I'm grateful that you are here with me now for the next few moments.

Before we begin this guided meditation,

I want you to find a comfortable space,

Wherever is convenient for you,

Maybe at home,

A quiet office,

A garden location,

As long as you are able to find solitude and to be free from distraction as much as possible.

And when you have found that space of comfort and safety,

We can begin this meditation.

Now that you are comfortable,

I want you to simply close your eyes and just allow your attention to go within now.

And in this meditation today,

You can find freedom from anxiety,

Relief from stress and those tensions that you perceive to be real will be diminished and you may know an increased peace inside you.

And it's okay that you feel anxiety.

Many people feel anxious about the world.

They think of the future and many people as a response,

Create worries and feel stress about how they will get through.

And you may feel it's natural to ask what if,

What if this,

What if that?

Most of the what ifs you imagine will never happen.

Most of the things you fear are never going to take place because they are not part of your future.

And whatever happens,

You can get through anything better,

Healthier and empowered,

Ready to face anything in life.

And today,

Through this meditation and through listening to my voice and the words that I will say,

You can press through from this safe space into a new level of freedom from any anxiety.

Good.

You're going to a wonderful place now where there is no anxiety,

There are no worries or stress.

There is nothing to fear.

Right now,

I want you to become conscious of the space you are in.

And if you're lying on the floor,

Feel the surface underneath you.

Or if you're sitting in a chair perhaps,

Or on your bed,

Feel what you are lying or sitting on.

And know that you are grounded to the earth,

Safe and secure.

And as you notice these things,

You may allow yourself to go deep into relaxation.

That's right.

So in a moment,

I'll ask you to breathe in,

Hold,

And then breathe out.

Breathing in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

And as you breathe out,

Let all those tensions go.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Notice how that breathing feels.

Observe your body sensations,

How good that is when you breathe out and that tension is released.

And again,

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine all of that stress that's been building up is starting to break down,

To come apart,

And to release itself from your body,

And your mind,

And your soul,

And your spirit.

That's right.

You're doing wonderful.

So as you find a breathing cycle that's right for you,

You can let go of all tension and anxiety in your body now.

You may be aware of noises wherever you are.

You may hear certain sounds of people speaking or just ambient noises.

And all of these things simply help you to go deeper,

Deeper into relaxation.

You may be aware of the sound of your heart.

You may sense that you're becoming more relaxed.

The more you listen to my voice,

The more relaxed you feel.

The more relaxed you feel,

The deeper you go into relaxation.

Be aware of how you feel right now.

Be aware of the tension easing in your body.

And you can imagine the sense of all anxiety in your muscles flowing out of you,

Out of the room,

Far out into the world and into space.

And this is something you can do easily and quickly now.

In a moment,

I'm going to ask you to think about someone that you love the most.

What it feels like.

How happy it makes you inside.

How joyful and how good that is.

So now you can permit yourself to bring to your attention the person you love most.

And be mindful of how that makes you feel now.

And as you allow those wonderful emotions to increase,

You can go deeper into relaxation and move further away from any stress.

And as you let your mind and your attention and your feelings dwell on this sense of absolute bliss and peace,

Let those same emotions wash all over your body.

And as you allow yourself to dwell on that person that you love most,

Let that feeling be magnified now.

Let that feeling expand into all your body,

All your mind to permeate your soul,

Every part of you.

And you may feel it going from your head down to your toes like an electrical energy.

And the wonderful feelings you have right now,

That are free from any anxiety or stress,

See them expand.

And as they grow,

They expand into your neighborhood.

And those wonderful feelings start to permeate into your work,

Your family.

And you may now begin to see them filling your future with wonderful feelings of peace and security and safety.

And as these positive,

Stress-free feelings continue to expand and fill everything around you and beyond you,

You may notice how any anxiety simply has no more room to exist.

And as you allow yourself to relax even deeper,

You can know that you are expanding with all those wonderful positive feelings,

Free from worry and anxiety.

And as you continue to expand in all directions with how good you feel,

You may notice all anxiety,

Stress and worry becoming so,

So small.

And in a way and in a time that's right for you,

See all of that anxiety disappear completely out of sight.

That's right.

And you can know that some things in life are inevitable and you may not be able to change them,

But you will get through.

And it's an easy thing to forget those feelings of anxiety.

It's the simplest thing to see those causes of stress now weakening and lose all influence now.

And as all those worries melt away,

You can allow yourself to feel even more peace and joy within,

Knowing that whatever happens in life,

You are resilient and more than able to turn every situation into a positive one where you are in charge of your emotion.

And it may be that if you sense any anxiety,

You can recall all the incredible stress-free thoughts you are now experiencing.

And you can continue to notice how far anxiety has gone from you now.

And allow yourself to observe how good it feels to be without stress now.

And at a pace that feels right for you,

Allow yourself to know that you are an amazing individual who is completely at peace with life and all things.

That's right.

In a few moments,

I will count up to five and only at five,

You will return to full consciousness and you will know that you have experienced a transformation from being fearful to being confident to face any situation in control at all times of your mind,

Emotions and your response to whatever may happen because you are in charge of every area of your life,

Past,

Present and future.

One,

Allowing your awareness to awaken and mind expand with optimism.

Two,

Feeling the energy and positivity flowing through every part of your body from head to toe,

Able to deal with any stress.

Three,

Confident to achieve all you want in life without anxiety or stress,

Knowing you are in control at all times of all things.

Four,

Knowing that every day from now life just gets better for you and free to believe that the best things are yet to come and in ways that will surprise you with joy and remove any lingering fears.

And five,

Open your eyes fully awake and in the moment,

Ready to continue the day,

Empowered to be all you want to be and to do all you want to do.

You may wish to shake your hands and your feet so they feel relaxed and loosen,

Stretch out and let yourself once more connect with your surroundings.

And finally,

Express gratitude because you are in control now.

In every way.
