Gong Meditation

This meditation is performed on a 34" Grotta Sonoro Deep Gong and is meant to help you relax and meditate. The gong has a dark sound and is very earthy while also being very cosmic. Allow yourself to go into a deep relaxation, theta/alpha brain wave state and enjoy the healing you receive.
