Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.

Every single week we dive into a different aspect of the internal world.
We do that over the course of five episodes published Monday through Friday and every day we go a little bit deeper into that topic and we go into areas that you probably are not even anticipating at the beginning of the week.
And why do we do this?
We do this because your peace,
The quality of your life,
Your happiness,
It all resides inside of you.
It's within you that we have to find these things and the only way to get to them is by turning that lens inward.
And by the way,
This is also how you start shedding all of that excess weight.
You're carrying all this unwanted pain you're carrying and you start really literally living your best life yet.
When we live from this place of joy and peace and connectedness to that internal beingness of us,
That infinite potential of us,
Our lives don't just incrementally improve.
We actually exponentially innovate every aspect of our experiences on this physical plane.
We level up in a major,
Major way.
We become whole,
We become our powerful creator selves and we start living deliberately.
We create deliberately from that place and we become uplifters in our communities and our families that trickles out into the world.
Next thing you know,
We're all leveling up together as a society and who knows what's going to happen when we all evolve in that way.
Now we are off to an entire new week with an entire new topic this week.
We've had 10 full weeks together.
We've talked about what you are,
The human being,
The non-physical potential of you having this physical experience of expansion.
We talked about your vibrational nature and how quantum physics explains it.
Contrast duality,
Your life's purpose,
Gratitude,
Forgiveness.
We even touched on the connection between your mind and your body and talked about religion versus spirituality.
And the last two weeks we spent on love and fear.
So we explored love on week nine and its opposite,
Which is fear.
The absence of love is fear and we explored that through five episodes last week.
It was a pretty incredible journey into those topics.

Now this week we have a cool new topic,
Something really exciting.
I was watching a show on Netflix called Maniac,
By the way,
Really good show.
And at the end of it,
I'm not going to give anything away,
But at the end of it,
Sally Fields character says,
Look at your blind spots.
And when she said that,
I thought,
Ah,
Blind spots.
Yes,
Of course.
We all have blind spots and the blind spots are really the thing,
That thing that keeps us from what we want to achieve the most.
Because what do we do through going inward,
Through therapy,
Through meditation,
Through all of these things?
What we do is we actively try to identify and heal whatever needs to be healed.
We release stuff that needs to be released.
We do all of this internal work in order to really release ourselves from our past and live better quality lives,
Live from our authenticity rather than from our pain.
Now what happens is sometimes no matter how much we work on something,
It just does not work out.
You want something so bad.
You dig,
You dig,
You dig and you heal,
You heal,
You heal and you still are stuck.
And what's going on?
There's something somewhere in there in that blind spot.
It's being covered up.
It's usually a realization away from being completely healed and released.
And with blind spots,
When we discover it,
When we find that aha moment,
When we find the little snag that's happening,
It's almost like you find that tiny little leak in the giant floater on your pool that keeps losing air and you plug that leak and it's perfect.
It's good as new.
So blind spots,
That's what we're doing this week.
Now imagine you have a series of behaviors and habits and beliefs that are built on top of a programming,
A faulty programming that is so innate now,
That is so much part of you that you don't even think about looking at it.
It feels like it is absolutely just part of the way the world even is,
Not even you,
But the world.
This is just how the world is.
Now that faulty programming is in your blind spot because it has become so automatic.
It has become so much part of you that you no longer even know to look at it.
It's completely buried inside your subconscious.
What we end up doing throughout our lives is we take all of those behaviors and habits and beliefs and thoughts and so forth individually and we tend to find those and try to heal them.
And maybe we are a little bit successful.
We get a little bit of results and so on.
However,
The entire structure remains intact.
Now what happens is when you identify that belief,
That faulty programming that is buried in the foundation of this entire structure and you have your aha moment and you release it and give it back to wherever it had come from,
That entire structure disappears.
It's almost that that skyscraper of dysfunction that you had built no longer exists.
It stops existing.
You heal it in such a way that all of the symptoms of it disappear and that is the power of identifying and releasing and healing something that you have buried inside a blind spot.
I'm going to give you a really cool example of something that happened to me when I was going through my divorce.
I had a history of basically conforming myself to the person I was dating every time I was dating someone to the point that I was a different person literally with every person that I dated.
I did not have any of my own individual preferences.
So when I was married,
I woke up one day and I walked into my living room and I looked around and I had this moment in which I could not recognize a single decision that was made inside that apartment.
It was almost as if I had woken up from a coma into somebody else's life.
I had changed myself to such an extreme that I literally could not recognize a single item that was Ellie.
I couldn't tell you anything that represented me in that apartment.
For me,
It was completely devastating.
I had changed myself yet again and I had done it to such an extreme that I had completely lost myself.
Why did I do this?
So when we went to therapy,
My ex-husband and I,
And we dog and dog and dog and dog and suddenly the faulty programming that was in my blind spot came to the surface.
It was that I felt so deeply unlovable that I felt like nobody could ever love me if I was myself in a relationship.
So I had to change myself into the person that I thought that person wanted so that I could be loved.
When I recognized this,
When I recognized this faulty belief,
I just started laughing because how can you not be the thing that you are?
If we are all love,
If we are love made manifest,
Then how can I be unlovable?
It's an impossibility.
It doesn't even make sense.
It doesn't make sense logically.
It doesn't make sense emotionally.
It doesn't make sense vibrationally.
It doesn't make sense on any level.
So when you recognize faulty programming,
All of those things you've built on top of it just kind of disappear.
So from that moment on,
I literally became a different person.
Not because I changed myself,
But because the programming was erased and I became more of who I am.
For some of you,
That example might actually hit a chord.
You might actually be feeling that.
I meet a lot of people who experience that feeling of unlovable-ness and that feeling of losing themselves.
If that is you,
You are not unlovable because it's absolutely an impossibility for you to be unlovable.
You cannot not be what you are.
You are always what you are,
Which is love made manifest in physical form in order to have an experience of expansion and creation.
So I will leave you with that today and tomorrow we'll come back.
We'll take this a little bit deeper and this is a really exciting topic.
