Do you feel yourself resisting change? Change is inevitable, yet we often resist it—clinging to the familiar, even when it no longer serves us. We shed skin cells, release breath, and outgrow old versions of ourselves daily. But what about that relationship, that commitment, that boundary you’ve been avoiding? What’s holding you back? This meditation will guide you to soften, surrender, and trust the unfolding of your life’s next chapter. Music from Artlist.

Change.

What does change mean for you in this season of your life?

Is it small and nearly unnoticeable,

Or is it huge,

Painful,

Uncertain,

And does it feel like you are in the thick of the storm,

Or maybe like you've barely entered the edge of the chaos?

No matter where you're at in your journey today,

Change is inevitable.

Change is the path.

If the trees did not let go of the leaves,

The flowers,

The dead branches,

The tree would inevitably grow too big,

Too heavy,

And fall over.

This isn't about you becoming too big.

This is about letting go of what's no longer helping your tree grow,

Of what's no longer in alignment with the type of fruit that you want to produce.

What are you holding onto?

What are you afraid of happening?

What might go wrong if you let go?

What does the mind say?

Yeah,

That could happen,

Or what else could happen?

What else is possible?

What else could be possible by you letting go of this thing?

Who might you become?

What might you learn about yourself?

What opportunity might be literally just waiting for you around the corner,

But you can't call it in while you're carrying around this dead weight?

What feels like spaciousness,

Lightness,

Freedom?

And what feels heavy,

Dark,

Confusing,

Uncertain,

Unclear?

Choose the spaciousness.

Choose even the uncomfortable unknown versus the heavy and confused certainty or comfortability of what is.

Change.

Take a deep breath in.

Full exhale.

Every ounce of stagnant air,

Let it go.

Fresh.

Fresh breath in.

You can do this.
