourselves,

The outer world with the Sun,

The 3D physical world.

And hopefully all of this will just support us in taking a deep breath with this deeper understanding,

Inching closer to the truth that we're not supposed to know.

We're not supposed to do.

We are here to be,

To vibrate and to create with ease and joy and to create that bright future and know with so much conviction that we are creating that bright future by choosing our vibration right now.

And ever unfolding right now,

We always have a choice.

And this Gemini energy,

Gemini is a sign of curiosity,

Versatility.

It's here to remind us that anything and everything are possible.

And I want to get to one more aspect about this full moon and then we'll get into a meditation.

Luna is also conjunct Algera.

Algera is a Kuiper belt object.

Algera is actually at 17 degrees Gemini and in numerology that reduces to 8,

Which is on its side in an infinity loop,

Reminding us of cycles of energy,

Of recycling of energy,

Of the infinite nature of reality.

Algera is actually an Aboriginal word.

And there's a few different translations that Western folks,

Anthropologists,

Ethnographers have come to translate Algera as.

It's dreaming to dream eternal.

It's associated with what the Aboriginal people call the Dream Time.

But it's really important to remember that this,

Our Western word dream is so condensed compared to how the Aboriginal people understood the dreaming.

Algera was also known as a creator,

Supreme creator force that brought into being all the landscape,

All the life in the landscape,

All the waterways,

All the animals,

All the people,

Everything was created by Algera.

And Algera was simultaneously creating everything and within everything.

It is everything.

And this brings us to the notion of dreaming.

We associate dreaming with what happens when we go to sleep at night and what scientists document as REM sleep.

To just kind of put it in perspective,

Dreaming is also what we do when we daydream.

Dreaming is our ability to consciously create.

It's very similar to the energies of this full moon.

There's no mistake that Algera is right next to Luna.

Dreaming is creating our future by visualizing,

Imagining,

Vibrating.

And that dreaming time,

The dreaming time,

Which is associated with the song lines,

Is potentially the most powerful time in our lives.

And dreaming can happen and should happen all the time.

So Algera is this concept that we're being invited to remember.

And Algera being this creative energy is also synced up with to many tribes and people,

Aboriginal people,

With what's known as the Rainbow Serpent.

And the Rainbow Serpent or Rainbow Snake is a deity that's known as the Creator in sync with Algera.

And it's got this wonderful,

Very similar to the archetype of the Mother Goddess.

The Rainbow Serpent was responsible for everything.

The Rainbow Serpent,

When things were out of balance,

Would,

To the human eye,

Ruthlessly bring things back into harmony.

And this is the precise energy that we get to invite into our lives and our beings to remember.

It's a free choice,

But if that feels right and harmonious to you,

We'll get into meditation.

I want to share a quote before we move on.

When I was researching Algera,

I came across a quote from a senior lawman of an Aboriginal tribe.

And he was dressing a gathering of white people in his country in the late 90s.

And he says,

We're really sorry for you people.

We cry for you because you haven't got meaning of culture in this country.

We have a gift to give you.

We keep getting blocked from giving you this gift.

We get blocked by politics and politicians,

By media,

By law.

And all we want to do is come out from all of this and give you this gift.

And this gift is the gift of pattern thinking.

It's the culture which is the blood of this country,

The blood of Aboriginal groups,

Of the ecology and of the land itself.

And I share that to invite us to open up to deeper understandings of what dreaming means and what pattern thinking means.

How powerful seeing patterns and embodying patterns and embracing pattern thinking and what new patterns of vibration might we want to create.

What we want to witness so that we can shift this idea that there's the universe,

The world,

Everything is encased in sacred geometry is one way to think about it.

But this pattern idea is something that we have the choice to create new patterns.

And I think we intuitively know we are habitual pattern beings.

And if we can upgrade the patterns of our vibration,

We can,

With so much joy and ease,

Take that quantum leap into this bright harmonious future.

So let's go ahead and get to a practice find a quiet,

Safe space where you can sit or close your eyes.

And as you close your eyes,

Come into your body.

Feel your sit bones connect to the floor,

The chair,

Wherever you're seated or lying,

Feel the weight of your body meet the earth or wherever you're at.

And as you feel yourself meet wherever you're at,

Send your energetic roots down.

And then come beneath the soil of Mother Earth.

Feel yourself rooted,

Grounded,

Safe and secure.

Feel yourself held and known by Mother Earth.

And then coming back into your body,

Feel your heart beating in your chest,

Feel your lungs rising and falling as you breathe.

Moving beyond your body into your energetic self,

Which is both within the physical body but also exists in that aura all around you.

Feel yourself,

Visualize yourself as this energetic field that you are so much more than this physical body and you can take your awareness,

You can remain in your physical body.

But imagine that there's part of you,

This soul aspect of you,

This cosmic,

Everlasting aspect of you that can lift yourself up and out of your body.

You're still rooted into the earth but now you can sort of pull this aspect of you up and out of your body as if you're sort of hovering,

Looking over you.

Precisely where you're at as you're practicing this meditation and as you're hovering over yourself,

Take a moment to smile,

Take a moment to send yourself.

Just so much love and joy and gratitude for everything that you are right now.

And you can still remain attached to this physical body but you're in your soul self and you begin to look above and ahead of you.

And you start to see this beautiful golden staircase unfolding as you're looking up into the sky,

You're looking up,

Seeing the clouds and the clouds have sort of begun to open and part as if there's this circle,

This vortex of light that's opening as this stairway is descending down from it.

And as you're looking up at this stairway,

You're looking up at this parting of the clouds and this perfect circle,

You start to notice something and energy moving around the edges of this circle.

It's so cold,

You feel invited to begin to walk up this energetic golden staircase,

Your soul version of you feels so safe and as you get closer to this portal,

This opening,

You notice that what's surrounding this circular opening is a rainbow ouroborealis,

A serpent.

And this ouroborealis is typically the serpent is eating its own tail signifying the cycles,

The never ending cycles of life and time.

And this is linked to Algira,

The rainbow serpent,

The concept of dream time,

Dream time being creation time.

And you're being invited by this rainbow serpent to continue up this golden staircase and as you're coming up you can see there's so much love and light flooding through this portal of sorts.

And your heart begins to well,

You begin to just not even take steps,

You're floating,

You're allowing yourself to be magnetically drawn towards this portal,

This portal of love and light and infinite possibility.

And as you get closer you can feel yourself attuning to this knowing,

This dream time knowing that anything and everything are always possible.

And you're supported by this supreme creator spirit and you get right up to the top of this staircase and you're standing at a threshold,

You're standing in a precipice of sorts,

You're right in the centre of this portal.

And you can turn around and look back down into the 3D world and see yourself seated or lying in this meditation.

You can turn again and look forward into this vast chasm is the wrong word but this space of infinite light.

And this algebra,

This creative spirit,

This rainbow serpent is inviting you to stay right here in this threshold moment,

Surrounded by its energy,

Surrounded by its light and its love.

So you're right in the centre of this portal and this rainbow serpent is circling around you eating its tail,

Reminding you,

Teaching you that there is no beginning,

That there is no end,

That there is no separation.

And that you are capable of anything your heart desires.

And feel how that feels.

Give yourself a few moments to just be with this creator spirit,

Surrounded by its wisdom and its love and surrounded by the energies of infinite possibility.

And you're being infused with this understanding and,

Aljira,

This rainbow serpent is inviting you now to dream.

To start to create as you're looking out into this vast infinite space,

What seemingly impossible grand vision would you like to create,

Would you like to see unfold?

It's inviting you to start to dream.

And just notice what comes across your mind.

I notice what dances in front of you as you're looking into this vast space of love and light.

Maybe it's a vision you've already started to cultivate,

Maybe it's something totally new.

And it's okay if you don't quite know what it is that's materializing.

Maybe it's just light and color and energy.

Maybe it is something much more concrete.

And allow it to just unfold in front of you.

And as you're visualizing this,

You are sending this vibration all around you and this rainbow serpent is picking up on it,

Noticing what you're dreaming.

And Aljira,

This rainbow serpent is inviting you to continue to dream.

Notice how good this space feels,

How natural it feels to be here.

How simultaneously powerful and humbling it feels to be dreaming a bright new future.

And Aljira,

This rainbow serpent is continuing to nudge you a little bit more.

Keep dreaming.

Keep imagining.

Notice what more details,

What other joyful,

Loving,

Harmonious,

High vibrational things can you bring into your vibration.

And ultimately,

This rainbow serpent is not just listening and recording but putting things into motion.

And it's inviting you to do two things simultaneously.

If you can keep one eye to this golden portal,

Looking out into this vast space of infinite possibility,

And keep one eye,

Send one eye back down to your physical self that's seated or lying,

Wherever you're practicing this meditation.

And rainbow serpent is teaching you that you can simultaneously be in your body and the physical world and be in this dream time space,

Connect to this portal.

It's inviting you to entertain.

You can do this every moment of every day.

That type of wisdom is precisely what it's inviting humanity to remember.

This dream space is not only a safe,

Loving space,

It's a space of infinite possibility.

It's a space of continued creation.

It's a space of love.

It's a space of unity.

And so this rainbow serpent is inviting you to keep part of yourself right up here in this portal.

Maybe all of your soul remains right up here in this portal and then send your energy and awareness simultaneously back down into your body.

Maybe you can take a deep breath,

Feel yourself come fully into your body.

Maybe you can just gently move your fingers and toes.

Your eyes are still closed and back into this physical vessel that is also very much an energetic vessel.

You know that there is an aspect of you that can be,

If you decide to let it be,

Always connected up that golden staircase into that Ouroborialis rainbow serpent portal of dreaming.

It's a space of infinite possibility.

See if you can now in your physical body integrate that.

Have a deeper understanding of yourself as a dreamer every moment of every day.

You can be standing in line at the grocery store and be dreaming.

You can be chatting on the phone and be creating.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes and fully in your body,

Fully present,

Send a pulse of love and gratitude up that golden staircase to that rainbow serpent.

That Algira spirit of dreaming.
