Welcome to this meditation.
I'm your guide,

Thank you for trusting me on this journey.
Before we begin,
I want you to find a place that you can fully relax.
You can be either seated or lying down.
Next,
I want you to close your eyes.
Let's begin with the breath.
Try to take a deep breath in through your nose,
All the way in,
And let it go.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
All the way in,
And let it go.
In through the nose,
And letting it go.
Feel yourself as you fill with energy.
If you feel tingling in your fingers or numbness,
Lightheadedness,
That's the energy circulating through your body.
Moving what was stuck.
Keep breathing.
The breath is always there for you.
On the next breath,
I want you to take a deep breath in,
And let it go all the way out,
And hold that pause with no air in your lungs.
You're safe.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold that breath,
And let it go,
Letting go of whatever you were holding onto.
You're free.
Place your hands over your heart center,
And remember that you're loved.
Feel yourself filling with love and gratitude for this life,
For the opportunity to create whatever it is that you want.
Feel your body as it fills with love and abundance and prosperity.
Feel your heart as it swells with these emotions.
Your heart is where your higher self speaks through you.
Find your way in between the thoughts to listen to your heart.
What is it telling you?
You're loved.
You're important.
You mean everything to me.
You are special.
I want you to think to a time in your life where you felt grateful.
A time in your life where you felt guided,
Guided by your higher self,
Guided by something bigger than you.
Remember what that moment felt like.
Remember what it felt like to get out of your own way and allow yourself to be guided.
And if you can't remember,
This is your opportunity to be guided.
Everything changes.
Everything is happening for you.
Allow yourself to receive the messages from your higher self.
What are they saying?
What are you feeling?
What are you seeing?
And if your thoughts are getting in the way,
Just let them go by like the waves in the ocean.
They come and they go.
Feel yourself coming to complete peace in this moment.
Right now,
This moment is all that there is.
I want you to bring yourself back to your body.
Feel your body.
If you're feeling any discomfort,
That's okay.
It's your body telling you that you're still here.
It's your body telling you that it loves you.
And you're here to guide it just as much as it's guiding you.
Before you stand up from this meditation,
Before you come completely back,
I want you to remember that you are loved.
You are a creator.
When you stand up from this meditation,
You are in charge of creating your dreams.
Slowly open up your eyes.
Sit with this for as long as you like.
