Shakti Meditation

Shakti is the primordial cosmic energy and fundamental creative dynamism that gives rise to the universe. It is the source of all energy and matter, and the embodiment of the Divine Feminine, which trancends gender constructs.

Shakti is the innate creativity and birthing process at the heart of everything. It governs expression, being "in the flow" with life, innate confidence, empowerment, life force (prana), and spiritual evolution. Use this meditation to help you connect with Shakti energy.
