A 14-minute guided meditation to help you connect to your intuition. You will begin to recognize where you sense your inner guidance in your body and practice speaking with it. This mediation is a gentle, guided way to re-connect you to yourself.

Transcript

Begin by getting yourself into a comfortable sitting position.

Sit up straight and ground yourself down.

Now begin to close your eyes or you can leave them slightly open if you prefer and begin to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Again,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

And one more time,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just releasing tension that's been stored in your body.

And now I want you to do a little bit of a body scan of your entire body and see if there's any tension or stress in your body.

Maybe some sensations of anxiety or tension and just begin to become aware of those at this moment.

And begin to recognize any thoughts or beliefs that might be attached to those feelings or sensations in your mind.

And begin to hold space for the tension or the sensations that you're feeling in your body.

Just begin to breathe into those spaces.

Just recognizing that there's no right or wrong way to feel and that our emotions are there to lead us to where we can have compassion for ourselves.

And just knowing that it's safe to be with those emotions and to hold space for them.

So just continue to breathe into those spaces in your body,

Having compassion for them.

And now I'm going to lead you in a moment down a staircase.

And as I lead you down the staircase,

Recognizing that the closer and closer you get to the bottom,

The more that these emotions and tensions and thoughts are going to simply drift away up and out of your body so that you can be deeply connected to your sense of self and your intuition.

So right now,

Begin to see a staircase with five stairs.

And there's no right or wrong way to see or sense or feel this staircase.

Begin to feel and see and sense your foot stepping down onto the first step of the staircase.

And as you do,

Your body becomes loose and more relaxed as you step down and you feel and see your foot stepping down onto the stair.

You begin to feel the emotions and thoughts become a little bit lighter as your muscles and your mind grow more relaxed.

And now I invite you to begin to see the second step and feel and sense your feet stepping down onto it.

And as you do,

You begin to feel your body growing even more relaxed.

You're becoming even more calm and connected to this inner knowing of yourself.

And the emotions and thoughts are beginning to float out of your body and you begin to feel even more deeply relaxed.

And now begin to see the third step.

And as you're stepping down onto that third step,

You can feel your body sinking deeper,

Getting more and more relaxed as the thoughts and emotions that you were feeling before are almost entirely floated out of your body and you're feeling deeper connected to yourself.

And now begin to see that fourth step,

Stepping down onto it,

Feeling that fourth step and the weight of your body feeling even more heavy,

Sinking down,

Even more connected to a deeper sense of yourself.

Your muscles are turning loose and letting loose and you can barely even sense the emotions and the thoughts that you had had in your body and mind.

And now before we step down onto the lower level or the fifth stair,

I want you to begin to imagine a place,

It could be a real place or an imaginary place,

Somewhere that makes you feel excited and relaxed,

Hopeful,

Someplace that is filled with beauty and magic for you.

It could be a place in nature or another place that makes you feel comfortable,

But I want you to begin to imagine that now.

Now as you're stepping down onto that ground level,

You are in that place,

Your body is feeling so relaxed and your muscles are relaxed and calm.

You feel deeply connected here to your intuition.

You feel deeply connected to this space and to who you are.

And maybe you can sense your intuition in this space waiting for you.

Maybe you can even see your intuition in this space wanting to connect to you.

There's no right or wrong way,

Whether you sense it,

Hear it or see them.

What does your intuition look like or sound like or feel like?

Maybe your intuition has a message for you and wants to connect to you.

How do they connect to you?

What do they say?

It's okay if you don't hear anything.

Maybe they just reach out and connect in another way.

Take a moment to connect with your intuition in this space and now I want you to let go of any visual of your intuition and see if you can sense your intuition in your body.

Where do you sense that feeling of connectedness in your body?

This is your connection to your intuition that you can always come back to if you are confused or if you have questions or if you want to connect to your most authentic self.

Feel into that space right now and see if it has anything to tell you.

You can come back to the space anytime that you need to.

You can ask your intuition questions or you can come back just to connect to your most authentic self.

So take some time,

As much time as you need to connect with yourself,

With your intuition and come back up the staircase whenever you're ready.
