Exhale, Dear One. All is well and you’re where you need to be. Your capacity for self-kindness is one of the most powerful tools you have; bringing calm, clarity, and deep, grounded joy, even in the midst of stress. So, in this soothing practice, you’ll be supported to drop into your roots, release self- criticism and celebrate yourself, just as you are.

Hello wonderful,

I'm so glad to be connecting with you at this time.

Life can feel quite full on at the moment,

There's a lot happening in the world and this practice here is an invitation for you to drop into deep self kindness.

So take a breath with that and tune in with your posture and environment whether you want to be sitting or lying or even standing.

Whatever is most comfortable for you,

In blankets,

Cushions,

Whatever you need.

And I invite you if it feels good for you to bring a hand to your heart space,

Centre of the chest.

And whether you're simply feeling that contact between your hand and your skin or your hand on your t-shirt.

Or whether you're feeling that glow of this deeply non-judgmental loving centre of you.

Whatever you sense here,

Really tuning into this area of your body and as you do,

Allowing your awareness to drop down,

Down through your torso and to the bottom of your body.

So you've got your root chakra here,

You've got your hips,

You've got your bum,

The bottom of your spine,

Tailbone.

And on your next exhale now,

See your roots going down into the earth.

Down through soil and rock and water and crystal and magma right to the core.

And on every exhale now,

Allowing yourself to be held by the earth just 1% more.

Now you're so lovingly rooted and on your inhales now,

I invite you to draw up radical welcoming from the earth.

The earth is filled with nothing but love for you,

An essential part of the matter you are has come from her.

So on the inhales now,

Up through your roots bringing in this loving welcoming from Mother Earth and let that now welcome whatever is alive for you in your feet and your legs.

So just noticing what you can feel here,

Whether that's strong sensation or lack of sensation.

And now allowing your inhales to draw up loving welcoming from the earth.

Welcoming whatever is alive for you at the level of your hips,

Your pelvic ball,

Whatever you can feel here.

You are exactly where you need to be.

And then with your inhale drawing up loving welcoming from the earth to welcome whatever is alive for you at the level of your belly and lower back and your torso,

Mid-back,

Chest and upper back.

All is welcomed with love.

And with the next inhale drawing up this loving welcoming for whatever is alive for you in your shoulders,

Arms and hands,

In your neck and throat and in your head and your face.

And now allowing this welcoming to extend outwards to the whole of your being now,

The whole of your being,

Whatever is present here,

Whether emotion,

Sensation,

Whether pleasant or challenging,

Confusion or clarity,

All is welcomed.

And taking a breath now of really kind acknowledgement of what it is that is being welcomed in your experience at this moment.

How are you?

And what is it like to have that utterly welcomed?

And with your next breath now,

I invite you to tune into the energetic presence of anything that you may have been giving yourself a hard time for.

So when I say energetic presence,

What I mean is you don't need to go down the rabbit hole of thought,

Winding through all kinds of words in your mind,

Just really lightly letting an awareness flow into your being of,

Oh yeah,

There's that thing that I've been beating up on myself for,

Or there's that emotion that seems to be present because of that.

Just noticing.

And maybe you've still got your hands on your heart space,

Or maybe you've let your hands relax now,

But the invitation is here again to make contact with the center of your chest.

Hello.

And on your next exhale,

Allowing anything that you're giving yourself a hard time for just to be flowed down through your roots into the earth so that it can be released and composted.

So on those exhales now letting anything scrunchie like that,

Any lack of kindness to yourself,

Any nitpicking,

Any self criticism at all to be exhaled down through your roots into the earth to be composted.

She just turns it back into love.

You know,

Truly,

We could not have done things differently than we did them.

We're only ever working and doing our best with the thoughts that are in our mind in every moment.

Truly,

We don't even know where thought comes from.

That doesn't mean that you can't see the way something happened in the past,

The way you did something in the past and let that inform how you'll do it next time.

But self-blame,

Perpetuation of guilt is never creative.

It's not what you're here for.

You're doing wonderful.

So on those exhales now,

Allowing any self-criticism to be released down through the roots into the earth.

Releasing,

Releasing,

Releasing this place where you stand,

Goddess circled on the map for you because she knew you were coming.

This place where you stand,

Goddess circled on the map for you because she knew you were coming.

You are exactly where you need to be.

And now as you're ready,

I invite you to draw up loving kindness from the earth into your being.

And as you do notice how it feels,

Breathing in loving kindness from the earth,

Feeling yourselves and allowing this loving kindness to guide you on how you can be kind to yourself for the rest of this day.

What is one thing you can do to be kind to yourself during this day?

Letting the sensation of how it feels to be drawing the loving kindness from the earth into your being.

How does that feel and how is it guiding you to take care of you?

I wish you such a beautiful day filled with self-kindness,

With self-nourishment,

With gentleness to you,

With celebration of your being.

Whether you feel messy or together,

Sad or happy,

Celebration of your being.

And I invite you to stay in this place,

In this space of self-kindness,

Just as long as time allows.

Bring a little wiggle to your fingers and toes.

And if your hand is not on your heart space,

Once more to bring it there,

Sealing in this intention to be kind to you and as you're ready,
