One Minute Magic - Reiki (6) Basic Hand Position 4

Estelle continues her micro-series on Reiki. Part 6 introduces the heart, with basic hand position 4. The series is in sequence so it's important to have done parts 1 to 5 and activated your hands before starting. Remember, the more you practise the positions, the easier the treatment flows and the stronger is the connection.

Reiki, Fourth hand position, The heart. Make sure you're really comfortable. Relax. Feel the warmth and tingle of energy in your fingers and palms and the white light flowing from the crown into your hands. One hand at a time, Place your hands one over the other on your heart. Allow the energy to flow freely from the universe through your hands into your heart. Feel it enter all the chambers and expand. Tune into its beat. Try to match its rhythm. Ask, Are you loved? Don't force an answer. Watch your thoughts and emotions. Let them come and go no matter how strong or weak they may be. Focus on the love contained with it.
