Transcript

Welcome to today's guided breathwork meditation.

Today we will explore coherent breathing.

Coherent breathing is done by inhaling for a count of five and exhaling for a count of five.

I invite you to breathe in and out through your nose for this practice to find a comfortable position.

Allow your eyes to close or your gaze to lower.

And let's begin.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Continue to breathe in this pattern.

Allow your breath to be soft.

And if your mind wanders,

Gently return your focus to the count.

Breathing in for five and out for five.

And as the bell slowly begins to fade,

Allowing a sense of silence to fill the space.

You can stay here for as long as you need.

Thank you for being here.

I hope you have a beautiful day.
