Outpouring - Music And Voices To Encourage Release

There is a great release to be had in pouring out all that's there. There is no immediate way to learn at a deep soul level than to go through challenges, pain, and grief. When you are undergoing difficulties in your journey through life, allow yourself to release the raw feelings you may be carrying. Fall on the floor, rock back and forth, and make whatever high-pitched or guttural noises come. This track contains vocals, sounds of rain, and music of singing bowls and hammered dulcimer to encourage that release.
