A Breath Of Fresh Research
Welcome to this course!!! In this episode, I will introduce you to why we breathe, why I need it for work and how it impacts our nervous system. Knowing all this will add to your appreciation of the power of the breath and make you a more conscious breather. I'll end the episode with an opportunity to feel the impact of breathing.

Join The Diaphragm-Alam
We have all had a lifetime of breathing experience, however, not all of us do it correctly. In this episode, you'll learn how to breathe optimally. You'll learn about our breathing muscle and how we can utilise physics to get our best breath of air. We'll end with a guided breath exercise. Trilogies Are The Best
We love breaking things up into threes. Breathing is no different. In this episode learn about nose breathing and then a full guided session to show you the full capacity of the diaphragm. This is essential to learn to control your breath going forward. Plus, it feels great!! Box Breathing (Sama Vritti)
In this session, we get to implement all the lessons we have learnt so far and add in a breath-hold. The idea is simple enough. Breathe in, hold, breathe out hold all for a count of 4. And Relax...
The 4,7,8 technique is a powerful tool for relaxation. In this guided session you'll begin to feel the full effect of this breathing as you drift into a calm state. There are a host of benefits that come from this type of breathing so listen up and start to enjoy all it has to offer! I have a great one for you here! This is officially my favourite way to breathe. It's like most demanding type of breath work we are going to do. You'll learn how this works, the surprising benefit of it and feel the impact of it first-hand! Alternate Nostril Breathing
We have already covered the importance of nose breathing, but does it matter which nostril we breathe into? Turns out that ancient yogis and contemporary science have something to say about this.
