Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.
My name is Ellie Shoja.
I am your host.
I am a positive mindset coach,
A personal transformation expert,
A deliberate creator,
And I am your peace trainer.
Now this podcast over here,
Unleash Your Peace,
Is a peace training of sorts because every single week we dive into a different topic about the internal world.
We do this over the course of five episodes that I then release Monday through Friday.
The episodes are quite short.
They're only about 10 minutes long and that is intentional.
I just want to give you something uplifting,
Something inspiring,
Thought-provoking every single day to listen to on your way to work,
On your walk,
So that you can feel inspired throughout the day.
And the reason for this is so simple.
When we go inward,
We actually start shedding all of this weight of the unwanted pain that we carry with us and we start finding lasting internal peace right inside of us.
And that leads to us living our best lives yet.
When you live from this place of joy and peace and connectedness to that infinite potential part of yourself,
That inner being that resides within you,
You don't just incrementally improve the quality of your life.
You actually exponentially innovate every aspect of your experiences on this physical plane and you become whole.
You become the powerful creator that you have come here to be and that's exactly my wish for you.
Now,
We have spent eight powerful,
Beautiful,
Incredible weeks together.
We started on week one just talking about what the human being is,
The human,
The physical and the beingness of us,
The non-physical part of us,
How those contribute to the quality versus the quantity of your life.
On our journey along the way,
We've talked about what a vibrational being you are and we used quantum physics to kind of validate some of our crazy ideas about your vibrational nature.
We talked about gratitude,
About forgiveness,
About duality and contrast,
About the connection between your mind and your body.
And finally,
Last week,
We even talked about this very controversial topic of religion versus spirituality.
If you missed all of that,
I highly recommend going back and listening to these episodes.
They are so incredibly powerful.
Now,
This week we have another huge topic.
I know every single Monday I say this.
I say we have a big topic today and I one up myself every single week.
But this one truly is a really large topic because it is the basis of what we are.
It is the nature of us.
And you'll see when we start talking about this topic that we have actually touched a lot on the different aspects of this topic every single week.
And what is our topic this week?
Nothing other than love.
Love is so incredibly powerful.
It actually is the most powerful power in existence.
And that is because love is what we are.
And when I do the live Q&As on Instagram,
Every few days or so,
There are questions that come up about a nature of love,
About heartbreak.
How do I let go of somebody who is hurting me?
How do I get over this heartbreak?
What is unconditional love and how do we use unconditional love and how do we express it?
So we have a lot of ground to cover this week on the topic of love.
But before we do that,
Before we can actually dive into this topic,
We have to understand what love actually is.
So what is this thing that is love?
Is it an emotion,
First of all?
When we are in the place of love,
We are vibrating at the highest frequency that we can possibly vibrate.
And this is why whenever we fall in love,
Everything in our lives start to fall into place.
Everything that we have wanted,
All of a sudden start working out.
We get that raise we wanted.
We get the car we wanted.
The people we want to call us,
Call us back.
And all of these things happen when we fall in love,
When we feel,
When we experience love.
Because we are vibrating at such a high frequency that we line up with our inner being.
Now we have in the past talked about this inner being,
This infinite potential part of us that is the greater,
Grander part of what we actually are.
And this inner being,
I believe,
Is made up entirely of the vibration of love.
That consciousness that we are is at its core,
At its purest,
Most fundamental level,
It is love.
So we are in a sense love personified,
Each one of us.
Now a while ago,
I believe maybe in the 40s or 50s,
But there was a study done that I thought was horrific,
But also demonstrated our nature of love really well.
They took a number of infant orphans and one group of these orphans were given affection just normally.
The second group of these orphans were given everything that they physically required.
So they were being changed on time,
They were being given food on time and so on.
So their bodies were being nourished,
But none of them were being given affection.
So nobody was holding them,
Nobody was talking to them,
These tiny little babies.
And what happened was these babies would cry for affection and when they were not being given that affection after a certain amount of time,
They would stop crying.
And then they would start dying.
Without experiencing love and connectedness,
They no longer had reason to be here in these bodies.
Without their connection to their source,
They no longer needed to be here so they would leave.
They would leave those bodies,
They would die.
Now that is such a powerful demonstrator of two things.
One is that we are made of love.
We might be 70% water in these bodies,
We might be all made up cells that are on a molecular level and a subatomic level,
Our vibration,
But really what we are made of is the vibration of love.
And when we withhold that from ourselves,
We suffer greatly to the point that we no longer want to be here having this physical experience.
And those children demonstrated that.
They checked out.
They literally left.
Now the second thing that the study demonstrates in my opinion is the importance of connecting with others.
This relationship,
This connection that we have to one another in these lives is very important.
There's a reason we are social creatures.
There's a reason we gravitate towards each other.
There's a reason when you walk into a place and you sit down and there's no one around,
Chances are if the next person walks in or if a group even walks in,
They're going to sit really uncomfortably close to you.
Even though there are all these empty seats,
We gravitate towards each other.
We want each other's company and that is because we experience our connection to ourselves through one another.
Being and receiving in truth are the same and that makes sense in this instance as well.
When we give of ourselves,
When we give our affection,
When we give the love that flows through us,
We open ourselves up for receiving that same love and we then experience even a greater connectedness to our own beingness.
So I'll leave you with that today.
