Hello everyone,

Welcome.

I'm excited to meditate with you today.

Today we'll be going on a beautiful journey within ourselves.

We will be healing what hurts and we will be sitting with what hurts as well.

But that's okay because we're taking these moments and this time to go within ourselves and give ourselves permission to heal and love on ourselves.

So let's get started.

I want you to find yourself a comfortable position,

A comfortable place in your home or wherever you are.

Whether that is pulling out your mat,

Grabbing a blanket,

Lighting your candles,

Your incense,

Your sage,

Whatever feels right for you at this moment,

Do it.

And when you're ready,

You can close your eyes or you can do a soft gaze.

But let's get started.

We know that life is a journey.

It's a messy journey.

It's a healing journey.

But the reality is that it's a beautiful journey depending on your perspective.

Triumphing through our path of life embarks us upon who we really are and what we really are doing in this lifetime.

Healing can become overwhelming.

It makes us look at parts of ourselves that we have suppressed or that have consumed us.

But the fact is some of us have procrastinated on our true healing because it scares us.

It causes us to face what we may not want to at the moment.

Let's heal.

Let's tap into our strength and capability,

The virtue of who we are at the core of ourselves.

The happiness that we so deeply want that's still inside of us waiting to shed its skin and burst through.

We will begin by just breathing life into ourselves.

Breathing life into where we have felt weakness and darkness,

Where we have felt the most heavy.

Your heart,

If it has felt broken,

Tainted,

Or undeserving,

I want you to deeply inhale into it and imagine a bright white light that's healing you piece by piece.

Breathe deep into yourself,

Filling your belly up,

Imagining that white light so bright.

That's like glue putting everything back together so that it can beat to its own drum,

Its own tune.

Remember,

We can bend,

But we do not really break.

Even when we feel we have been broken,

There is an infinite source within us to mend everything.

Continue to sit and breathe life into those parts that may need a little more love today.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Holding it at the top for a few seconds and exhaling deeply through your nose,

Letting everything go.

If you're feeling tension anywhere in your body,

Breathe into those spaces,

Honor them,

And then exhale,

Releasing that tension.

I want you to imagine filling yourself up with the love you deserve,

The love you want from others,

The love you give out over and over.

Imagine that it overflows through your entire being.

And when you exhale,

That you are releasing all of the heavy things or baggage or sadness or anything that stops you from forgiving yourself or forgiving others for the hurt,

The tribulations,

The misunderstandings.

I always believe that what we send out to the universe and affirm is what may be.

We send out what we want in return.

So let's begin to heal ourselves with mantras.

Let's let go of the old wounds and the past hurts,

The things that prevent us from experiencing deep love and peace within ourselves.

When we are willing to forgive ourselves and those that hurt us,

True healing begins.

There is no need for revenge,

For you to even tell your side of the story or to prove a point.

It's time we just commit to ourselves and let everything else fall into its own place.

It's time we take ownership and release old habits that hurt us and others,

That we gain self-control and live a life that we are deserving of.

We can't go to the next level doing others how they did us or being our own worst critic.

God makes our enemies our footstools.

He gives us the power we need to live in full joy and abundance.

So now I want to take this time to affirm some things with you.

You can either repeat these out loud or you can say them to yourself.

But as you affirm these things,

Truly believe them so that you can walk into your purpose and you can release those things.

So I affirm,

I give myself permission to heal.

I am willing to forgive myself.

I am ready to forgive anyone I feel has hurt me.

I let go of my need to be right.

I accept the lesson my pain is offering me.

I see my current circumstances as an opportunity to grow.

I realize the past and trust that everything is happening for my greatest good.

I am capable of unconditional love.

You are.

I set myself and others free by choosing to forget.

Everything I am going through and have went through is making me stronger,

Wiser and compassionate.

I create loving and healing relationships.

I am willing to amend my own behavior.

I respect and validate the feelings of others.

Affirm,

I allow the perspective of others to deepen my understanding and love for them.

I always choose love.

If you wasn't able to repeat all of those affirmations,

That is okay.

We are still putting this out into the universe.

We are still believing because we do hurt,

But we heal.

We grieve and we see a lot of things from our own perspectives,

But we don't realize that harboring so much can physically and mentally derail us from the life of fulfillment that we so long for.

Those affirmations that we spoke is our reality,

Not our future,

Not what we have to wait on.

We began to do those things now because it's our time.

I want you to inhale and exhale feeling your energy rising,

Your vibrations rising,

Your mindset rising and feeling the release of all the things that have kept you in bondage,

That have kept you to feeling where you can't progress to the next level,

That you have to hold on to the hurt that you've caused yourself or others to cause you.

You are worthy of healing.

You are worthy of that love no matter the trauma,

The situation or anything.

Inhale,

Feeling your power and exhale and think about that thing that you really want badly.

What is it?

Envision it.

The burns,

The passion inside of you.

There is no limit to your desires.

There is no limit to anything that you can have or achieve or the amount of self-love that you can give yourself daily.

Every day,

Honor yourself.

Honor that power that you have within you.

It's there.

It's waiting to be unleashed.

It's already yours.

You're held from the baggage.

Slowly but surely,

Welcome to your new energy.
