How Do I become Whole?
by Elan
Wholeness is not something we achieve, it is something we remember. We were born whole, but over time we begin to believe that our worth, happiness, or completeness exists somewhere outside of us: in achievement, approval, relationships, or possessions. The shift begins when we stop asking, “What am I missing?” and start asking, “What have I forgotten is already here?” Each day, bring your attention back to your strengths, your values, and the simple truth that nothing external can add to or subtract from your inherent worth. Wholeness is not becoming someone new. It is returning to who you have always been.

Let's talk about wholeness.
Often in life,
We get to a place where we feel we are not enough.
Not enough of a parent.
Not enough at work.
Not enough of ourselves,
Not accomplished enough.
Enough!
Is all about wholeness.
It is about the expectation that we place on ourselves.
What I know to be true is that all of us were born whole.
We slowly get away from this wholeness in our lives,
Particularly into adulthood.
Where it chips away at us the what we should be doing and all of the weight that we ourselves have either accepted in our life or or told ourselves a story of.
But wholeness can't be taken away.
From the human body,
From the human soul.
We are born whole.
And I challenge you.
Work at getting back to a place in your mind and in your heart.
Where that wholeness resonates.
If you believe that this wholeness exists.
Embodies you.
And has always been with you.
Then it's really about finding that wholeness again.
And how you find those little pieces of wholeness of your spiritual self,
Of your full,
Your whole self.
Is I find,
For me,
Being in nature.
Really connects me.
With my whole soulful self.
Taking time.
Sometimes time,
Can be scary for us.
We aren't used to a calm,
Mellow place in life.
Life is so busy for us.
So really taking time to find that place of calm.
And your wholeness,
That spiritual side,
That sacred side.
That each of us were born with.
So for anyone that needs to hear this message.
You are whole.
You are enough.
You are always enough.
You are always enough.
May this message fill your heart and your soul.
With that deep knowingness that you were born with.
That that wholeness has always been inside you.
May you find that,
May you seek that,
And may you always be rooted.
As you walk through this life.
Knowing that you are whole.
And bringing that wholeness and light into the world.
Now go live your beautiful self.
