Lo que aprenderás
Burnout is not just being tired. It is what happens when you have been carrying too much for too long, staying strong for too long, pushing past your own signals until your body, your mind, and your spirit all start calling for help. This course is for the people who kept going when they should have rested. The ones who learned how to survive by overriding themselves. The ones who look fine on the outside but feel worn thin, numb, heavy, angry, scattered, or far away from their own lives. We are not doing fake positivity here. We are not dressing exhaustion up in pretty words. We are telling the truth about what burnout feels like, what it does to the nervous system, how it disconnects you from yourself, and how to begin coming back with honesty, compassion, and real practice. Through grounded Dharma, body-first reflection, and simple tools you can actually use, this course helps you slow down, see clearly, and start making your way back to steadiness. Back to breath. Back to choice. Back to the part of you that never wanted to live this far from your own center. This is not about becoming perfect. It is about stopping the bleed. It is about hearing yourself again. It is about learning how to live without burning your whole life down just to keep up.

Lección 1
The Machine and You
In this first lesson, we start by looking at burnout in a real way. Not just as tiredness, and not just as a personal weakness. We look at the pressure, the pace, the pushing, and the system so many people are trying to survive inside every day. This lesson helps you slow down, tell the truth about what’s been happening, and start seeing how burnout forms between your inner life and the world you’ve been trying to keep up with.
Lección 2
The Numbing Response
In this lesson, we look at what burnout often turns into after the pressure goes on too long: numbing. Not peace. Not real rest. Numbing. This is the place where people start disconnecting from themselves just to get through the day. We talk about how that happens, what it looks like in real life, and how to begin noticing the difference between shutting down and actually coming back to yourself.
Lección 3
The Resentment Burn
In this lesson, we look at what burnout starts doing when it turns into irritation, sharpness, distance, and that quiet anger people carry without always naming it. This is the part where the pressure does not stay inside. It starts leaking into your tone, your relationships, your silence, and the way you move through the day. We slow it down, tell the truth about it, and begin learning how to catch it before it keeps burning everything around it.
Lección 4
The System Collapse
In this lesson, we go into the heavier side of burnout: the shutdown. The fog. The emotional flatness. The feeling that everything is too much, and at the same time, nothing in you is really responding. This is the part where burnout starts hitting the whole system. Body, mind, mood, and spirit. We slow it down and look at what collapse really feels like, so you can start recognizing it with honesty and begin treating it with care instead of shame.
Lección 5
The First Return
In this lesson, we begin the comeback. Not the big dramatic kind. The real one. The small, honest return that starts when something in you begins to wake back up. This is about what it looks like to take the first step out of shutdown and start moving toward yourself again with care, patience, and clarity. We talk about the first signs of return, why they matter, and how to trust them without rushing.
Lección 6
Dropping the Inner War
In this lesson, we look at the fight that often starts after you begin coming back: the inner war. The voice that says it is too late, that you are too far gone, that none of this is going to last. This is the part where old thinking tries to pull you back into the same burnout loop. We slow it down, tell the truth about that fight, and begin learning how to stop feeding it so your return can keep taking shape.
Lección 7
Reclaiming the Fire
In this lesson, we move into truth, direction, and the kind of energy that starts coming back clean. Not panic. Not pressure. Not proving. Clean fire. This is where we begin looking at what really matters now, what deserves your life, and what burnout has been trying to bury under exhaustion and survival mode. We slow down, listen deeper, and begin turning back toward purpose, love, and a more honest way of living.
Lección 8
The Stance
In this final lesson, we bring the whole journey home. This is about how you stand in your life after everything you have seen, felt, and reclaimed. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But more honestly. More clearly. More like yourself. We look at what it means to live from truth, peace, compassion, and direction without handing your life back to the same patterns that burned you out in the first place.
