Corona: Crown Of Light

As Saturn prepares to exit Capricorn and enter Aquarius on March 21, we have tremendous opportunity to spread light and love in our midst. Everything Is Energy invites you to consider that corona means "crown of light". This virus is inviting us to move from fear to love. To be love.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy.

Gosh,

I have such a wonderful topic to share today.

And well,

Initially I mentioned in an earlier broadcast,

I was planning to share about the move that Saturn's making out of Capricorn and into Aquarius.

And that's still very relevant,

But what's more relevant is what's happening on our planet right now.

So the coronavirus is very up,

It's very present,

It's very charged,

It's affecting everyone's lives somehow.

And well,

You know what Corona means?

I mentioned this in a broadcast,

Gosh,

Months ago about Corona Borealis.

Corona means crown,

Crown of light.

So this points us to the potential for transformation that's what's up right now.

And despite all the chaos and all the fear,

I invite you to consider that before anything new can take place in the process of transformation,

Chaos must happen.

So we are in this period of chaos.

But you know who gets to tell the universe what they want to create?

You.

So during this period,

It's important for us to stay connected to how we feel because we are all connected and there is a lot of humanity in a state of fear.

It's okay to feel tired.

It's okay to want to rest more.

And it is a good time for us to take really good care of ourselves.

So know that that is present,

But also that we will adjust.

So Corona means crown of light.

Something that I've come to discover in my own understanding of how the world is going to heal itself,

The ascension process,

Whatever you want to call it,

Is that as we become lighter,

Our bodies shine brighter.

And while I haven't met anyone personally in this lifetime who's done this,

I do know many of the avatars that we know Jesus and Mary,

What do they have in pictures?

They have this halo,

This crown of light.

Many of the Hindu deities,

Their whole beings are beaming light.

The Egyptian gods and goddesses often have that sun disc behind their head,

Their crown of light.

So this virus is really offering us an opportunity for upgrade.

And one of the things,

The visions that I had is that this virus is just sort of knocking on the front door and it's asking whether we want to be extra super fearful or whether we want to give it love.

And the way to transform right now is not to hide,

It's not to resist,

It's to turn with our feet on the ground,

Connect to our heart and beam love.

And you know what happens to that virus when we send it love?

It transforms.

So this is how powerful we are right now and this is so in sync with what's happening in the heavens.

Saturn is on March 21st going to leave the sign of Capricorn.

Now I mentioned that Saturn's at home in Capricorn and it's sort of a linear karmic,

It can feel like a heavy energy.

And the light and dark aspects of Saturn and Capricorn are really showing us that it's kind of the last hurrah for linear time.

Because as Saturn moves into Aquarius we're going to see things even more massively speed up.

I just sense that things that we haven't even imagined possibilities for our world are going to,

We're going to catch glimpses of this from March 21st to July 7th,

2020.

That's when Saturn first enters Aquarius.

But the show's not that simple.

On July 1st,

2020 until December 17th,

2020,

Saturn's going to go back into Capricorn.

So we're going to get this sort of linear lockdown,

This messaging about it,

But that doesn't mean that we have to succumb to it.

We get to know that there will still be dark and light doing this dance.

But the good news is that on December 17th,

2020,

Saturn's going to go into Aquarius for,

Well until 2023.

So that's the period where we're really going to see these physical manifestations of the magical possibilities for our future.

So we're going to get the glimpses March 21st through July 1st this year.

Hopefully you can feel that you're already taking a deep breath,

Knowing that all is well in the world.

So what to do right now?

I mentioned love.

It's almost like this virus wants us to remember how powerful love is.

And fear and love are just dark and light.

That juxtaposition is here right now.

So what can we do right now?

We can embody love in every single way that we find possible.

This first always starts with ourselves.

Self-care,

Self-love,

Honoring oneself,

Nurturing oneself,

Speaking loving words to oneself,

And then sharing our love with the world.

Calling up our family and our friends,

Letting them know that we care,

Having a loving conversation.

And it also extends out to people we don't even know,

To strangers in the grocery store.

We get to choose love.

We get to choose to shine this light.

And what we're going to do right now is a practice.

As you know,

This is a global community of thousands and thousands of people.

We've got,

I think,

140 countries now.

Now more than ever,

We get to know that we can create a powerful web of light.

So go ahead and find a quiet space where you can sit with a straight spine or lie with a straight spine.

And as you breathe in,

Come into your body,

Feel your chest rise,

Feel your heartbeat.

Breathe out.

It's just going to be the opportunity to let any tension go.

Breathe in,

Connect to your heart,

The light of your heart.

Breathe out,

Clears you out.

And as you inhale,

Connect into the light of your heart,

You're sending your love into your heart and feel your heart shine ever more brightly,

Expanding.

It's as big as your chest right now,

This golden light and breathing out.

And every inhale,

Just sending your love to your heart and feel it grow.

It's bigger than your shoulders now.

This ball of light is responding to your consciousness.

This is you,

Lightening,

Healing,

Loving you.

Every inhale,

Send more love to your heart center and feel that heart center expand.

It's almost as big as your aura right now.

Breathing in,

More love to your heart.

Breathing out.

One more time,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Wonderful and now feel your heart light is consuming the space of your entire aura.

And now the first thing we're going to do is heal ourselves.

Scan your field,

Check in with yourself,

Any dense or heavy energies.

You don't even need to know what they are or maybe you do know what they are.

As you inhale,

Take those heavy energies into the light of your heart.

I know that your heart is capable of transmutation.

As soon as you bring that heaviness into your heart,

It instantly becomes more light.

So your aura is growing.

A few more breaths like that.

Scanning your field,

Inhale,

Call any heavy energy into your heart light.

Instantly it's turned into light and you expand.

Breathing in again,

Call any heaviness,

Any fear into your heart and then instantly it's turned into light and you continue to expand.

Let's take two more breaths like that.

Inhale,

Just full easy breath.

Exhale.

One more scan of your field.

Inhale,

Take anything,

Any little teeny tiny dense particles into the light of your heart.

Instantly more light and now feel how big and bright and beautiful you are and your heart center is.

And now knowing that there are thousands of people around the world connecting and listening to this,

Activating their heart centers.

With your intention,

Connect to every single one of those beings.

See if you can feel this web of light that we've just created around the planet and as we connect to each other,

Our light,

I don't know if you can feel it,

But there's this massive increase and flow of energy.

So connecting to each other,

Feeling the light and the love that is present around the world.

Knowing that our heart center is the most powerful aspect of ourselves.

Let's spend some time now giving love.

So scanning the field of the planet,

Only as much as you're ready to take in,

Take in a little bit of that density that's ready to be shifted from around the world.

Take it into your heart and feel it transmute into light as you exhale,

Just sending that light out around the world.

And know that together we are so powerful.

Inhale,

Call any heaviness into your heart.

Exhale,

Expand,

Expand,

Expand.

It's as if you are becoming as big as Mother Earth herself.

Breathing in,

Take any heaviness into your heart.

You don't need to know what it is.

Know that you are that powerful.

The light of your heart is that powerful.

As soon as it comes into your heart center,

Boom,

More light.

Send it out around the world.

Inhaling,

Anything that's ready to come into your heart for transmutation,

Call it in and then feel it instantly,

Light.

Send it out with that out breath.

Just continue here for a little bit of time,

Connected to the web of people that are doing this practice and knowing that you have the power to transmute,

To heal,

To send light.

More light around the world.

Breathe it in.

Take it into the light of your beautiful heart and then exponentially this light is expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding.

So it's as if we're helping to nourish Mother Earth with this circle of light and she is here supporting us from her core.

Few more breaths,

Every inhale,

Just feel the beauty,

The love,

The full support that we have in this practice.

While sending out more light,

More love.

And see if you can feel the love,

The joy,

The peace that's present in every cell of your being,

In every part of your field.

This is who you truly are and this is just the tip of the iceberg of how powerful we are,

The power that we have as creators.

This is what we get to look forward to,

Learning more,

Embodying more of this love and light.

And this virus is really just asking for love.

It's the gateway for us to discover how powerful love is,

How powerful we are.

A little bit more time here.

And now,

As we prepare to move forward,

We are going to take a deep breath in and out as we prepare to bring our auras back into the room.

So just feel,

Instead of your aura being as big as the Mother Earth herself,

Just call your energy back to where you're at.

Feel yourself now seated or lying in the room where you're at and just feel the buzz,

Feel the charge,

Feel the light,

Feel the love that is you.

Wonderful.

And know that whenever you want to,

You can come back.

You can listen to this again and again.

And now more than ever is the time to share this,

To practice this,

To know that this too is your birthright,

The power of your heart and that we're already wired for this.

As I've mentioned before,

We have neurons in our heart that think independently of our brain.

Gosh,

There's so many things that I've been planning for this year and I realized as I'm broadcasting that time is speeding up.

Something you can look forward to is I'm teaching a heart alchemy class.

I don't know when it's fully going to be live,

But it's literally a deep dive into this practice right here.

There's so much that science already knows and there's so much for us to explore and I just want you to know that this is so very already documented as true.

And I hope that you can feel that now and know that everything's always well.

Everything's always in balance.

You're right exactly where you need to be.

And the best thing you can do for yourself and for everyone,

Everything is this,

To shine the light of your heart,

To share your love,

To love yourself.
