Lección 1
Begin & Go Within
In this first lesson, you will learn about the course concepts, as well as the instructor’s personal battles and successes with body image. The session will conclude with a brief mindfulness meditation to help you separate painful, unkind body image thoughts from actual, factual reality.
Lección 2
Revealing & Healing
This lesson will introduce you to “Dart in the Heart Moments.” These are those turning-points in time when something painful occurs and someone decides their body is somehow at fault and unacceptable. A deep journaling exercise will invite you to identify one of your Dart in the Heart Moments and a powerful visualization will then enable you to heal that wound.
Lección 3
Digging Deeper
This talk will help you gain a better understanding of the purpose and depth of body dissatisfaction. Practical examples are given to illustrate how body obsession distracts us from deeper issues and you will leave this talk armed with simple suggestions to take into your day to day life.
Lección 4
Body Apology
This lesson begins with a reading of the teacher’s personal body apology. Next is a gentle guided meditation where you can experience a body apology of your own. Walking you through various body parts, you will be guided to compassionately make amends to your body for all the ways the culture has led you and your body astray.
Lección 5
Body Appreciation
Our bodies work diligently for us, 24 hours a day. Sadly, far too many of us either forget to take the time to appreciate our bodies, think unkindly about our bodies, or get so busy we neglect to think about our bodies much at all. This lesson offers you the opportunity to give thanks and appreciation to the miraculous body you live in.
Lección 6
Heart To Heart With Parts
Every part of us, even our most angry and agonized, needs acceptance and compassion. In this lesson, you will be guided through an internal dialogue between the part of you that is dissatisfied with your body and the part of you that is pure wisdom and compassion.
Lección 7
Feel It To Heal It
Anyone who longs to change their body, does so because of how they think those changes will make them feel. In today’s lesson, we will skip right over the painful body judgements and utilize powerful experiential exercises that will enable you to experience the feelings you have been seeking.
Lección 8
Dispel The Spell
Today’s lesson begins with a talk about the massive cultural hypnotic spell that has been cast, highlighting the fact that this spell is programming rather than reality. The lesson concludes with a lovely visualization that will invite you to imagine your life without the bad body image spell.
Lección 9
Raise Your Gaze
Love is the most healing state of all. It’s all too easy not only to forget to send love to our bodies, but to actually send hate and dislike to our bodies instead. This lesson is a gentle guided meditation that will take you into your heart, allow you to fill up with the feeling of love, and view your body with that loving gaze.
Lección 10
A New Vow Now
In this final lesson, you will be invited to set an intention for the future by reciting several new vows. Every single time you see, feel, think or speak about your body, you will have another opportunity to renew those vows.

This was really a great course. I am so appreciative of being able to take it. It’s a difficult challenge to retrain my brain, but this course has definitely helped me to move in that direction.
