Enjoy this relaxing meditation designed to help you let go and surrender control of your manifestations. This meditation is around 7 minutes long and can be used anytime you feel anxious or attached to your desires. You can expect to feel relaxed, centered and peaceful after working with this meditation.

Welcome to my letting go and surrendering meditation.

So first of all I just want you to make sure that you're in a safe comfortable environment where you won't be disturbed through this meditation.

Once you feel calm and centered I want you to make sure that your feet are firmly placed on the ground and your hands gently rested upon your knees.

I now want you to take some deep breaths.

Please do these in equal measures in counts of five.

So breathe in for five seconds,

Hold for five seconds and release for five seconds.

If this feels too much then you can reduce the amount of time.

The amount of time is not important as long as they're done in healthy equal measures.

You will now do this for a few rounds.

You should now start to feel relaxed,

Centered and a wave of peace and calm come over you.

I now want you to imagine yourself in a beautiful field full of long grass.

It's sunny,

There's beautiful trees,

There's a slight breeze that goes through your hair and you can see whistling through the trees.

I want you to imagine a beautiful stream at the bottom of this field and this field brings you peace.

When you're ready I want you to imagine some beautiful angels coming into this place and surrounding you.

These are your angels and they're here to help you surrender and let go of what you've been holding on to.

This could be a person,

A manifestation or a deep need for something to happen.

Whatever it is you can safely release this to your angels.

Your angels look at you with love,

Peace and feel so warm and loving around you.

They start to hand you a golden box.

This golden box shines and feels heavenly.

On that box it has your name written on it so you know this box is specifically designed for your desires and what you want to let go of.

The angels open up this box for you and you can now begin to place whatever it is you'd like to let go of into this box.

You can do so by imagining a piece of paper,

You can visually see something,

Whatever signifies what you'd like to let go of,

Put this into the box now.

The angels now cover up this box and put the lid back on.

They smile at you as they know that this is what you were meant to do.

Your angels thank you for placing your trust and faith in them and in the universe.

You can now safely know that the universe and angels hold your desires,

They hold your intentions and they have heard you.

It's safe to let go now.

Your angels send you love as they begin to fly away up into the distance,

Up into the universe above.

As you're left in this beautiful field I just want you to sit here for a moment and feel a wave of calm,

Surrender,

Peace and love come over you.

The universe wants to send you so much love for doing this,

It's safe to let go and it's safe to put your trust into the universe.

The universe will always bring you what is for your highest good.

You have now surrendered and let go of your desire and I want to thank you for doing so because by doing this you're setting yourself free and allowing yourself to experience the most incredible things in life.

You can now move forward with your day knowing that you have fully surrendered and fully let go of this and know that the universe and your angels are now taking care of this up in heaven.

There's nothing else you need to do now apart from have faith,

Love and trust in the universe.

You can continue to do this meditation at any time you feel called to,

Whenever you feel like you're gripping on to what it is you want.

We're now going to leave this field and say goodbye.

So when you feel ready start to become more aware of your surroundings and you're coming back into your body and back into the room.

When you feel ready you can open your eyes and as you open your eyes and come back to your surroundings you feel a wave of relief,

Love and peace come over you.

As you continue on your day you're going to feel happy,

Motivated,

At ease and a sense of peace come over you.
