Lo que aprenderás
You will be gently guided through a journey of deep self-discovery and meaningful action. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of the Japanese concept of Ikigai—the intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for—and how it uniquely applies to your life. Throughout the 21 days, you’ll explore what brings you true joy, uncover your natural strengths and gifts, and reflect on the values that shape your decisions. You’ll learn to recognize where your energy is going, identify what might be draining or misaligned, and begin to create space for what truly matters. This course will help you take small, sustainable steps toward living with more purpose, meaning, and integrity—whether in your relationships, your work, or your everyday choices. Each session offers a guided reflection, a practical journaling or action prompt, and a supportive affirmation to help you integrate what you’re learning into your daily life. You’ll also be invited to explore emotional resilience, boundary-setting, and realignment, so that your purpose isn’t just something you think about—it becomes something you live. By the end of the journey, you’ll create your own personal Ikigai Statement—a clear, heartfelt expression of who you are and how you want to move through the world. This course is designed to be flexible, grounding, and deeply personal. You can expect to finish feeling more connected to yourself, more clear about your direction, and more empowered to live each day with intention and authenticity.

What Is Ikigai?
Day 1 introduces you to the Japanese concept of *Ikigai*—the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. In this opening session, you'll explore the four core elements of Ikigai and begin reflecting on how they show up in your own life. It's a gentle, grounding start that sets the foundation for the 21-day journey ahead.
Lección 2
What Brings You Joy?
You are invited to reconnect with what genuinely brings you joy—those moments, activities, and experiences that light you up from the inside. You’ll explore the difference between fleeting pleasures and deep, soul-nourishing joy, helping you identify the sparks that point toward your purpose. This session is about tuning into your inner aliveness and beginning to trust what feels good and meaningful.
Lección 3
What Are You Good At?
Today is an invitation to explore your unique strengths, skills, and natural talents—even the ones you may overlook or take for granted. You’ll reflect on what comes easily to you, what others often turn to you for, and where you feel most confident or capable. This session helps you begin recognizing your gifts as a vital part of your purpose.
Lección 4
What Does The World Need?
Day 4 invites you to reflect on what the world needs—through your eyes, your experiences, and your values. You’ll explore the causes, communities, or changes that matter most to you, and how your voice or energy might contribute. This session helps you begin connecting your personal purpose to a wider sense of service and impact.
Lección 5
What Can You Be Paid For?
We explore how your passions and skills can intersect with real-world opportunities for income and sustainability. You’ll reflect on the kinds of work or contributions people might value enough to pay for, without losing sight of meaning or alignment. This session helps you see how purpose and livelihood can coexist in authentic, fulfilling ways.
Lección 6
Mapping The Four Circles
We bring everything together as you begin mapping your four Ikigai circles—what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. This session offers a clear and visual way to see how your insights connect, overlap, or reveal new possibilities. It’s a moment of integration that helps you start shaping your unique path with greater clarity and direction.
Lección 7
Integration And Reflection
Today, we pause for integration and reflection—a chance to look back on what you've discovered during the first week. You’ll revisit the themes of joy, strengths, service, and sustainability, noticing patterns, surprises, and emerging clarity. This session helps you honor your progress and prepare to deepen your alignment with purpose in the weeks ahead.
Lección 8
The Inner Critic And The Outer Noise
Let's explore the inner critic and the external pressures that can cloud your sense of purpose. You’ll reflect on the doubts, fears, and expectations—both internal and external—that may be holding you back from fully trusting your Ikigai. This session helps you begin to quiet the noise and reconnect with your own voice and truth.
Lección 9
Values As Anchors
You are invited to explore your core personal values—the deep inner truths that guide your decisions and shape your sense of meaning. You’ll reflect on what truly matters to you and how these values can serve as anchors when life feels unclear or overwhelming. This session helps you align your choices and direction with what feels most authentic.
Lección 10
Energy Audit
Let's guide you through an honest energy audit—helping you notice where your time, focus, and emotional energy are currently going. You’ll reflect on what nourishes you, what drains you, and where small shifts could create more space for what truly matters. This session supports greater alignment by bringing awareness to how you spend your life force each day.
Lección 11
Ikigai And Emotions
Day 11 explores the connection between your emotions and your sense of purpose. You’ll reflect on how feelings like joy, peace, frustration, or excitement can serve as inner signals—guiding you toward alignment or showing where something needs to shift. This session encourages you to trust your emotional wisdom as a valuable part of your Ikigai journey.
Lección 12
Everyday Ikigai
Today focuses on discovering Ikigai in the small, everyday moments of life. You’ll explore how simple acts—like a meaningful conversation, a daily ritual, or a creative task—can reflect and reinforce your sense of purpose. This session reminds you that living with meaning doesn’t always require big changes; it often begins with noticing what already feels aligned.
Lección 13
Your Ideal Day
You are invited to imagine and design your ideal day—one that reflects your values, passions, and sense of purpose. Through visualization and reflection, you’ll explore what a fulfilling, aligned day looks and feels like, and begin identifying small ways to bring aspects of that vision into your real life. This session helps bridge the gap between intention and daily experience.
Lección 14
Midpoint Check-In
Today offers a gentle midpoint check-in to reflect on your progress, insights, and any shifts you’ve experienced so far. You’ll revisit your Ikigai map, notice what feels clearer or still unfolding, and realign your intentions for the second half of the journey. This session is about honoring your growth and deepening your commitment to living with purpose.
Lección 15
Small Steps, Real Change
We focus on the power of small, consistent steps to create real and lasting change. You’ll reflect on one or two meaningful habits or actions that align with your Ikigai and feel manageable in your daily life. This session reminds you that purpose doesn’t require grand gestures—it grows through the quiet commitment to live a little more intentionally each day.
Lección 16
Ikigai At Work
This session explores how to bring more meaning and authenticity into your work—whether you love what you do, feel disconnected, or are somewhere in between. You’ll reflect on how your values, strengths, and passions can show up in your current role or guide you toward a more fulfilling direction. It’s an invitation to shift from “just a job” to something that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
Lección 17
Relationships With Purpose
Today invites you to look at the relationships in your life through the lens of purpose. You’ll reflect on which connections uplift, inspire, or reflect your values—and which may no longer feel aligned. It’s a chance to gently explore how your relationships can support your growth, authenticity, and the life you’re creating.
Lección 18
Saying No To Say Yes
This session is about creating space—for what matters, for who you’re becoming, and for the life you want to live. You’ll reflect on where your energy is being pulled in directions that no longer feel aligned, and how saying no—kindly and clearly—can be an act of self-respect. By letting go of what drains you, you make room to say yes to what truly supports your purpose.
Lección 19
Ikigai And Resilience
Today we explore how a sense of purpose can support you through life’s challenges. When things feel uncertain or heavy, your Ikigai can act as a steady anchor—a reminder of what matters, and why you keep going. You’ll reflect on how meaning helps you stay grounded, resilient, and connected to your inner strength, even in difficult moments.
Lección 20
A Personal Ikigai Statement
This session is about bringing everything you’ve explored into one clear, personal statement—a few words or sentences that reflect your unique purpose. It’s not about perfection or final answers, but about capturing the essence of what feels most true to you right now. Your Ikigai statement becomes a gentle compass—something you can return to whenever you need to realign.
Lección 21
Integration Ceremony
This closing session is a space to pause, celebrate, and integrate everything you’ve discovered over the past three weeks. Through a guided visualization and final reflection, you’ll honor how far you’ve come and anchor the insights you want to carry forward. It’s not an ending—it’s a gentle beginning, rooted in clarity, intention, and your own unique sense of purpose.
