Thanks for your shared talent. I remember just a moment of the audio. I fell asleep deeply and fast. I have always remembered more from previous meditation. It has taken me close to 30 minutes to fall asleep. However, this sleep meditation provided a ZOOM FUNCTION to fall asleep. Surely it was a very fast translation to deep sleep. Recommended.
