Are you ready to float?
Are you ready to lay back?
To find.
Softness.
To close your eyes.
Relax the muscles in your face.
To feel your arms and legs get heavy.
To feel the tension.
In your head.
The tension.
Of attention.
Allowing it to drift.
Allowing it to lose focus.
To let the tension release.
To let it flow through you.
Down your spine.
Down your lane.
And through your feet.
Using your breath.
Push that energy.
Of your body.
Softly.
At your attention.
Drift.
But your eyes.
Lose focus.
Feel.
The surface underneath you.
Let yourself drift.
Light.
There's a feather.
You find yourself.
Lightly passing over you.
Brushing your face.
With cotton.
Ever so lightly.
Ever so softly.
It's almost as if you can feel what it says to you.
Just an invitation.
Go deeper.
So as you flow.
As you feel.
Breathe on your face.
You may notice.
And you.
Are laying on a cloud.
It feels.
Like a large cotton ball.
Holding you snugly.
Around you.
You can see the faint.
Light of dusk.
The magical middle time of twilight.
And as.
You look around you.
You may notice that on the clouds,
Sitting next to you.
It's a very long.
.
.
Larger than an ostrich egg.
Smooth.
You reach your hand over.
.
.
To touch it.
To feel the smooth surface.
It feels almost.
.
.
Electric.
And cool at the same time.
Your fingers tingle.
You can feel the egg.
Slightly moving.
Wondering what.
Could be inside.
The feeling.
You see them drifting in.
And then drifting out.
That is left.
And soon you sit up in your cloud.
You turn and see.
Behind you.
A mountain.
Mountain.
Is dusted.
With light.
Snow.
As if on a spring morning.
Drips.
And flow.
Down the tree.
And rock.
You see the light.
Does.
Reflecting.
Of the water.
Off the droplets.
Flashing.
With this you turn.
And step down from your cloud.
Mountain.
You feel a soft grasp beneath your feet.
Taking the ang into your hands.
You wonder if you might.
Be able to find.
Or the end.
So you feel your feet Pressing on the breath.
As you stroll.
A former stepmother.
Peace.
Holding the egg.
Makes you feel.
As if all of your worry.
Blow out of your body.
There's a very strong energy to this egg.
You continue to feel life.
As a feather.
As your feet brush.
The ground.
You walk past trees.
Cedar.
And off in the distance.
You see before you.
A slope.
A trail.
Leading downward.
That you see a lake.
As you want.
Down the trail.
Dreams.
You'd notice the call.
Around you.
They sound playful.
Encouraging you to continue on.
Brush.
Bark of the trees that you pass.
Your feet.
As you pass over.
Before too long.
The trail winds around.
And flattens her.
Steady step.
Softest touch.
Until you reach the shore of the mountain.
At the side of this lake.
There is a campsite.
In the middle of the campsite.
Is a fire pit.
With a slow leap.
Hot.
Smoldering fire.
There is an indent in the middle of the fire.
And almost.
Without.
Wondering too much.
You feel a strong urge to place the egg.
The center.
Of the fire.
Gently.
You set it down.
And it almost seems as though the flames.
Even touch.
You sit down next to the pen.
And lean against a fallen log.
And for the first time you notice.
Dusk.
Has receded.
Making Way.
For a beautiful canopy of stars.
A galaxy.
Of life.
Energy.
Shining.
Love you.
And as you stare at the star.
Feeling your body.
Relaxing.
Being caressed by the beautiful light.
You here are small.
As you look down.
And the fire.
And see the golden egg.
Hatching.
Before you're up.
Inside.
Is the most beautiful.
Dragon.
With small wings.
Spreading wide for the first time.
Big beautiful eyes.
With smoke.
Lazily drifting from its nostril.
And almost as if knowing.
At you.
We're looking at it.
It peers back at you.
It's I.
You see.
A serenity.
Tranquility.
Fire spirit.
As if the dragon burns.
Not.
With a flash.
But a deep smoldering.
Dragon.
Moving slowly.
Gracefully.
It slithers.
Picking its claws carefully.
Through the fire.
Coming towards you.
With interest.
Pan.
Crawling up next to you.
You reach out your hand.
And notice how the scales.
.
.
Feel both.
So.
The dragon.
And response.
Your touch.
It doesn't.
Your side.
It crawls around underneath your legs.
It shows you great.
Love and affection.
Rubbing its tiny horned head.
Against your head.
And again you look at the dragon.
And you ask.
.
.
Where did you come from?
Where's your mother?
As if in response the dragon perks up.
And turns its head.
Toward the rich life.
You see a trail leading away.
Different one than from which you arrived.
But this time,
The trail.
Is the line.
Was purple.
Flower.
That seemed to glow in the darkness.
Reflecting the starlight.
After some time resting.
You get up.
And war.
Towards the purple flower.
You pick.
A stem.
And bring it to your nose.
You smell as sweet.
Lavender.
So alongside as you walk.
The dragon crawls next to you.
It chirps with a happy call.
Echoing.
Of the rocks distantly around you.
The chirps are answered by the crow.
And everywhere else.
Is quiet.
The dragon seems to flow over the ground.
Endlessly curious.
Appearing.
Bushes.
Climbing up tree trunks.
Never straying too far from you.
Never straying far as you walk.
And it bounces and flows.
As you find your way towards the ridge.
Soon you come to a little creek that feeds the river.
Almost without question,
The dragon comes to you.
You hold out your hand and it leaps up.
Climbs up your arm.
To rest on your shoulder.
From there,
You pick your way across.
Rocks.
And boulders that stick up.
From the surface.
The creek.
You can hear the water flowing around.
The dragon doesn't seem concerned.
But still holds on to you tightly.
You are safe.
Upon reaching the other side.
The other side slopes upward.
And upwards at the top.
You see a cave.
That you hadn't noticed before.
Nothing but wonder fills you.
A curiosity.
Maybe this is where the dragon is from.
And sell you slowly.
Lightly.
Gracefully.
Peck your way.
Mountain.
You find the journey.
Carefree.
The warm breeze still brushing and hugging you all around.
When you reach the cave.
The Dragon.
Pauses for a moment.
And also your turn.
To see how far you ascended.
The Vista.
Vision before you.
Not a cloud in the sky.
It extends all around.
After pausing a moment,
You look down.
Seeing the dragon curling around your leg one more time.
And begins to make its way into the cave.
You can't see very far inside.
You pause for a moment,
Wondering what.
Your next move should be.
But soon.
You feel.
The brush of cotton.
Behind you.
You glance over your shoulder,
Seeing.
Your cloud.
Has floated to you.
There's an invitation.
To sit.
As the cloud positions itself behind you.
And when you do,
It lifts you up.
And pulls you back from the cage.
To a safe distance.
Because you can hear the clear call.
Of a strange.
Large creatures.
Echoing.
In the distance.
And soon you can hear The Flapping.
Of wing.
And a dark shadow.
With starlight glinting off metallic scales.
You can see the shape.
Making its way.
Toward the key.
It lands with a grace.
And barely disturbs.
Underneath it.
And almost immediately you hear the tiny call.
Of the baby dragon.
Cry in delight.
And the large dragon responding.
You feel incredible satisfaction for reuniting.
A family.
And with that.
.
.
You find yourself.
Relaxing back into your cloud.
Floating.
Feeling the moonlight that has now started to emerge up above.
From the horizon.
Feel the wonder.
And peace.
Of the moment.
A stillness.
The magical time between spaces.
The softness of the cloud underneath you.
Foot flow.
How it fills you with serene.
Relaxation.
You feel the love.
Of the baby dragon coursing through you.
Blessing you to sleep.
So sleep,
My love.
Feel yourself.
For a healing.
Deep.
Slumber.
