I'm going to give you a moment to lie down or sit in an undisturbed place.
The intention for today is to have a mini-sound,
An energy healing session to shift stagnant energy and connect within.
Take a second to observe your breath.

We will start by scanning the body.
Observe any pain or discomfort and feel free to move these body parts to release any tension or change position until you feel comfortable.
Try to remember throughout the session if you do feel any physical pain in any areas of your body so that you can look further into this after the session.
We're going to start at the feet.

Your knees.
Move up to your inner thighs and the outer thighs.
Feel your hips,
Your tailbone,

Your lower belly.
Raise your hands if you can on the center of your tummy,

The back of your shoulders,

Now shake your arms.
That's right,
