Today's meditation will take you deep.
It will take you to a place of inner consciousness beneath the surface of thoughts and ideas.
We want to create a space where we can get out of our head and into our heart.
So let us begin today with breath.
And as we get started,
Let us just take a moment to connect with our sacred breath.
Begin to feel the cooling sensation of your breath as you inhale.
And then as you exhale,
Release.
Just a few more breaths like that following the inhalation and the exhalation.
Allow yourself just a few moments to settle in and arrive.
Coming to presence with your whole self today.
Body,
Mind,
Spirit,
Energy,
Soul,
Your whole presence.
All of you.
Every variation of you.
Allow your whole self to arrive in this now moment.
And as you arrive today,
Allow yourself to be present.
Being present simply to your breath and therefore to this current moment.
If you find yourself following a thought,
Simply acknowledge it and release it.
Come back to your breath.
As soon as you can remember,
Come back to your breath.
And so even as we're settling in more and more,
By you to see if you could be maybe five or 10% more comfortable adjusting your body as it needs,
Giving it what it needs to be present as well.
And as we are one with our breath,
We are simply creating a space of presence to truly listen and to truly hear what wants to be expressed through us right here,
Right now.
We're simply listening to the voice that wants to emerge within.
As we are one with this now moment.
Bring your attention now back to your breath.
Even as you're willing,
Invite an active breath back into your body temple.
Fuelling into your heart space.
Giving thanks for this moment of presence.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes to bring circulation back into your body temple.
Inviting breath into heart yet again.
And then on your next breath,
Invite the air into your belly center.
Holding it at the top of the inhale.
And as you're ready,
Release that.
And stay here for as long as you need to.
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to very gently open.
Appreciating this time of listening and presence.
