A moment of empowerment for those feeling lost. When the outside reality does not yet reflect your inner landscape - the pause. Born in the tender space between endings and new beginnings, this piece weaves spoken word poetry with an ethereal soundscape, guiding you through themes of worth, resilience, and self-trust, inviting you to reflect on your worth beyond achievements, relationships, or external validation. This is a meditation for anyone feeling uncertain or between chapters, a reminder that your worth is not in the destination, but in the way you keep returning to yourself. Let the words and rhythm hold you as you reclaim where you stand. Voice by me, Brooke Richardson

My worth is not tied to my bank account,

Or a partner,

Or your applause.

My worth isn't the new job,

Or a fleeting moment.

Can I feel my worth?

Can I find it in the silence,

With no external recognition?

Can I hold and trust myself,

Even when I feel lost?

Even when I'm not producing,

Not creating,

What am I worth to you then?

Finding my light,

Finding myself again and again.

Because I will get back up,

And I will rise,

Even stronger,

Not aiming to fill the space.

Let my truth rush through me,

Let me embrace this space,

This pause,

Leaning into trust.

Because,

Yeah,

I'm feeling lost,

But it doesn't make it true.

And yeah,

I'm feeling sad,

You would be too.

A chapter ending,

Change,

Yet no clarity in sight.

Just the pulse,

The beat of my heart,

Leading me.

Praying I can be brave,

To take a risk,

To follow her,

To listen to her.

Sometimes she's silent,

And I feel alone.

But my worth is not in the destination.

I'm reclaiming old parts of me,

Reclaiming where I stand.

My worth is in my bones,

My worth is a song alone.

My worth is my truth.
