I'll be your guide for your meditation today.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Closing your eyes as we begin the practice now.
Starting with one deep breath in,
Breathing in,
Let it go.
One more,
Breathing in,
Let it all out.
One last time,
Breathing in,
Releasing all the tension,
Stress,
Anxiety from the day as you melt into the present moment,
Coming back to your body in the here and now.
Focusing on your breath,
Observing your incoming breath,
Outgoing breath for the next few moments.
Letting go.
Putting one hand on your heart,
Another hand on your belly.
Continue to breathe normally as you start to be aware and mindful while you observe your belly rising up and down as you breathe in and out.
Continue to observe your breath.
With incoming breath energizes you,
Outgoing breath relaxes you.
With every exhalation,
You melt deeper and deeper into the present moment.
Your muscles relax more and more.
Your mind is getting more and more relaxed.
Your heart is getting more and more softened.
Let's take one deep breath in together,
Breathing in.
Let it go.
Now I would love for you to pay attention to your heart center right here,
Right now.
With one hand on your heart,
The other one on the belly as you did before,
Pay more attention to your heart space right now.
Start to feel your heart beat.
Can you feel it?
Take this moment to give thanks to your heart that is consistently beating and working for your health.
Now ask your heart this question and see what the answer is.
Whatever the answer that comes through,
Trust the answer.
If there is no answer,
It is okay.
Let's take one deep breath in together,
Breathing through your heart,
Breathing in.
Putting your attention to your heart.
Ask your heart this question.
If money and time is not an issue,
What would I be doing every day?
What do I really want to do every single day of my life?
And let the answer come to you.
I'm giving you a few more moments of silence.
Okay.
Coming back to your breath,
Let's start to close this meditation.
Breathing in and out.
Trust and know that whatever the answer is,
Is your guidance for the day.
If you may,
You can continue to journal the answers in your notebook after this meditation to help you gain more clarity,
Knowing that you will remember what you need to remember and that what needs to be revealed will be revealed to you in its perfect time,
