The methods are based on a blend of acupuncture and mind-body medicine, both of which are supported by substantial scientific studies. Used correctly, EFT provides insight on our thoughts, our emotional experiences and our beliefs, ultimately transforming the way we respond to life. Lección 1
Tap, Tap, What?
Today you’ll learn about the origins of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and how this easily accessible process helps to ease physical tension and defuse negative emotions. You’ll also be introduced to tapping points, specifically chosen for their ability to calm the nervous system. These techniques can be life-changing, transforming the way we respond to the stresses of life.
Lección 2
Tapping On Tiredness
Discover more about the underlying principles of EFT, and why it is sometimes called psychological acupressure. The stresses of modern-day life can leave us exhausted, too tired to engage fully in life. Learn how the powerful combination of Chinese medicine and modern psychology can release tension, clear accumulated stress, and restore and replenish your energy levels. Let’s get tapping! (Note the “minute marker” of 12:12. Return to this point, should you wish to repeat the tapping rounds.)
Lección 3
Aspects Of Stress
Stress is a global phenomenon, and yet it’s also an individual experience. Personal interactions, lifestyle choices, and relationships can all have a different impact on our energy levels. Today, we look at different aspects of stress, and we learn various tools for making EFT more effective. We’ll also explore an additional tapping area that helps to calm the fight-or-flight response to stress, leaving you soothed and calm.
Lección 4
Tapping On Stress
Today we incorporate yesterday’s guidelines into a full tapping session. You’ll be directed to identify, and then clear, the underlying root cause/s of stress. You’re also welcome to add words to the dialogue at each tapping point, to describe your particular stress, e.g. “This stress about tomorrow’s meeting”, or, “This tension in my shoulders”. Tapping like this with specific dialogue relevant to you, makes the EFT even more effective. (Note the “minute marker” of 16:25. Return to this point, should you wish to repeat the tapping rounds.)
Lección 5
Affirmations & Choices
Affirmations can be powerful, but they can also become an obstacle during meditation when they seem wildly impossible. Today, you’ll understand more about why affirmations don’t always work, and we’ll examine effective ways of using positive intention during tapping. We also introduce the Choices Method, alongside affirmations and tapping. This combination can be transformative, as you explore ingrained limiting beliefs and you create a roadmap for a more fulfilling life.
Lección 6
A Happy, Tappy Day
Calling all optimists! It may seem like EFT focuses only on the negative, but acknowledging the current reality of a negative situation is what helps to release those thoughts and emotions. This clearing creates space for positive emotions, and opens the path towards joyful intention. Today’s EFT is designed to use at the beginning of your day. Get ready to create an environment for more positive possibilities, as you set the scene for the kind of happy, motivated day you’d like to experience.

Tap Me To Sleep
There’s no doubt that stress affects sleep. If sleep is elusive to you, then you can try tapping to prepare for a good night’s rest. EFT can be an excellent way to clear some of the incessant mind chatter and to settle the mind before bedtime. Today’s tapping is designed to use at the end of your day, as we clear the remnants of anything that you might unnecessarily be holding on to, preparing for deep and peaceful rest. Aaahhh, get ready to tap-tap-tap yourself into a peaceful, sleepy state!

Tapping On Uncertainty
Uncertainty about the future can create fear, anxiety, and stress. Learn how to use EFT to experience less stress about things beyond our control. Gently explore aspects of uncertainty, and encourage a more relaxed approach to what may lie ahead, instead of expending energy and time on unhelpful thoughts. Today’s tapping focuses on uncertainty, using the sequence to interrupt worries and worst-case scenarios, neutralizing them where possible, and helping you to become more comfortable with uncertainty.
Lección 9
Personal Peace Procedure
Explore Gary Craig’s Personal Peace Procedure as an introduction to how to systematically remove stress and negative emotions from past events. Tapping can help you make peace with your past, reducing emotional or physical suffering you may be holding around unhappy memories. Discover how this process can reveal limiting, and often untrue, beliefs about yourself, and how you can clear the obstacles that are in the way of your living a fulfilled and happy life.
Lección 10
May The Tap Be With You
Today we look at how to easily integrate tapping into your daily life, to bring relief from your troubles, and to create new emotional patterns and beliefs. We close with the soothing Touch and Breathe method, as a quick and effective response to the inevitable stressors of daily life. It has been a joy for me to share EFT with you, and I encourage you to revisit this course often, to help you restore balance and emotional calm, through tapping.
