In this lesson, you will learn how personal boundaries are essential to healthy relationships with yourself as well as others and how they are an important component to live a healthy happy life.

How To Create Your Own Personal Boundaries
In this lesson, we learn some practical skills for setting and maintaining healthy personal boundaries that align with our values. This will include tips and suggestions to help you feel confident choosing you and your needs first.
Lección 3
Reinforce How To Say No Assertively
It’s not healthy to be saying yes to every single request given to you, especially if some of those requests clash with your well-being. However, saying no can be an incredibly difficult thing to do because you feel like you’re letting people down. This can be especially challenging for those who self-identify as people-pleasers or workaholics. In this session, we’re going to be taking a look at the best ways to politely and assertively say "no" and how you can feel good about it.

We look at the connection between personal boundaries and self-care, what self-care can do for you, and how to practice self-care without feeling guilty.
