Thank you for this calm lectures on the contribution of mindfulness on health. I enjoyed the analogies of our body being a house that we are supposed to take gentle care for. I also found the idea helpful that the mind can be seen as the sixth sensory organ, that is not only fed by external influences, but also by internal ones: our thoughts.
