As we begin let us honor this energy center with an ancient seed mantra or the beej mantra,
The sacred sound that connects us to the cosmos,
Feel the vibration of the sacred sound resonating through your lower abdomen,
Awakening your creative being,
Now imagine a warm glowing orange light beginning to pulse gently in the space,
Orange like the sunset sky,
Like the autumn leaves dancing in the wind,
Like the warm glow of candle light driving away the darkness,
This radiant orange light is your center of creativity,
Pleasure and emotional well-being,
