I am grateful that you are here and present with me now.

Get relaxed in a quiet area,

Wherever you are,

Away from distraction,

Noise as best you can,

Maybe a bedroom,

Office space or any area where you will be free from as much external noise as possible.

And then close your eyes and be still.

And in the stillness that you feel now,

Note how you feel.

That's right.

Perhaps there are tensions in your body,

Physically,

Perhaps stresses and anxieties.

But right now,

As you breathe in deep,

And as you breathe out,

Let those tensions go.

And notice how they leave.

Breathe in deep again,

Hold,

And now let go.

All those anxieties leave with your breath,

And you may feel a state of peace growing,

Expanding within,

Transformational changes that will arise from your new state of gratitude.

You will experience a deeper sense of thankfulness for all things.

As you hold your breath,

Close your eyes,

That sense of relaxation around your eyes growing,

And a peace within becoming deeper.

And as that peace becomes deeper,

So you can allow yourself to drift further into relaxation.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out,

And feel how good that is.

And as you breathe,

You may become aware of the peacefulness around you.

You may notice that the place you are has become quiet,

And you may feel an energy arising in your body,

Energizing you,

Awakening in you new feelings,

Feelings of thankfulness for all that you have and all that you are.

And as you keep breathing slow and deep,

I want you to focus your attention on your heart.

Find your heart.

And as you focus on your heart,

Sense your heart warming.

And as your heart warms,

You can allow yourself to relax even more,

And those feelings of gratitude are now awakening within you.

And any resistance you feel that is holding you back from knowing thankfulness,

Binding you,

Preventing you from truly experiencing gratitude,

You may now notice slipping away.

You may feel it distancing itself from you as you move into a more profound sense of gratitude.

Now,

Gently,

Peacefully,

Your heart is feeling grateful for everything.

Where there was no gratitude before,

Now you notice a stirring up of being thankful for all things,

Everything,

Every person,

Every circumstance.

Think of all of those things that have come to you as surprises,

People,

Experiences,

Unexpected gifts,

And feel the gratitude within you for all of those things.

And as you feel this gratitude deepening,

Keep breathing deeper.

And as you do,

You may notice that sense of thanksgiving moving from your heart outwards through all parts of your body.

Perhaps you may discern a tingling in your hands,

In your feet,

Your arms,

In your legs,

As that profound sense of gratitude for all things becomes more manifest now.

Let your unconscious mind within say,

I am grateful for every person,

For those moments of bliss,

All the wonderful gifts the universe has brought into your life,

I am grateful,

I am thankful.

Feel,

Sense,

Know the gratitude within you now,

Displacing all negativity,

Tension,

Anxiety,

All that you need,

You have within you,

All that you want is coming to you,

For which you are grateful.

See in your mind's eye the things you desire,

Believe they are yours,

And for which you are grateful.

Visualize them now,

And feel in your body now,

The experience of having them,

The joy,

The emotions that you possess,

Because you possess those things now,

And as you feel them,

And know that you have them,

Just say,

Thank you,

I am grateful,

I am grateful for everything.

Feel the space around you,

It's expanded in every dimension and direction around you,

Full of your gratitude,

And you can tap into that gratitude whenever you want,

It is ever present with you,

And now you are bathing in that aura of gratitude,

And it is always there for you to tap into,

To bring into your life simply by saying,

I am grateful,

And it will wash over you,

Removing any negativity,

Filling you with a sense of thanksgiving for all things,

I am grateful,

I am thankful for everything,

There is nothing that can move me from being grateful,

Every day I experience gratitude,

For truly I am grateful for all that happens to me,

For all that comes into my life,

For nothing is incidental,

But intentional,

The universe only gives me good things,

Pure in every way,

And for these things,

I am grateful.

You may allow yourself to feel your heart beating within you,

With gratitude,

And every breath cycle,

The feeling of gratitude strengthens,

And becomes permanent in your life,

You are a grateful person,

And from this moment on,

You accept all things with gratitude,

Because you know all things that come to you are for your betterment,

All that you have experienced remains with you,

Gratitude will always be with you,

You can always experience it simply by saying,

I am grateful,

You are sufficient for all things,

You can do all things,

You can be all things,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And in a moment,

I will count up to five,

And when we get to five,

Your eyes will open,

And will know that gratitude has penetrated every area of your mind,

Your soul,

And your spirit.

One,

Feeling the energy arise within you now.

Two,

Coming alert and awake and conscious to the world that waits.

Three,

Feeling the locking in of gratitude into your consciousness.

Four,

Now awakening,

And five,

Eyes fully open,

Normal breathing,

And fully aware that you are back in the present moment,

And that you are a grateful person,

Ready to face this day,

Every day,

With a sense of thankfulness for all that you are,

And all that you have.
