Find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed.

Sit comfortably or lie down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Fill your belly,

Your chest,

And exhale,

Releasing tension,

Releasing weight.

One more time.

Inhale fully and sigh it out.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to arrive here in this moment.

There is nowhere to be,

Nothing to do.

This space here is yours.

This breath is yours.

This healing is yours.

Breathe now into your body and notice what is present.

What emotions are here with you today?

There is no need to force anything,

No need to change or fix.

Just notice.

Perhaps grief sits in your chest like a heavy stone.

Maybe anger burns low in your belly.

Perhaps disbelief lingers in your mind,

Whispering questions that have no answers.

Maybe sadness wraps around you like a fog.

Or maybe,

Maybe there is nothing.

Just numbness and emptiness where something used to be.

Whatever is here,

Let it be here.

There is space for all of it and you do not have to push anything away.

You do not have to solve it right now.

You are simply witnessing.

Imagine a storm moving through the sky above you.

Dark clouds,

Heavy winds,

A storm of emotions whirling,

Swirling.

You have been caught in it for some time,

But here,

In this moment,

You step back.

You find shelter.

You observe the storm without being consumed by it.

Now,

Let's bring breath into the places that feel tight.

Into the places that ache.

Breathe for release.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Hold here simply for a moment.

Exhale audibly through the mouth.

Ah.

Again,

Inhale fully.

Exhale with a sigh.

One more time,

Inhale.

Let us breathe now for softening.

Begin to inhale gently through your nose,

Sending breath to any tension.

Exhale slowly,

Feeling the tension soften.

And again,

Inhale into the tightness.

Continue breathing,

Letting your body know it is safe to release.

It is safe to soften.

You have lost something.

Maybe not just a person,

But trust.

Certainty.

A future you thought was yours.

This loss deserves space.

It deserves to be honored.

Bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly.

Feel your breath moving beneath your palms.

Go ahead and whisper to yourself,

I honor what was.

I honor what I gave.

I honor the love I held.

I honor the part of me that believed.

Allow yourself to feel whatever arises.

If there are tears,

Let them come.

If there is silence,

Let them come.

Let it be.

If there is numbness,

Trust that it is only temporary.

Every storm passes.

This one will too.

Now imagine strands of your energy,

Pieces of yourself scattered in the past.

Some are tangled in old conversations.

Some are caught in moments of betrayal.

Some are held in the hands of people who no longer deserve to hold them.

You do not need to leave yourself there any longer.

With each breath,

Begin calling yourself back.

Inhale and imagine a piece of your energy returning home to you.

Exhale,

Releasing anything that is not yours to carry.

Again,

Inhale,

Reclaiming your power.

Exhale,

Letting go of what no longer serves.
