Close your eyes.
Roll your neck and roll your shoulder as you release the tension of the day.
Let's begin with three deep breaths.
Inhale.

Stay there with your breath.
Knowing that every inhale energizes you and every exhale relaxes you.
Just feel the incoming breath going through your nose and the outgoing breath going out of your nose.
Just a few moments here.
Give yourself the permission to rest,
To let go of the events of the day,
Of the stress of the tension of the day.
And finally,
Just give yourself the permission to be fully present in the here and now as you stay connected with yourself.
Giving yourself this honor,
This time and attention that you deserved.

Ah.
Imagine on top of you a round big ball illuminating with sparkling bright diamond white light.
See it shines so bright right on top of you.
Now imagine this light coming down,
Seeing the liquid of this diamond bright light coming down from the top of your head.
As it goes down through your crown chakra at the top of your head going down,
Entering your third eye chakra which is the area between your eyebrows.
And see this diamond white light going down your throat,
Going down your heart,
Going down your solar plexus just right above your navel area,
Then going down your sacral chakra,
Down to your root chakra and all the way down to your feet as it goes down beyond your feet.
Going down Mother Earth,
Going through the soil beneath your feet as it goes down and down and down until it's gone.
With that,
You have officially released all that no longer serves you for the day.
You are now ready to welcome into your heart the energy of love,
Abundance and peace.
And now we close this session with 3D breath.
