Shifting Your Money Relationship Through The Chakras

In this meditation, we will release any stored beliefs that block the energy flow in your chakras that keep you from experiencing abundance. Once the blocks are removed, we will implant new energy and information into each chakra, paving the way for you to be open to more wealth and prosperity.

Welcome dear one. We are going to talk about shifting your relationship with money by using the energy and information stored in your chakras. The chakras are areas of the body that store energy and information that comes both through us and from us. Modern medicine has found a correlation between the ancient idea of the chakras and important parts of the endocrine system, Giving medical credibility to the idea that the chakras influence our overall well-being. Sometimes due to past trauma or old beliefs, We store energy and information in these chakras and it gets stuck there. This energy and information doesn't always serve us, But because of repetition, It continues to operate. The good news is that we can cleanse our chakras of that old energy and replace it with new information and the energy that we want. These chakras obviously impact every aspect of our life, But I have found personally that they are most impactful in my relationship with money. So this meditation is to root out old ideas and beliefs about money that got stored in your seven chakras, Your seven primary chakras, And to implant new ideas, New energy and new information. So let's begin by getting comfortable. You can either be seated or lying down, But whichever you do, Be sure that the line from the crown of your head to the base of your tailbone is a straight line. However you can best focus on your body, Just relax. And now I want you to do some belly breathing. So we're going to inhale into our belly to the count of four, And then we're going to exhale to the count of six. You want your exhale to be longer than your inhale. So inhale and exhale. One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six. Do that two more times. Inhale to the count of four and exhale to the count of six. Now bring your awareness to the energy center that's at the base of your spine below your tailbone. This is your root chakra. The color of the root chakra is red. If you can feel your root chakra, If you can feel energy spinning or pulsing, That is great. If not, Just bring your attention there and visualize a red ball of energy at the base of your tailbone. This chakra has been found to correspond with your adrenal glands and the glands that govern digestion and elimination. When this chakra is blocked, It manifests physically as problems with arthritis, Your colon, Or your bladder, Or any sort of digestion. And emotional problems manifest as financial insecurity, A lack of feeling comfortable in your own skin, And constant poverty thinking. When aligned and open, We feel grounded and secure. So visualize this red ball of energy and information. And as you do, Visualize anything that doesn't feel good about this just dropping away, Falling away, As the red becomes brighter, And the energy becomes more intense. And now we're going to implant some new information into your root chakra. So take a deep breath. I am grounded and secure. I am grounded and secure. I am worthy of abundance and prosperity. I am worthy of abundance and prosperity. As I breathe in, I am aware of my connection to abundance. And as I breathe out, I deepen my roots in prosperity. And as you exhale, Now, Move your awareness up your spinal column to the energy center that is just above your pubic bone and slightly behind and below your belly button. This is your sacral chakra. The color that corresponds with this is orange. Your sacral chakra corresponds with your reproductive glands. So see if you can feel this orange energy pulsing or spinning behind and a little bit below your belly button. When this chakra is blocked physically, It manifests as urinary tract infections, Infertility, Impotency, And lower back pain. Emotional blockages will block our creativity, Our ability to find pleasure both sexually and in our life's work, And our ability to express our true selves. When aligned and open in this chakra, We feel creative, Productive, And fruitful. So take a moment to bring your awareness to the orange ball behind your belly button. And allow anything that doesn't feel right, Anything that keeps it tense, Tight, Or feels blocked, Allow that to just fall away. You can see it dripping away or spinning away, Whatever works best for you. Now, We are going to implant new information into your sacral chakra. So take a deep breath. I allow myself to experience pleasure and joy in my work. I allow myself to experience pleasure and joy in my work. My creativity flows effortlessly and I trust my ability to express myself in unique and authentic ways. And as you exhale, Bring your awareness up your spinal column to the energy center that's at the top of your abdomen and the bottom of your rib cage. This is your solar plexus chakra. It's a bright sunshine yellow. It corresponds with the pancreas. So see if you can feel energy there in your solar plexus right at the top of your abdomen and the bottom of your rib cage. And if you can feel it pulsing or spinning, That's your solar plexus. And if you can feel it pulsing or spinning, That's great. If not, Just imagine a bright yellow ball of energy and information pulsing and spinning there. When this chakra is blocked, It manifests as digestive issues, Eating disorders, And indigestion. Emotionally, This blockage undermines your self-esteem and makes you feel helpless and powerless. When aligned and open, This chakra will help you feel confident, It will increase your self-esteem, And it will make you feel empowered. So bring your awareness to this bright ball of energy and information, This yellow ball there in your abdomen at your solar plexus. And just imagine anything that doesn't serve you falling away, Flowing away, Spinning away. And now we're going to implant new information into your solar plexus chakra. So take a deep breath. And now as you exhale, Move your awareness up the spinal column to the center of your chest to the heart chakra. The color of this heart chakra is green. And if you can feel it beating, The energy pulsing or spinning, That's great. If not, Just bring your awareness to the center of your chest. The heart chakra, In addition to corresponding with the organ of the heart, Corresponds with the thymus gland. When this chakra is blocked, It manifests physically as heart problems, Asthma, And weight problems. Emotionally, When it's blocked, You find codependency, Putting others first, Loneliness, And insecurity. When it's aligned and open, We feel harmonized, Connected, And unconditionally loving. So take a moment to visualize the green chakra, The green ball of energy in the center of your chest, And allow anything that feels bad, That doesn't serve you, That isn't feeling good, To just drip away or spin away or melt away. Just let it go. And now breathe into your heart and let's implant this new information into your heart chakra. I release fear and trust in the power of love to transform my life. And as you exhale, Bring your awareness up the spinal column to your throat. This is the throat chakra, And the color is a sky blue. So see if you can feel a sky blue ball of energy pulsing or rotating at your throat. If you can't actually feel it, Just become aware of it there. Visualize it. The throat chakra corresponds with the thyroid. When blocked, It manifests as throat problems, Issues with the mouth, Teeth, And gums. Emotionally, A blockage will manifest as dominating conversations, Gossiping, Speaking without thinking, Or withholding and not speaking your mind. When aligned and open, We speak and listen with compassion, And we feel confident to express ourselves from the heart. So as you visualize this sky blue ball of energy and information at your throat, Just bring your awareness there, And let go of anything that doesn't feel right there. Let any old patterns or anything that doesn't serve you just fall away from the throat chakra. And now let's implant some new information. So take a deep breath. And now as you exhale, Move your awareness up to the area in the center of your forehead, Just slightly above your eyebrows, Right in the middle. This is your third eye chakra. The color here is an indigo blue. The color here is an indigo blue. So bring your awareness here and see if you can feel energy and information spinning and pulsing at your third eye. And if you can't, Just imagine that energy there, Bring your awareness to it. The third eye chakra corresponds with the pituitary gland. When blocked, This chakra manifests physically as headaches, Sight and hearing issues, And difficulty concentrating. Emotional blockages manifest as an inability to hear your intuition, A know-it-all attitude, And a need to be constantly informed. When aligned and open, You can follow your intuition, See the big picture, And trust in divine guidance. So bring your awareness to your third eye, Visualize that indigo blue ball, And imagine letting anything that blocks it go. Just allow it to melt, Drip, Or spin away. And now as you exhale, Bring your awareness to our last chakra at the very top of your scalp, At the very top of your head. This is the crown chakra. The color of this chakra is violet. So feel violet energy pulsing or spinning just at the top of your scalp. This chakra corresponds with the pineal gland. And when blocked, It affects every other system in your body. It can manifest as being narrow-minded, Skeptical, And stubborn. When open and aligned, We feel bliss and enlightenment. So visualize this violet ball of energy at the crown chakra. And allow anything that feels like it is blocking this connection with divine energy, With divine energy, To come into contact with it. And allow anything that feels like it is blocking this connection with divine energy, With greater energy, Allow any blockages or anything that's manifesting negatively to just melt, Spin, Or drip away. And now let's implant new information into the crown chakra. Breathe in. I am one with the universe and with my highest good. I am one with the universe and with my highest good. From the base of your tailbone up past the scalp of your head, Allow your body to be completely relaxed and slack. Let go of this new information that we've implanted. There's nothing for you to do now. The universe got the message. All you can do is bring your awareness to a renewed energy in your entire field of consciousness. Now take one more deep breath. And with this feeling of renewed energy of wealth and prosperity, You may open your eyes. You can repeat this meditation daily for 10 days to really anchor the new information. Into each chakra.
