Hello and welcome to this cord cutting meditation.
My name is Erica Hepperly,
Certified clinical hypnotherapist,
Success and life coach.
And as we prepare for this cord cutting meditation,
I want to make sure that you're in a comfortable position before you start this.
Set up your space to feel very safe,
Sacred.
And as you start to get comfortable in your body,
I want you to start with a couple deep cleansing and clearing breaths.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Into your belly and into your heart,
And an audible exhale out of your mouth.
Again,
That's an inhale in through your nose,
Into your belly,
Into your heart,
Holding at the top for the count of four.
And an exhale out of your nose.
And one last time,
Inhale into your nose,
Through your belly,
Into your heart,
And release anything that no longer serves you in your exhale.
And if you feel safe enough to do so,
Go ahead and close your eyes and continue breathing deeply.
As you breathe in,
Put your hand on your belly and feel it expand.
And as you breathe out,
Release all negativity that no longer serves you.
And as your breath returns back to its normal pace,
You begin to feel peaceful and relaxed,
Very,
Very relaxed.
With your eyes closed,
I want you to imagine a beautiful,
Bright white light just above your head.
As it pours down from above you and over your body,
Know that the light is there to support you,
To help you,
And to keep you safe through this cord cutting meditation.
And as the white light spills over your body as a blanket of protection,
Ask the channel of light to fill your entire body with the light and beautiful positive energy.
Filling your head,
Filling your face,
Your throat,
Down through your shoulders,
Into your arms and hands.
As it fills your chest and spills down into your belly,
Down through your legs,
And that white light continues to fill down through your feet and into the ground.
Take this time to be deeply present with your body.
Keep letting the light flow through you and connect from above down through the ground to the center of the earth.
If you feel any tension in your body,
Ask the light to loosen and release any density you may be carrying.
And as you take a deep breath in,
An audible exhale as you let it go.
Imagine you're now blanketed with this white light like a glowing ball,
Like a bright star,
Or a beautiful sun.
Feel your radiance that illuminates everything,
Everyone,
And every energy around you.
And now I want you to ask the white light to shine brightly on any fear-based cords coming out of your body.
Where do you feel any tension?
Where do you feel any pain?
Where do you feel any tightness?
And what do they feel like?
Notice those cords of lower vibrational energy without judgment as they light up to show you and make you aware of what energetic cords you have connected to people,
Events,
Or belief systems.
And if you can't find any,
Notice any sensitive spots on your body and ask yourself who is there or what is there.
Is there a cord there?
Now it's time to call in a higher power to help you and keep you protected as we head into the cord cutting.
Ask God,
Universe,
Your spirit guides,
Source,
Your angels,
Your masters,
Or archangels,
Whatever divine guidance most resonates with you to help you with this cord cutting meditation.
Ask your divine guidance to give you a light tool to cut the cord coming from your body.
Your light tool may be a pair of scissors,
A sword,
A knife.
Open your hand and feel what the light tool is for you.
You can also call on Archangel Michael for this as he is the guardian who assists with cord cutting.
So take a couple deep breaths and what feels best for you,
Call in the guidance that most resonates with you.
Now imagine that you're standing in the middle of a green,
Luscious,
And luminous fields that spreads out far as you can see in front of you to the side of you and behind you.
Now I want you to imagine the people,
Places,
Events,
Or belief systems that you're ready to cut cords with.
Those people,
Places,
Events,
Or belief systems that are holding you back or storing in your energy like a heavy weight in the middle of a pool.
And as you stand there in the middle of this vast,
Luminous,
Lush,
Open field,
I want you to imagine cords coming out of those places that were full of tension or felt uncomfortable and connecting to the people,
Places,
Belief systems,
Or events that you're ready and willing to cut energetic ties with.
Visualize those cords connecting to those people,
Those events,
Those belief systems.
And when you're ready,
I want you to look down at your palm to notice a pile of sticky notes in your left hand.
Those sticky notes are covered in words,
In beliefs,
In limitations that you've adopted from these people,
These belief systems,
These events that are not yours and no longer serve you.
Standing there,
You put the sticky notes of words,
Of thoughts,
Of belief systems onto each cord of the event,
The person,
Or the place,
Or the belief system that no longer serves you.
To let go of,
To get rid of what is no longer yours.
And as you visualize yourself letting go of those belief systems,
Of those words,
Of those thought patterns,
You notice yourself feeling lighter and lighter and even lighter,
More expansive now,
More open now,
And more free to express your authentic self.
One by one,
You put those sticky notes onto each cord to give back what is no longer yours,
What no longer serves you.
And when you're ready,
Take the light tool that your guardian angel,
Archangel,
Spirit guides,
God,
Universe,
Or source handed your way.
Or if it resonates with you,
You can call in archangel Michael to assist you with the cord cutting himself.
Now take your tool and swiftly cut the cord connected to you as you feel yourself energetically release from those energetic binds that have been holding you back.
Now ask your heart to send a huge ball of bright light to the cord that has been severed,
This bright,
Intense light of love and light and peace will continue to go through the cord and singe the ends.
Imagine the cord sparking this pure white light.
Imagine the pure white light traveling down to the other end of the cord,
Burning up the cord and all fear based agendas with love and light.
When this light hits the other person,
It will spark and be purified with nothing but love and compassion.
And as the white light hits the other person,
The place,
The event,
Visualize the white light wrapping around them,
Hugging them with a blessing that you're sending to them to that event or to that belief system.
Feel the light radiating through you and imagine it turns into a light liquid that fills your entire body,
Purifying your energy system instantly.
Imagine the white light filling up your body from your feet all the way up to the crown of your head like water fills in a bathtub.
And allow yourself to feel the purity of your energy pulsing and radiating through your body.
And bright white light to whatever cord was in your body,
Healing that part of you.
Notice those areas of tension,
Of discomfort,
Of pain get lighter and lighter and even lighter now.
Let the light dissolve all of the decisions you made to allow these fear based agendas to show up in your life.
As the light has filled your entire body,
Feel it wrap around the outside of your body as it hugs you with healing,
With love and with compassion.
If you feel any cords lingering,
Take your light tool and repeat the process of cord setting,
Burning,
Sending sparks of love to anyone on the opposite end of that cord.
Now filling yourself with gratitude for allowing yourself to reclaim your power,
Reclaim your peace and reclaim your divinity.
Let any dense energies be cleared from your space,
Sending them up,
Giving them back to a higher power and sending them down to recycle and recreate as positive energy into the earth.
As you feel lighter and more alive,
You're full of love,
Full of life and full of vibrancy.
Taking your hands and placing them on your heart,
Feel the gratitude that pulses and radiates in your heart.
Sending love to all the lessons,
All of the learnings,
All of the people and experiences that have brought you to this point in your life and saying out loud or in your head three things you feel grateful for that are on your heart now.
As you take three energizing breaths to amplify your gratitude,
I want you to visualize that white light outside of you getting bigger,
More impactful as you share it to the collective and thank your angels,
Spirit guides,
The universe,
God,
Source or whatever source of divine guidance you believe in.
With your hands over your hearts,
Thank yourself for taking this time to let go of energetic minds,
To send forgiveness and compassion to those on the other ends of those energetic cords and for being a positive impact on the world.
Ask your subconscious mind to remind you to do your cord cutting meditation and cleanse your energy as often as possible.
Taking three energizing breaths as you bring yourself back into this space.
Coming back into the room,
Giving yourself a big hug and remember if you've never done a cord cutting meditation before,
You might find that you have to do it a few times to feel the lightness and the benefits that come of it.
Know that it's not up to you to hold on to these heavy energies anymore.
You've done your part.
You are free.
You are light.
And you can't truly help anyone else unless you first help yourself.
