Hello everyone.

Welcome to meditation today.

I am grateful that you have taken the time to join me to show up for yourself and honor your well-being and higher potential.

How are we feeling today?

Today's meditation will be focused on self-love,

Confidence,

And your ability to overcome anything,

Any obstacle that has weighed you down.

I'm excited everyone.

Now let's ask ourselves,

Are we ready to honor our worth,

Walk into our true path,

And release negative thoughts and actions that may be hindering us?

Take a moment to think about that.

At times we allow fear,

Doubt,

And others to take control of our life,

But it's time to embrace the vibration and fire we have inside of us.

Let us all believe that we can and we will have the strength to illuminate and inspire ourselves daily.

Again,

Thank you for joining me today.

Now let's begin by coming into a comfortable position on your mat or chair.

If you suffer from any type of injury or you're not able to sit up,

Please lay back and make yourself comfortable.

That is okay as well.

Now inhale reaching your arms up towards your crown chakra to the sky,

Extending the natural curve of your spine,

And exhale slowly releasing your arms to your side,

Rolling your shoulders back,

And placing your hands in your lap,

Or you can also place them in a mudra of your choice.

Begin to close your eyes when you are ready,

Or you can also use a soft gaze at an object in the room.

Allow yourself to feel grounded and begin to observe the natural flow of your breath.

Become aware of how your body feels in this moment right now.

Are you tensed?

Are you relaxed?

Take a deep breath in and a long exhale out,

Releasing any tension that you may be holding in your body.

Take another deep inhale in through your belly,

Your ribs,

Your chest,

And exhale through your chest,

Your ribs,

Your belly,

Again releasing any tension that you have in your body.

And love and light to that area as well.

If any thoughts are rising,

That's okay.

Know that you have everything you need right now,

And you are exactly where you need to be.

Thank yourself for the beauty within you.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Let any thoughts that arise and just let them come and go.

You can imagine them on a cloud drifting away.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Be aware of your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Let any thoughts come and go,

Honoring yourself in this moment.

Now we are going to introduce today's mantra.

I am all that I am and worthy of my beautiful life.

I'd like you to repeat that silently to yourselves.

I am all that I am and worthy of my beautiful life.

Now as you imagine this,

Take it in as it already is.

That you're already walking into your life purpose,

Happy and abundantly.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Imagine a bright light illuminating your entire body with this beautiful life that you introduced yourself to,

That you're walking into.

As you inhale,

Imagine that light from your crown chakra flowing down to your root chakra,

Down to the balls of your feet,

And just illuminating you all over.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And just illuminating you all over.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And just illuminating you all over.

Continue to breathe at your own pace.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And just illuminating you all over.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

I want you to take a deep inhale in,

And exhale out.

Know that you have the power within you,

That you are alive and divine,

And your wholeness within itself is love and light,

Not only to you,

But others around you.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

Notice how you feel right now.

Notice that you have illuminated yourself with new breath and new light.

Inhale,

Suspend your breath at the top for a moment,

And let out a great exhale.

I want you to thank yourself for showing up for you today.

And one last time,

I want you to inhale,

Breathing in strength,

Self-love,

Honor,

Worth,

Exhale,

Breathing out any tension,

Negativity,

Doubts and fears that you may have had when you first showed up in the room today.

I invite you all to take a moment each day if you can,

And invite a meditation practice into your life,

Whether it's five minutes,

Three minutes,

Whatever you have time for,

Show up for yourself and honor yourself each day.

Now begin to bring awareness back into your body.

You can wiggle your toes,

Fingers,

And open your eyes when you're ready.

Bring your hands to heart center.

The light in me honors the light in you.
