Closing your eyes taking several deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out in through the nose breathing in light and positivity breathing out through your mouth any negativity and just continuing to breathe in this way now go ahead and visualize imagine sense or feel a mirror in front of your face as you look in this mirror it feels awkward because you're seeing yourself but are you truly seeing yourself if you have a lot of judgment if you have a lot of criticism can you use this time in front of the mirror just to let yourself be to just receive more light place this down standing in front of a mirror and just receiving more light trying to see yourself without judgment or criticism just being here being with yourself it occurs to you in this moment that perhaps if you don't like yourself it's that much more important to be with yourself perhaps you need a lot of time here or maybe just a few minutes but whatever shame and hatred that you harbor inside this can only be relieved through the light by seeing it by addressing it knowing it's not the real you who are you as you gaze into this mirror as you stay in front of this mirror you realize that your heart is beginning to open you're becoming softer more gentle with yourself there's nowhere to go but here just being here with yourself while it's easy to beat yourself up when no one's looking there's the opportunity now for you to be to soften to let go of what you previously thought connecting to that inner beauty possible today and if not that's okay too just allowing yourself to be you notice that your breathing becomes easier you become more calm as you take this time with yourself now if there's anything positive you'd like to say to yourself perhaps an I love you or I want to learn to love you whatever feels right in your heart today allow this now in these sacred words receiving a huge hug from yourself tapping back into your breath breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth one more time together and through the nose and out through the mouth thanking yourself for being here today now very gently you can open your eyes look around and return to your space thank you for joining me on this 10-minute guided journey I look forward to working with you again very soon
