Welcome to this beautiful present moment.

I invite you to get into a comfortable space either sitting or laying down.

Let us go on a journey.

If you seek clarity,

We're clearing.

If you're at a crossroads,

You need your own inner guidance to provide the answers that you seek.

You're in the right place.

As you settle in,

Honor this moment that you've gifted yourself,

This precious gift of time.

You are so worth it.

I invite you to take in three deep,

Life affirming breaths.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

This beautiful hinge that gives us life.

When you're ready,

Release.

Exhale through your mouth.

In this last beautiful breath,

Breathe in through your nose,

Feel the energy in your body,

The light.

When you're ready,

Really let it go here.

Let any tension that you may hold be released in this exhale.

Somewhere in nature,

A place that brings you peace,

That wraps around you,

Creating this space of safety and comfort and wonder.

Feel your bare feet touching the ground,

The bare earth holding you.

Feel how safe you feel in this moment.

You are exactly where you should be.

You are here.

Look around you and really take in the beauty and grace that surrounds you.

This safe and familiar space.

Notice how light your body feels.

Feel the energy,

The light and love that beams from your heart throughout your body.

This light is your light.

It is what will guide you on your path.

As you look off into the horizon,

You start to see a path appear.

You are going to take steps and feel the ease and comfort in each step.

The feeling that you are held.

As you continue to walk your path,

Look around you.

What do you see?

Notice if there's any spirit animals,

Any of your ancestors that you may meet on your path,

Or anyone that you may come in contact with.

They have a message for you.

It may be the answer that you seek.

Ask the spirit guide or nature guide.

What is it that they're here to share with you?

What is it that they're here to share with you?

Bring yourself back into your light,

Inside your heart.

This is your compass.

Give thanks to your spirit guide for the wisdom that they may have shared with you.

As you continue on your path,

You come to a place,

A crossroad.

You may either choose the path to your left or the path to your right.

Feel your heart space.

There is no fear in choosing.

For your path has already been chosen.

There's no right or wrong.

Let's sense in your heart which path you are meant to continue on.

As you start down that path,

Feel the release,

The surrender in the steps that you've chosen.

The comfort in the unknown.

As you look up onto the horizon of this new path,

Notice the colors,

The vibrancy of life all around you.

How you're held.

How you're connected to all of nature and the energy around you.

Release with your next few steps.

You are right where you should be.

You are here.

Trust in your path.

Let the joy of this new journey fill your heart.

With wonder,

With curiosity,

With love,

And with trust.

You have everything inside of you as you have always had to know your path.

You are always guiding.

You are always guiding.

These new steps feel the energy,

The love,

The wholeness in your body,

Your heart,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

You are on your way.

I invite you to slowly come back into your physical space.

Feel the ground that you're sitting or lying on.

I encourage you to take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your body with beautiful breath and exhaling.

You are going to release into your physical space.

Slowly move your body.

Wiggle your toes.

Twist your ankles.

You can move your hands.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

You can move your heart into the space by putting your hands in front of your heart,

Against your chest,

Bowing your head,

And thinking all of the wisdom that you may have received through this connection to the sacred world,

Through your ancestors,

Through nature,

Through your heart,

And your own energy.

I encourage you to grab your journal or a piece of paper and write down what came to you.

If you still seek clarity,

Continue on this journey through written word and exploring the visions that may have come to you.
