Welcome!

My name is Emily and I'm so glad you're here.

This guided practice is an invitation to slow down,

Reconnect,

And notice what's happening within you without judgment.

There's no right way to do this meditation.

You don't need to clear your mind or change anything.

Simply allow yourself to be present exactly as you are and let this practice support you.

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Bring attention to your breath.

Reflect on your yoga and meditation practice,

Especially in the recent weeks or months.

Notice what you've learned or experienced without judgment.

With each exhale,

Release pressure to perform or figure everything out.

Trust that awareness is enough,

That growth happens over time.

Rest here for a few final breaths.

Before opening your eyes,

Take a moment to rest in this sense of ease.

Trust that growth continues even when you're not actively trying.

When you are ready,

Return to your day with openness and self-trust.
