Welcome to this place where you will be able to access and find your own personal place that is safe and where you can do a lot of work on the inside of your head.

It's very important on the journey there the way your body is,

The way your body is placed and how comfortable and relaxed you are.

So make sure that you are either seated on the floor slegged or sitting in a chair or on a sofa with your feet on the floor.

Make sure you have a connection to the floor and make sure that your back is straight,

As straight as you can get it.

Just imagine if you like that your spine is like a tree trunk moving up towards heaven as you sit in the chair or on the floor.

So let's get started.

First of all we're going to do a little scan of your body to make sure that you're fully in your body.

So start thinking about the soles of your feet.

Just notice and feel the soles of your feet either barefoot or inside your shoes or if you're cross legged on the floor it will be the sides of your feet.

Wherever your feet are making contact with the ground.

Just bring your attention to that part of your body.

There's nothing you have to do.

Just notice what is here.

Then bring your attention into your ankle,

Ankles and into your shins,

The lower legs and your knees and your thighs and your lower abdomen and your tummy,

Lower back and upper,

Just under your rib cage where your tummy is when you feel you have a tummy ache that place and then a little bit up into your rib cage where your heart and lungs are protected.

So we're at a place in your rib cage where your heart and lungs are held in safe position by your ribs.

And just notice and sense what is here.

Bring your attention to it.

There's nothing to do other than to bring your attention to this part of your body.

And then let's bring your attention into your shoulders and your upper arms up to your elbows and then your lower arms and your wrists and your hands as they rest in your lap.

And now let's bring your attention back into your back,

Into your spine and feel your back rising up out of your hips in the same way as a tree rises out of the earth and moves towards the sky.

Sense that and with that sense how your head floats on top of your neck a little as the top of your head moves towards the ceiling or the sky if you're outside.

Feel the top of your head like a table top almost moving up towards the ceiling or the sky and sense your head floating on top of your neck.

And now bring your attention into your face and just soften your face.

Soften all the muscles around where your mouth talks and laughs and frowns and makes faces.

Just soften that and bring all your attention now into your eyes and just soften all the flesh around your eyes.

Just let your eyes rest back into your face.

And as you do that feel your forehead and your eyebrows softening and widening and feel even the skin around your head just softening.

And in this place now you'll feel very relaxed and so notice how the chair or the floor you're sitting on fully support your body.

You can just release yourself to the chair or the floor.

And the only thing that's happening that you're doing consciously that you're doing is moving your back up like the trunk of a tree up towards heaven,

Your spine.

Very good.

Very,

Very good.

Now bring your attention from the outside world into your inside world and using the power of your imagination imagine that there's a beam of light that goes from the place where you're sitting on the chair,

Your root chakra,

To your crown chakra.

And at the top of your head notice this beam of light.

It's in your imagination maybe or maybe you can actually see it from the inside or sense it or feel it.

It's a little bit like a tube of light,

Shimmering silvery light inside your body.

This is actually your energetic center.

It's from out of which all the other energy centers in your body emerge like the branches that come out of the tree trunk if you like.

Very good.

And using your imagination imagine that this light is filling your whole body now,

Starting to fill your whole body just as if you were filling a big bottle with water.

Feel your whole body filling from this light,

From this central channel inside your body filling with light.

Beautiful.

Very good.

Just really soft and natural and relaxed.

Feel this light now spreading out through your body and moving into your aura.

Now your aura is like a cocoon of light that surrounds your whole body.

Sometimes you can see it.

You can actually see it sometimes out of the side of your eyes or maybe when you're sitting in front of someone you can see that they're sitting in a sort of cocoon of light.

Very often children can see this.

Beautiful.

Just feel this light that was filling your body now filling this whole cocoon around you.

Filling the cocoon with light.

So feel yourself inside this cocoon safe and protected from any internal or external harm.

So you're absolutely safe.

No one can come in here.

You're just safely cocooned in this light.

And now using the power of your imagination,

Imagine yourself in a beautiful,

Beautiful place.

A beautiful,

Maybe it's somewhere where you've been or maybe it's just somewhere from your imagination.

You sense that nearby there is water.

It's either the ocean or a big lake or a waterfall or a river or a brook or a creek.

But you can sense in your imagination that there's water nearby.

Sense your feet on the ground and look down at your feet in your imagination.

Look down at your feet in this beautiful place and notice what you're standing on.

Whether it's earth or sand or grass.

Just notice what is here under your feet and now look up and look at everything around you.

Look at all the trees and the plants,

The flowers.

See if there are any insects like bees or dragonflies or any other little insects that are flying and buzzing around the flowers.

Look up at the sky and see a great big wide beautiful blue sky with little soft white clouds floating across.

And look around,

Bring your attention back to the place where you are and notice what kinds of trees there are here.

Whether they have wide trunks or thin trunks with their old trees or young trees.

Notice if there are any wild flowers.

But one thing you know for sure here is that you're absolutely safe from any external interference.

This is your very own space,

Magical space where you can do a lot of internal work.

So imagine yourself,

Smell the smells that are here.

Feel a slight breeze touching your skin,

Maybe moving your hair.

Listen out for the water,

The sounds of the water.

Any other sounds,

Maybe rustling leaves,

Maybe a slight wind in the branches.

Maybe you can hear the buzzing of the insects.

Just notice all the details of this place.

Maybe you've seen a little wild animal,

A little possum or a wombat or a squirrel or a little marsupial,

A little small mouse.

Feel yourself fully present in this place and look up again and feel the warm sun on your skin,

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

And now you take a walk to where this water is that you could hear before.

Just take a walk to where this water was.

Walking towards the water now and just notice what is here,

Whether it is the ocean and you're at a beach or whether you're standing on the edge of a beautiful lake or whether you're standing on the shores of the river or a creek,

On the banks of a river or a creek.

Just notice and look down at the water and notice and see whether there's anything at all you can see through the water where the water is very clear.

You might be able to see the bottom of the sand or little pebbles if it's a river or maybe you can see some fish swimming around.

And so now kneel down and just cup your hands and bring this water up to your aura and just let this water run through your aura and do this several times.

And this is one way you can clear any bad energies that have accumulated or arrived into your aura.

Wherever we go,

We pick up energies.

Some of them are good,

Some of them are not so good.

So just with this action of cupping your hands into this beautiful clear water and feeling the warmth of the sun on you and pouring this water through your aura,

You're clearing and cleansing your aura.

And just sit here for a moment and feel the warmth of the sun drying you off.

And notice what smells there are in the air,

Whether you can smell the plants or the flowers or the mosses or maybe you can smell the beautiful ocean smells,

Slight wind.

Feel really refreshed by this action of clearing your aura.

Feel refreshed,

Clear,

Clear headed,

Clear in your heart,

Clear about how you feel.

Totally clear.

Stand up now and walk back to the way you came to the original place where you started in this sanctuary.

Go back to your original place and notice now what is here,

Whether the trees that you saw before,

Notice maybe they've changed a little,

Maybe there are things that you hadn't noticed before that are here now.

Feel the pathway through the trees and come back to your original place and just stand here for a moment.

Feel the sun on your skin.

Beautiful.

Now slowly,

Slowly bring your attention back into your body.

Bring your attention back into this place where you're sitting.

Bring your attention back into your feet and into the feeling that you have where you're sitting,

The place where you're sitting.

Very,

Very slowly and when you're ready,

Just start to open your eyes.

Just slowly open your eyes and come back to where you were before you went into this imaginary place.

If you've got a glass of water nearby,

Do have a drink of water to ground yourself back into your body and notice the difference.

Notice how different you feel,

How refreshed you feel,

How everything looks a little clearer,

A little simpler.

How you know now that you have this beautiful private space,

This other reality that you can go to at any time to create changes in your life.

And so this particular journey was about you clearing and cleansing your aura,

Your energy field that surrounds you.

And this is a really great thing to do as much as you can.

Every day is good.

You can even imagine when you're under the shower that you're in this imaginary place and that you're clearing that the water that's coming out of the shower head is clearing your aura.

And that anything that is not meant for you,

Is not right for you,

Is heavy or negative or something that is too hard for you.

Just let it swish down the drain as you have your shower.

But if you're not near your shower and you feel like you've picked up some energies in your aura,

You can go to your sanctuary and take yourself to that place,

That place where the water was.

And imagine yourself pouring the water through your aura like this.

The warmth,

The sun,

The slight breeze in the air.

Beautiful.

Come back to your own reality now.

Come back to your own reality.

This is the end of this journey.

LOVED this!!! First time I've ever listened to this particular meditation, and I gotta say, THIS WAS POWERFUL!!!! I actually put this on for my kids and decided to lay down with them for a nap. And WOW!!!! "Ole Mom" was blown away by this one....I actually had tears running down my cheeks as she talked further into this. I needed this "cleansing". I've never been affected this way before by ANY meditation!! Simply amazing!! I'm really at a loss for words on how I felt listening to this!!! I really needed this right now in my life, and will definitely be listening to this one regularly!!! Made for kids or not, my new "fav"!!!!
