Aries New Moon: Goddesses Eris & Ceres

The new moon in Aries invokes much about courage. Explore the astrological aspects of asteroid Ceres and dwarf planet Eris within the Aries stellium that occurs on the Aries new moon.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Everything is Energy and welcome to the beginnings of April 2021.

I'm recording just a few days before the new moon,

Which occurs on April 11th at 7 30 p.

M.

Pacific time.

These recordings capture the energy,

So know that when you find this recording all the energy that's appropriate for you will be available.

We have something really special happening during this new moon.

It's a new moon in Aries.

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac.

It's the beginning of the astrological new year.

It begins right with the spring equinox,

So it began on the 20th of March.

Aries is a cardinal sign.

It's a masculine fire extroverted sign.

Aries energy is quick.

It calls us to action.

It makes us desire to charge ahead.

And we have not only the moon,

La Luna,

In Aries.

We have what's known as a stellium of planets,

Asteroids,

Dwarf planets in this sign.

And a stellium,

If you've listened to a recording I did about a month ago,

Stelliums are really simply just super potent doses of the energy of a sign.

So we have the moon,

The sun,

Mercury,

Lady Venus,

Chiron,

Ceres,

And Aries all in the sign of Aries during this time of this new moon.

So it's a super potent seating time.

And the energy of Aries I want to note,

It's not only charge ahead and call to action.

Aries is dynamic,

Courageous,

It's a positive,

Confident sign,

And it's very much supporting us in interacting with our 3D physical world.

Aries is a very physical sign.

Moreover,

Not only do we have a stellium of planets in Aries,

Aries is ruled by Mars.

And Mars just so happens to be what's known as out of bounds until May 24th.

And as it might sound,

Out of bounds is sort of extraordinary energy going beyond an established boundary,

Going beyond the ordinary expectations of the energy of a planet or a sign.

So it's not positive or negative,

It's just exceptional.

It's outside the norm.

So in this regard,

The energies will support us in being strongly ambitious,

Courageous,

Bold.

It's also going to support us in physical energy.

Mars and Aries are linked.

So not only do we have all these planets in Aries,

We have Mars being out of bounds,

Supporting us in this 3D world.

We'll have more physical energy,

Vitality,

Willpower,

Passion.

We're also going to be supported in being adventuresome,

Daring,

And stepping out into new leadership roles.

So all the planets in the stellium in Aries,

Aries ruled ruling planet Mars out of bounds.

And all the planets,

Asteroids,

And dwarf planets are affected by this potent Aries energy.

So this brings us first to this new moon.

On the 11th,

We have La Luna in Aries as I mentioned.

And the moon and Venus are both going to be squaring Pluto in Capricorn at that time.

Moon and Venus squaring Pluto is going to add intensity.

Pluto unpacks anything it goes through.

So the square is in opposition.

Capricorn is structure.

So we're going to feel some intensity during this time.

The intensity of potential progress,

Things speeding up,

More energy towards our soul's goals.

And new moons are generally seeding times.

And this particular seeding time with the new moon in Aries is a new beginning for our 3D world.

As I mentioned,

This is the beginning of the zodiac in astrology.

And well,

You might,

If you've been listening to my podcast,

We've been seeding and seeding and seeding for probably since the start of 2021.

Our desires,

Our soul aspirations.

So for several cycles now in a row,

We've been,

The downloads have been coming through to plant the seeds energetically.

This particular new moon is about the physical world,

About interacting with the physical world,

Doing things in the physical world.

And it's worth noting that all the seeding,

This can still be the very same intention that began or it might be a new iteration of that very same intention.

Lunar cycles are always seeding times and what ends up happening in a lunar cycle is we plant the seed,

We watch what La Luna and the planetary energies bring us,

And we learn lessons about adjustments that need to be made in order to continue to cultivate that seed.

So at this particular time,

It's likely that this seed might be ready to pop its little seedling head and leaves up above the ground.

So in the past moons,

We were vibrating,

We were feeling,

We were setting the intention in this moon,

We're proclaiming,

We're declaring,

We're accepting.

And in the terms of verbiage,

You know,

If we're desiring something saying,

I am that desire,

Instead of I will be that desire,

We're declaring it in this and so it is type of energy.

And that is what Aries is supporting us in being courageous,

Being bold,

Being brave and putting down our stake in the ground and making that declaration.

And so it is.

And the moon,

Moon represents our deepest feelings and our needs as well as our habits and our instinctual responses.

So Luna is feminine.

She's touching on our sort of darker internal unseen world,

Our subconscious.

So Luna in Aries is helping us to tap into these deep desires from places that we might not even know where it's coming from.

To simultaneously tap into that space within us and to declare it into the physical world,

To assert it,

To take action,

To be bold and brave and receive the energy.

So here's what's even more cool.

Within this stellium of planets in Aries,

Around the time of this new moon,

We have two special conjunctions with the sun.

We have Ceres conjunct the sun on the sixth of April,

Just before the new moon.

And she's going to still be in the stellium of planets at the time of the new moon.

And the sun is our external self.

It's our ego.

It's what we comprehend rationally,

Represents our conscious mind and our identity.

Ceres is an asteroid.

She is a goddess that in ancient times represented the natural cycles,

The cycles of the natural world,

The natural world itself,

The rhythms of the seasons,

Womanhood,

Fertility of all kinds.

So she was a highly feminine goddess energy asteroid and she seemed to rule over our farming,

Our agriculture and all aspects of fertility and creation.

Moreover,

She was considered the protector of change,

Protector of times of transition.

So she was considered the protector of pregnancy,

Of puberty,

Of death,

A sort of gatekeeper between one state and the next.

And you can think of her as her energy helps us to protect and flow with grace and ease through times of transformation,

Times of transition.

So we have the sun conjunct this asteroid and the conjunction is combined energy.

So there's a power influence here.

We're flowing with our external ego identity,

Our conscious mind.

We're flowing with ease through a time of transformation.

So this particular conjunction is any kind of conjunction to the sun or helping us to tap into the energies and to embody the energies with ease.

So that's what's leading up to this new moon is this goddess is conjoining the sun,

Our external world to help us prepare us for this 3D world transformation.

And then just after the new moon,

On the 13th of the month,

We have the sun again conjunct this time the dwarf planet Eris.

So the same energies excuse me,

The sun apply.

Our external self,

Our ego,

Our identity,

Our conscious mind conjunct is power emphasis.

It's combined energy.

And Eris,

It's interesting,

Eris is a dwarf planet that was found relatively recently to be out after Pluto.

And Pluto,

As you might well know,

Is the planet of death and rebirth,

The planet of deconstruction and transformation.

Eris,

A final phase planet.

Some in astrology call Pluto Lord of the Underworld.

And it's interesting that Eris,

When she was found,

Pluto was previously a planet.

When they found Eris,

They made Pluto into a dwarf planet with Eris.

So Eris is this powerful planet that exists affecting Pluto out after the deconstruction phase.

She is known commonly as the goddess of discord.

I would like to offer,

And we'll get into her myth and the myth of Ceres in just a moment,

A potential upgrade for her reputation.

She's actually potentially a goddess of transformation when things in the status quo are stuck and not serving the whole.

Dot dot dot.

Patriarchy.

So any time anything needed to be unstuck that was unjust,

This goddess moved in to set things straight.

She was known as the feminine equivalent of Mars.

And we have all this Mars energy,

So it's interesting that Eris is popping up being the female equivalent of what some know,

Mars is the god of war.

So this would be a goddess of war if need be.

But Mars is also just simply vital energy.

So this would be a goddess with potent energy for ultimately I would like to offer helping us to do what's right,

Helping things to get unstuck.

Anyway,

Our conscious mind or our identity and ego are ultimately holding us back.

This particular conjunction between the sun and Eris,

Eris is here to unapologetically and powerfully do what's right.

So let's get to the myths.

I love this part because I feel it's a little bit of an excavation,

Exploration about what's true.

So ultimately,

You are always the best judge of what's true for you.

This is just going to be an offering.

I'm going to start off with the goddess Ceres.

Ceres is Demeter,

Essentially.

And her popular myth is a little bit disturbing.

I'll share it with you briefly and then I'll share with you a potential interpretation.

So it's not a really pleasant story.

Jupiter or Zeus essentially desired and harassed his sister Ceres or Demeter.

And although Ceres was consistently rejecting his advances,

He had his way with her by transforming himself into a bull and forcing himself on her.

And as the story goes,

The offspring of this encounter was Ceres' daughter,

Which is Persephone or Core.

And if you've had the chance to listen to my podcast on Persephone,

The same thing is worth upgrading around the myth of Persephone,

Who in the classical sense was kidnapped and abducted by Pluto or Hades into the underworld against her will.

So the story of Persephone is,

If you've listened to that podcast,

I offer that she did that of her own free will.

She was the goddess of spring and she was the goddess of death.

And her mother,

Ceres,

I would like to offer is this goddess of fertility,

This goddess of protecting times of transformation.

Potentially,

What if this goddess chose Jupiter or Zeus?

The planet of expansion is Jupiter.

Zeus is the king of the gods.

What if she consciously chose this energy as the father of her daughter Persephone?

What if she knew of the need for Persephone as the goddess of spring and life as well as the goddess of death in the underworld?

Notice how that feels for you.

What if Ceres,

Demeter,

The gatekeeper of transformation,

Knew of the immense need for her daughter as the embodiment of life and death?

Of course that makes sense and the story becomes an empowering story where Ceres would choose Jupiter,

Zeus as the father.

So shifting from disempowerment of the goddess to conscious choice to bring her daughter into the world choosing the father.

Notice how that sits for you as a potential revision of the myth of Ceres.

And we'll move on to,

I just love,

Let's get to the myth of Eris.

So actually there's two myths of Eris.

I mentioned she's the goddess of discord.

She's also sometimes coined the goddess of discord and strife.

In the first myth,

She's the daughter of Nyx.

And she gave birth to algos,

Which is pain and sorrow,

And dysnomia,

Which is lawlessness.

And at the surface those seem pretty negative,

Fearful,

Scary things.

But when you consider during times when things need to change,

What if pain only comes because we're holding on to old things in outdated ways?

What if love and peace are right there if we can let go and flow?

And what if lawlessness only happens when laws don't serve the highest good of all?

What if some sort of energy termed lawlessness only serves to create new and higher standards for the collective as a whole?

What if that is actually the energy of Eris?

The second myth around her is also interesting.

She's considered the daughter of Zeus and Hera because she's considered the sister of Eris.

So this makes her the feminine counterpart to the energies of action,

Motivation,

Courage.

It makes her a warrior goddess.

And I would like to offer,

Instead of being a fearful,

Bloodthirsty warrior goddess,

Potentially she's just clear and motivated and unapologetic in her quest for right relations,

In her quest for justice on a grand higher level,

In her quest for supporting humanity and doing the right thing.

Sort of unstuck the things that don't serve ultimately for harmony and the highest good of all.

So then her role is a powerful female warrior during these times to address what we commonly term as patriarchy.

Essentially those who kept power from people.

So it makes sense that the people who were keeping things unbalanced would seek to readjust her story to be scary and disempowering.

When she's actually just Eris' sister.

Not just Eris' sister,

When she's actually clearly Eris' sister and she's the dark feminine equivalent of the masculine version of Eris.

And by dark I mean internal.

Feminine energy is often subconscious and unseen.

So it's termed dark because it's not able to be accessed by our conscious mind.

And she's out beyond Pluto so she's got these even deeper levels of transformation beyond Pluto and I would like to offer that all of this is the perfect mix in helping us to take action,

To proclaim,

To declare our soul's truth and our true purpose and to keep on track and accelerate ahead into the future by harnessing the vibrations of now and today.

So let's get to a practice.

Find a quiet,

Safe,

Sacred space where you can sit or lie with a straight spine and close your eyes.

And just take a nice deep breath and feel how good it feels to breathe in and imagine,

Feel how good it feels to just come home,

To come into this body of yours that is the vessel for your consciousness.

Feel how good it feels to just breathe deeply and be still.

And see if you can let your mind empty out.

So with the exhale imagine all the clutter,

All the chatter,

Any thoughts about earlier today and later today.

Just let it go with the exhale so that there's just going to be this perfect presence and stillness.

And as you breathe in you're breathing in the energy of life and you're calling your own consciousness present.

Breathe out,

Let go of any distractions.

A few more breaths just like that.

Inhale,

Come home,

Come here,

Come now.

Exhale,

Let anything go that is in the way.

Nothing to do but be here now.

And I want to invite you to take a journey with me.

Imagine that you are walking through a beautiful verdant mountain landscape.

It's springtime,

The grass is growing,

The fields are green,

There's beautiful pine trees and oak trees.

And as you breathe in you can smell the verdant energy of spring.

And off in the distance you can hear a voice sweetly singing,

Humming,

As if calling you.

And you feel instinctively so drawn toward the energy of whoever is humming and singing that you begin to walk up the mountain slightly and over a hill you find an opening in the hillside and it's a cavern of sorts and it's very clear that this sweet singing is coming from this opening.

So you are naturally drawn to walk in to this underground tunnel.

And as you walk in there's candles lighting the pathway and this sweet singing is just simply calling you toward it.

Feel the vibrations of the voice surrounding you and gently inviting you down into the depths of this mountain.

It's as if you're going into the womb of the goddess herself.

Walking down,

Surrounded by this sweet singing,

Humming voice you come to a vast opening.

And it's this cavern that's lit up with golden light.

And right at the center of this naturally formed cavern or womb is a woman who's singing and she's looking right at you.

This goddess,

This is Ceres.

She's beyond words inviting you and beckoning you to her.

So you walk up to her and there's a seat right in front of her.

She's seated and she's inviting you with her humming and singing to sit down in front of her to rest.

And you close your eyes and just simply receive and bask in the energy of her beautiful soothing voice.

It's as if this goddess is beckoning you because she knows of the times of transformation and transition that you are in the midst of and she's calling you to soothe you,

To nourish you,

To cleanse you,

To support and protect you.

And it's as if you're within the womb of the great mother herself and feel the energies of mother.

Nourishing,

Supporting,

Protecting you.

Mother of transformation,

Transition.

And feel your energetic body receiving her energy and beginning to hum with her as if you're getting lighter.

As you breathe in,

You can breathe the energy into your physical body,

Take it into your energetic body and just simply bask in it,

Receive it.

A few more moments here.

It's as if this goddess knows your conscious and your subconscious and how much you needed this support,

This nourishment,

This energetic protection and support.

And instinctively now you open your eyes and look at her and she is holding in her hands a golden egg,

Still sweetly singing and humming.

This golden egg she's showing you is,

She's been with you your entire life and especially during the last seating times of this year 2021.

She's been listening and recording and infusing this golden egg with the energies of your intention.

She already knows you do not even need to speak or to show her your soul's intention.

She's been infusing this egg with your souls,

Your hearts,

Highest intentions for manifestation.

And she's lovingly holding this egg showing you this.

Ultimately this egg is for you.

But first,

Her humming slowly comes to a pause.

And she's lovingly looking at you,

Letting you know that she will hold this egg for you.

But there's someone that desires to meet you.

And from the far corner of this cavern in the depths of Mother Earth,

You notice some movement.

And you sense a vast,

Large energy approaching you.

It's a goddess on a horse.

Eris is approaching you on a black horse.

Notice her energy as she approaches you,

The power that is present in this warrior goddess.

Notice how safe you feel and how instinctively grateful and respectful you feel of this goddess.

She too has been listening and watching and preparing to support your transformation.

This goddess is here to support your highest good and to support you in manifesting your heart's desire.

And she invites you to hop up next to her,

Behind her,

On this horse.

And when you feel ready,

You temporarily bid Sari's farewell and hop onto this horse,

Holding onto the waist of this warrior goddess,

Eris.

And she begins to ride up,

Up,

Up,

Out through the same passageway that you came into this cavern.

And as she reaches the outside,

The horse takes flight.

And now she is moving quickly across time and space,

Bringing you to the fears,

The stuck energies.

Anything that is ready to be unstuck.

This goddess,

Fearlessly riding her horse right up into potential past experiences,

People,

Beliefs,

Any energies that are blocking you.

And she approaches with such courage and power.

Reaching out her right hand,

She blasts any fears with light and they instantly disintegrate.

And she's riding throughout the many aspects of your life,

Your world,

Your experience,

Showing you these fears and instantly blasting them with light and causing them to fall away.

And just allow her to take you on this journey,

This warrior goddess has been with you your entire life,

Many past lives.

In this moment,

She's here to show you that this is her job.

This is her joy.

This is her passion and her purpose to support transformation for the highest good.

So anything that does not serve that highest good she is approaching fearlessly courageously and just meeting it,

Blasting it with pure white light.

A few more moments here feel the clarity that's emerging within you feel the strength and the courage that has always been present with you.

It is being exemplified by this goddess that you are always able to access her that you are her.

And all the things the experiences,

The beliefs,

The worries,

The fears that might be holding you back.

She is here to support you in being courageous.

And she's also just simply doing the work herself because this is what she does.

Feel how grateful you are for her energy and for her presence.

And she's now slowly bringing this journey to a pause,

Turning the horse around and heading back to where you both came from back to that mountain back to that cavern in the hillside back down through the underground tunnel.

And as you arrive at this cavern,

Series is still waiting for you.

She begins to gently hum as you hop off the horse,

Send a heartfelt pulse of gratitude to Eris.

She wants you to know that she's here for you whenever you need.

And she goes back the same way she arrived back into a dark corner of this cavern.

And series is now humming and holding this golden egg.

She was watching the journey with Eris and she's charged up this egg with all the new energies that are you.

And now instinctively,

Energetically,

You're drawn to take this egg that you're holding with both hands and just bring both hands right over your heart as if energetically inserting this golden egg into your heart chakra.

And you might right now take both hands and place them right at the center of your chest and imagine that all of this energy,

All of these intentions,

All of this transformation is being received by the most powerful part of you,

Your heart center.

And for a few moments here,

Just breathe,

Receive and you might even find yourself starting to hum a little bit.

Breathing in,

Taking in life force energy and as you breathe out just simply humming,

Humming to this heart center,

Humming to this golden egg of light that's being received and transformed.

So a few moments here just breathing and humming if you feel called.

And notice,

Feel the vibrations of this light extending out into every aspect of your physical body,

Of your energetic body as if you know you're now prepared for full physical transformation.

And feel,

Notice the vital energy that's running through your body right now.

Feel the strength of the conviction,

The courage that is in you,

Specifically to manifest your soul's desire in this physical world.

And just for a few more moments just sitting,

Experiencing yourself already transformed,

Being the vessel of change being the vessel of change.

And now Ceres is motioning you to,

To get up from where you're seated.

It's time to go back.

Center a pulse of gratitude and love and head back up out of this underground cavern,

Potentially humming to yourself as you go,

Humming with her as you go and keeping your hands right over your heart,

Feeling the conviction that you are creating all the transformation that your soul wishes to see.

And when you arrive back up out of that underground tunnel,

Arrive back to the room where you're listening to this recording.

Feel your hands over your chest and feel yourself right now transformed.

Once again,

Feel the vital energy,

Feel the conviction,

Feel the courage,

Feel the strength,

Feel the love that is present within you.

Present to create more light and more love to call in and know everything is perfectly unfolding.

And potentially you even know what steps to take in your world and your life.

And if not,

You can remain open to what might enter into your perception in the days to come around this new moon and in the weeks after the new moon.
