As someone who has meditated to ease anxiety for 13 years, this is the most calming of any I’ve listened to given the time:calm ratio (if that were a measurement). In short, I felt calm after two uses of this short meditation when it’d normally take 20 minutes to reach the same level of relief. Thank you.

Essentially a "standard" breath and body session, presented in a very understated way. Personally, I'd have preferred slightly longer periods of silence. Really liked the language of the breath "rolling in and rolling out" - put me in mind of very gentle waves on the shore - nice! Thank you!
