Welcome to your mid-year reset meditation.
I first of all just want you to make sure that you're comfortable in the seat that you're in and that you won't be disturbed throughout the duration of this meditation.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes and start to take gentle breaths in.
And on the exhale,
Just releasing any stress or any tension from your day so far.
And we're going to do this in equal measure.
So breathing in for 5 seconds,
Holding for 5 seconds and releasing for 5 seconds.
If at any point this feels unmanageable,
Then please reduce it to an amount of time that feels right to you.
You should now start to feel relaxed.
And I want you through your mind's eye,
With your eyes closed,
To see yourself in nature.
Walking through the most beautiful field,
Surrounded by the beautiful summer sun.
As you walk through this field now,
Feeling the long grass underneath your feet.
Feeling this grass through your hands as you walk through this now.
And the warm summer glow of the sun.
And feeling a gentle breeze in the air.
And hearing birdsong and other nature sounds all around you.
And you feel calm,
You feel at ease.
And you feel the mid-year magic in the air.
And I just want you to soak up all the mid-summer magic around you.
The summer energy.
And just think about how far you've come this year already.
As you continue to walk,
Just reflect on what you've achieved,
What's happened so far this year.
And who and where you are right now.
And I just want you to feel a sense of gratitude wash over you now.
For all the wins,
Manifestations and abundance that have come into your life this year so far.
So just feeling that gratitude and appreciation radiating out of your heart centre in the middle of your chest.
And as you soak up this feeling of gratitude and summer magic around you,
You see a beautiful oak tree up ahead.
And I want you to walk towards this tree now and take a seat underneath it.
And as you take a seat under this tree,
You notice a golden journal and pen next to you.
And you pick this up now.
And turn to a blank page.
And I want you to write down now your answers to what have I manifested this year.
And write down just as you would in your physical journal what you've manifested this year.
Next,
What am I grateful for?
What are you grateful for here and now in this present moment,
Halfway through the year?
What do I need to let go of?
What are you ready to release and let go of in the second half of this year?
Write it down now.
What would I like to experience or manifest for the rest of the year?
So for the remainder of this year,
What would you like to feel,
Experience and manifest?
And once you've finished journaling and writing your heart's desires and soul's desires in this notebook,
I want you to rip out the piece of paper that you've written on in this journal.
And we're now going to bury this sacred paper underneath this tree to bring your beautiful desires into fruition under this summer solstice and mid-year energy.
So you now kneel next to the tree and you see a golden shovel next to you.
And you take this now and start to create a little hole to put this paper in.
And as you create the space to bury your paper,
Your sacred desires,
Just like a seed,
You now gently place this piece of paper into the ground and start to cover and pat the soil above it.
And once you've covered your beautiful sacred intentions fully,
You see a golden watering can full of crystalline energy next to you.
And you just gently pour the crystalline sacred water all over the spot where you've buried your intentions.
And this crystalline light is nurturing,
Supercharging,
And up-leveling the energy of your desires,
Supporting you in the remainder of this year and bringing this into fruition.
And I want you to affirm now as you continue to water this sacred space,
Your beautiful desires,
That I am choosing the highest timeline for the highest good of all.
And know that by affirming this,
You are welcoming in your highest,
Brightest timeline for the remainder of the year,
One where you welcome in these heart's desires.
And this water is charging the earth,
Charging your intentions under this midsummer sun,
And just soaking this all in now.
And you can place the watering can down next to you once you've finished.
And as you sit in this sacred space with your beautiful soul intentions,
I want you to place a hand on your heart center and just take a deep cleansing breath in.
And on the exhale,
Embodying this energy now,
Embodying your soul's desires,
Embodying this midsummer reset and magic.
And as you take in this energy and just see nature all around you supporting this beautiful energy,
I want you to repeat these affirmations out loud after me.
If you want to repeat them in your waking life,
Then please feel free to do so.
But for now,
Just repeat them with me.
I'm aligned with my desires and my energy.
I take aligned and inspired action towards my mid-year intentions.
I allow new energy and new beginnings into my life.
I embody abundance,
Gratitude,
And focus for the year ahead.
And once again,
Just taking in a gentle breath.
And on the exhale,
Integrating,
Embodying,
And releasing what no longer serves you.
I just want you to notice how you feel now versus at the beginning of this meditation.
What's shifted for you?
And can you feel the beautiful feelings of gratitude in your heart center now?
Do you feel excited for the remainder of the year?
As you hit the reset button and welcome in these beautiful desires.
And as you start to come back into the room,
You can just start to move your hands and just start to move your feet.
And just gently and effortlessly grounding back in.
Feeling lighter,
Feeling brighter,
Feeling so supported and held.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
