Hello,
And welcome to Effortless Manifestation.
I'm your guide,
Judy Morley.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath,
And get comfortable.
We are going to take an inner journey along with the master New Thought teacher,
Emma Curtis Hopkins.
Emma Curtis Hopkins lived from 1849 to 1925,
And in that time,
She taught all the founders of the great New Thought traditions,
Including the founders of unity,
Divine science,
And religious science.
Today's meditation is based on Emma's first six lessons for claiming the good in your life by right of consciousness.
In other words,
By claiming your good through effortlessness.
Emma believed that everything you desire is already present.
The reason you aren't experiencing your good is just because you aren't aware of it.
Your good exists right now in consciousness.
By looking for it outside of yourself,
You're distracting yourself from its very presence.
One of my favorite sayings from Emma Curtis Hopkins is that it is to the extent we believe in evil that we believe we have something we must do.
In other words,
It is only our belief in evil,
I.
E.
That we are separate from our good,
That keeps us looking for it outside of ourselves.
Sit back,
Relax,
And take a deep breath.
Prepare to take this inner journey of effortless manifestation.
The first lesson is that there is only good with a capital G.
Good is synonymous with God or source energy or life force.
Your good is your God,
The benevolence and ease that you desire.
As a human,
You have taken form to express and experience your good.
The divine life that creates everything has created you,
Taken form as you,
To express and experience the good that you are defining.
Emma says that there is good for you and you ought to have it,
With the word ought being a sacred covenant with the divine.
Your good is meant for you.
Your realization of this truth is all you need.
Breathe into your heart space and allow the pleasant sensation that resides there to wash over you.
Now allow your heart to imagine your good.
If you had everything you could possibly desire,
What would your life look like?
How would you feel?
Vask in the good feelings.
Of course,
Once you accept the idea that there is good for you and you ought to have it,
Your mind will immediately notice the absence of your good.
This is not due to anything in truth,
The capital T,
But rather to your false belief in lack,
Absence or scarcity.
The primary reason you're not experiencing your good is because of a false sense that it is missing.
You've been trained to feel that something is not there until you see it,
Rather than to feel its presence until you see it.
The second lesson teaches you to deny any old belief or habit that keeps you focused on the absence of your good.
Emma suggests that there are five universal denials.
In addition,
She recommends that you add two personal denials.
While holding the idea of your good in your consciousness,
Silently repeat these denials.
There is no evil.
There is no matter.
There is no absence of life,
Substance or intelligence.
There is nothing to hate.
There is no sin,
Sickness or death.
Now add two more denials that are personal to you and feel particularly pertinent.
Any false belief that you are holding can be released through these denials.
Once you deny the lie that your good is absent,
Allow yourself to feel as if your good is fully present right now.
It is by feeling your good as if it's already done that it can show up in your reality.
This is the third lesson.
Do whatever it takes to align yourself with the good that you want.
Use your imagination to visualize it's already happened.
Since God only works in the eternal now,
Affirm as if you've already gotten what you want.
Denials and affirmations go hand in hand and it is how you build your faith.
Emma suggests five universal affirmations.
As with denials,
She also recommends adding two personal affirmations.
While feeling a conviction that things are working out,
Silently hold what you want in your mind and repeat these affirmations.
My good is my God,
Life,
Truth,
Love and substance.
In God,
I live and move and have my being.
I am spirit,
Mind,
Wisdom,
Strength and wholeness.
The I am works inevitably through me to will and to do that which ought to be done by me.
And five,
I am governed by the law of God and cannot fear sin,
Sickness or death.
Now add two more affirmations that are personal to you.
This is your opportunity to be specific and affirm what you are working on.
Once you've affirmed your good in the here and now,
The next step is to partner with spirit which will guide you towards your good.
There's nothing for you to do to make your good happen.
You only have to make it welcome and agree to follow the guidance spirit gives.
This is the fourth lesson.
When we partner with our good,
It comes to us effortlessly.
We aren't scrambling around trying to reunite with something that is missing.
We are bringing our awareness to the fact that nothing is ever missing.
We just need to focus on its presence instead of its absence.
Take a moment to make a silent agreement with the divine for your good.
You choose what you want.
Spirit determines how to bring it.
This is its job,
Not yours.
You only determine what you want.
The infinite intelligence knows how to bring it and how to give you the clearest guidance to get it.
This is the crux of effortless manifestation.
Once you're comfortable with your agreement with spirit,
Solidify your faith by recording what shows up.
This is the fifth lesson.
When something good happens,
Write it down.
This keeps you focused on the amazing ways that good continually shows up in your life.
It shifts your consciousness from the absence of good to the ever present manifestations of good.
When you write down the demonstrations in your life,
You dissolve the doubt you might carry that things won't work out for you.
You create greater faith each time you record a demonstration.
Once you faithfully incorporated the practice of recording the good that manifests in your life,
You are now fully able to understand how the law works.
This is the sixth lesson.
You can see how your own error thoughts brought you trials and tribulations and you can let go of those thoughts.
You can also see how your strong conviction for good created a new life and brought you into greater communion with the divine.
You can ponder this cycle so that you can continue to use these lessons to effortlessly manifest anything you want.
So as you sit and soak this in,
Remember,
First claim your good.
Your good is your God.
Second,
Deny anything that would affirm the absence of your good.
Nothing is ever missing.
Third,
Specifically affirm exactly what you want.
Fourth,
Make an agreement with spirit to bring it in the quickest,
Easiest way while you continue to hold the idea in your mind and express and experience good.
Five,
Record what works.
And six,
Review the process so that you can see with deeper understanding how the law of effortless manifestation works.
This is your secret to effortless manifestation.
