Hello beautiful goddess and welcome to this self womb massage practice.

I thank you,

I honor you,

I see you for doing the work to connect to this sacred womb space.

Your womb thanks you for taking the time to get to know the divinity that lives within your womb space.

For this practice I invite you to find a sacred space,

A space that feels safe,

A space that feels nurturing.

And a space where you can lie down comfortably and pour into yourself.

Maybe you need a pillow for your head or a pillow under your knees.

Make sure to have your massage oil like coconut oil.

And it's always good to have a little essential oil that will allow you to ignite your senses and sink deeper into your body.

You can set up your space with other things like candles and incense.

And make sure you have a journal afterwards for reflection.

And before we get deep into this practice I want you to take a minute to connect to your breath.

Take a minute to set an intention.

What is it that you're wanting to call in to this practice to release from your body or to learn deeper about yourself?

As you set this intention I invite you to begin laying down on your back in a position that feels so comfortable and so nurturing for your body.

Again,

Make yourself comfortable by placing a pillow under your head or under your knees if you desire.

As you get comfortable I invite you to allow your body to soften.

Take an inventory of where your body is now.

Scanning from your feet to your knees.

Relax every portion of that area.

From your knees to your hips allow everything just to relax.

From your hips to your womb space allow yourself to breathe deep into that space.

From your womb to your heart allow everything to begin to soften.

From your heart to your neck and throat space allow everything to just begin to relax.

From your throat space to the crown of your head making sure to relax your jaw.

Let go of any tension that you're holding in your face.

Making sure that your massage oil is nearby within arms reach because in a minute we will be using the oil.

Taking a couple deep breaths on your own begin to shift your focus to your womb space.

The space between your belly button and the top of your pelvic bone.

Also known as the beautiful area that is your mons.

Taking your hands placing your two pointer fingers together and your two thumbs together to make a downward triangle.

As you place your pointer fingers on the space that is your pelvic bone.

Moving your fingers one inch above the pelvic bone to the space that becomes a little soft.

Press your fingers and your yoni mudra the downward triangle softly into that space.

As you take a deep breath in honoring your womb for the creation that it allows you to give.

To give life to give opportunity and to birth the most amazing ideas.

And now go ahead and grab your massage oil.

Place a few drops of the essential oil to mix it in.

As you begin to rub the oil along your lower belly rubbing it just above your navel down to your mons.

The top of your pelvic bone covering it side to side making sure that you rub enough.

So it's smooth and leaves the surface slippery.

If the oil absorbs into your skin add more to leave the surface smooth and slippery.

Once your belly and mons are full of oil go ahead and place your hands back in the womb mudra.

With your hands together pointer fingers and thumbs to create an upside down triangle.

To invoke your sacred feminine energy and the voice of your womb.

Placing your fingertips upon your pubic bone or your mons.

Again your thumbs meeting literally across your stomach just below your navel.

Taking a deep breath in you divine goddess for honoring and taking the time to connect to your womb.

Begin engaging in a slow circular connected breath breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathing into the belly into the chest and out of the mouth.

As you begin connecting deeper and deeper to this breath.

Begin to invite this breath down into your pelvic bowl.

And if your eyes aren't closed already go ahead and close your eyes if you feel safe enough to do so.

Continuing with the breath allow the breath to assist you in descending into your pelvic bowl.

Allowing yourself to breathe deeper as you find your core center and you begin entering your womb space.

And remember you can pause this recording at any time to journal what's coming up for you.

Or just breathe with your body if things begin to arise.

Allow yourself to engage with any emotions any feelings and any thoughts with love and curiosity.

And remember you can always call upon your womb to hold you.

Because your body temple is thanking you right now for nurturing for caring and for showing your body temple love.

Just over your uterus or your womb with your fingertips an inch above your pubic bone or your mons.

Begin to press down softly with your fingertips until you meet resistance.

And remain at this depth and remember it's not about how deep you can go just to a place where you meet a tiny bit of resistance and a lot a bit of love.

With your fingertips begin to create a zigzag upward motion moving from your mons up towards your navel.

This motion encourages womb alignment within the pelvic bowl.

As you continue to zigzag upward on the exhale bringing your hands back to your mons or your pubic bone on the inhale.

Continue with this stroke 10 times.

This motion promotes blood and lymphatic flow and fosters deep deep womb communion.

Allowing yourself to continue with the zigzags upward you goddess.

As you inhale you bring your fingertips down to your mons and exhale as you zigzag upward from your mons to your belly button.

Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into deep womb connection.

Your womb space your body temple is oozing with love with appreciation for you taking your time to connect with the sacred union of your womb.

A couple more times as you get to 10 zigzags upward on the exhale.

Bring your hands back down to the womb mudra or the upside down triangle where you started this practice.

Breathing into your womb space moving your fingertips just an inch above the mons to the soft space.

Just over your uterus or your womb where you meet that resistance.

Meeting us there if you're still working on the zigzags upward.

Taking a deep breath into your womb space and allowing the emotions to be set free.

Showering your womb with love with appreciation with connection because this is where life force is created from.

The power of the womb space allows creation allows intention and is a deeply powerful place in your body.

Starting with your hands in the womb mudra or the upside down triangle.

Begin to move to the right or left side of your pelvis where the hip and pelvic bones meet.

Keeping your fingers together slightly bent and slightly relaxed.

Slide off the hip bone to a place where you can provide comfortable pressure onto the tissue of your lower abdomen.

Again finding the depth where you first meet resistance.

And maintaining a consistent pressure begin to slowly zigzag upward toward the navel.

You may notice some increased tension while engaging in these side strokes.

As you commit to the ten strokes you exhale as you make the zigzag up to your belly button.

Meeting any resistance with your breath and allowing it to guide you.

Using comfortable pressure meet the resistance but don't push past it.

Allowing yourself to connect to the ten zigzag strokes from your hip bone to your belly button.

Here you are nurturing the ligaments and the musculature of your pelvic bowl.

This area helps you hold your womb in alignment.

You are also massaging over your ovaries.

Sending love to these ovaries as they hold life.

They nurture life.

The eggs that create life.

In this area you are also encouraging healthy lymphatic flow to create a vibrant environment for your womb and for your reproductive organs.

Once you have finished performing this stroke ten times go ahead and move to the opposite side.

Paying attention to the side that you went to first.

Does this side need more love?

Is this side the side you tend to go to?

With the right being the masculine and the left being the feminine.

Acknowledge what side you went to first as you make your way over to the opposite side.

Taking the time to perform the ten strokes from your pelvic bone.

Move your fingers one inch up to the soft space that is your womb.

Performing an exhale as you zigzag from that space to your belly button.

Inhaling as you bring your fingers back down to your hip bone.

And exhaling as you bring your zigzag towards your belly button.

Again you are encouraging healthy lymphatic flow.

Creating a nourishing and alive environment for your womb and reproductive organs.

Sending love and appreciation for the beauty that is your womb space,

Your pelvic bowl.

Again you are massaging over your ovaries and you are nurturing the ligaments and musculature of your pelvic bowl for deep womb alignment.

Once you have performed ten strokes,

Take your fingertips again to your mons,

Your pelvic bone.

Find your fingertips on your mons,

Bringing them slightly towards your navel one inch up onto the soft tissue and hovering over your womb.

Feeling deeply connected to your body and your womb.

And having opened the lymphatic and circulatory flow of your pelvic bowl and womb space.

We will now begin to engage in a womb spiral.

Begin to move your fingers,

Your fingertips together in a clockwise circular motion.

Starting small and allowing the circle to grow to the edges of your hip bones.

And once you reach the outside near your hip bones and to your belly button and to your mons.

Begin to make a counter clockwise circular motion back in as a spiral.

This spiral invokes the opening of your Shakti energy.

The divine goddess that you are and the void of the womb.

Continuing with the clockwise expansion of your spiral from your womb space to the outside and the counter clockwise spiral as you bring it back in.

Remain here for as long as feels comfortable using your breath from the belly into your heart and out of your mouth to guide you deeper and deeper into your womb space.

This motion continues to encourage energetic clearing and opening while increasing circulatory and lymphatic flow.

Again,

With the clockwise spiral expansion and the counter clockwise spiral as you bring it back inward.

I invite you goddess to speak to your womb.

Allow your womb to speak to you.

Ask her,

Is there any wisdom that would like to be shared?

Ask,

Are any emotions rising?

Ask,

Is there any tension that you can bring loving attention and witnessing to?

Remembering,

Did you go to the right or the left side first?

Is there any tension on the right or the left side?

The right being the masculine,

The left being the feminine.

Check in with your womb.

As you continue with this spiral motion,

Keep listening to the wisdom of your womb and communing with a loving presence.

As we make our way back again to find your hands in the upside down will mudra,

Fingertips on your mons and the thumbs meeting laterally just below your navel.

This is your time to commune with your womb.

Ask her if there is any final wisdom she would like to share.

And begin communing this practice with a beautiful activating womb prayer or blessing.

May you always approach your body with deep reverence as you begin and continue to familiarize yourself with the womb massage.

Speaking a loving mantra into your womb as you breathe deep into her,

I am here for you.

I honor you.

Womb,

I adore you.

Womb,

I am here for you and I hear you.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Divine goddess,

I honor you and your body temple honors you for taking the time,

Creating the space and allowing loving connection to your beautiful womb.

You may begin to connect deeper to an internal portal of light,

Energy and creation.

You may begin to feel closer connection to Mother Nature,

Mama Gaia,

Pacha Mama.

When massaging your womb,

Always remember to connect to your breath,

To your womb space and send divine love and compassion to this space.

Again,

I honor you.

I see you.

I love you.

And take as much time as you would like to conclude and seal in this practice.

Whether it's staying here in this position or moving on to a journaling experience,

Journaling about what came up for you,

The learnings you undertook,

Or moving back into your daily practices.

Whatever it may be,

Honor yourself and I honor you,

Goddess in you.

What a beautiful and nurturing practice. Thank you for guiding it. Would love longer pauses to reflect on the questions that you asked. I was craving some silence or gentle easefull music after the questions to dive in and reflect more. Thank you so much for creating this.
