This Clear and Energise meditation is a meditation using the power of sound and the breath to help you clear out stress, anxiety, depression or any tension you might be feeling. Once you’ve let go of any energy that might be weighing you down, you can then energize yourself bringing in a fresh, new vitality to help put more of a spring back in your step. When we choose to be fully present with our feelings and give ourselves that room to breathe, we can be more compassionate and loving with ourselves, so we can let go, which then creates the space to bring new energy in, so that something new can live within us. When we are more present with what we’re feeling, this enables us to be more authentic in our lives, handling any stress more easily and so we can be more loving with others which makes our relationships more harmonious too.
