This is a short quick meditation to bring you easily back into a state of joy,
Fun and happiness.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths.
In and out.
In.
In.
Set your intention for joy.
To feel joy.
Now go back to a time that you remember feeling happy.
Really,
Really happy.
You may have to go way back.
Or those feelings may be in your more recent past.
This may be a moment.
This may be a time period of a few days,
A few months or even a few years.
But somewhere in this lifetime,
There was a time when you felt happiness.
However fleeting or however long.
Let's recapture that moment now.
Let's relive it.
Go back to that moment in time when you felt your happiest.
Be there.
See yourself there.
See yourself smiling and happy.
Feel yourself feeling joyful.
You are full of joy and happiness.
Now feel that happiness again throughout your whole body.
Let that joy,
That happiness,
Those happy times and moments reverberate through your entire body,
Mind and spirit.
Feel them.
Good.
Your body and spirit remember that happiness on a cellular level.
Maybe you just forgot.
You just temporarily forgot.
Bogged down perhaps in your present responsibilities.
So remember now in your whole body and let your mind feel it too.
Come into alignment with that happiness,
Joy and fun in your mind,
Body and spirit.
Feel it as you slowly come back to your physical awareness.
Bring that joy,
That happiness back with you to this moment in time.
Feel joy again.
Remember.
